Hi! I love your videos, and follow you on alomoves, I have a question. I’ve seen downward facing dog with the back straight and also with the back arched in, (belly towards the thighs). Which version is correct?

instruction…upper buttock has to be raised…does it mean tuck ur pelvis under like in hollow body position (like in handstand etc)?
2:15 I don’t know how most yoga teachers don’t understand this. “Beginners” mostly do not have the flexibility to get into the pose at 2:15 and just hang there with no pressure on the back or on the hamstrings. Only people with flexible hamstrings and a back that is not stiff can transfer all their weight to their glutes to just hang in that position. Please work with true beginners and understand their problems before you label the demonstrations as “for beginners”.

Every time I do one of your videos I’m reminded how hard but good these moves are. Thank you so much for the tip with the towel or bolster under the knees. That really helps my arthritic/ACL replacement knees when I’m trying to do child pose. At first I couldn’t do it at all because of the pain but I’m getting better and more limber as I go along.
