Hey man great video. I’m new to the TRX system and back to working out after decades. Had just been doing push ups but was getting bored. Saw this and it made sense. I really like you approach to fiom, breathing and the timing of each exercise. As a big guy 250 (down from 335) I can modify this for me and focus on correct form as I improve my angles/strength. Thanks for not being all hyped up about this. I like your mellow yet factual approach.

I will never ever touch a barbell ou DB. I feel more athletic and explosive using just TRX and calisthenics. Nice videos and explanation. It would be nice a video just for Plyos using TRX.
