Loved this! I was curious if you could get a good workout with just walking, in your room, and yes you can! I was sweating! And no jumping involved. Love the music too. So many workouts use 80’s music. I’m an 80’s kid but I don’t still like listening to it. Look forward to trying out the other videos.

As we are not taking our regular morning walks at this time, we will be working on this program instead. Thanks for making this so clear and workable. This was our first time and our commitment is every other day until we can resume our outside walks in nature.
great workout and instruction and I love Peanut. This is a take anywhere, need no space or equipment workout and if you increase range of motion etc you can get a good sweat going.

I want to say thank you to Jessica. In December of 2019 i developed a lung problem (no not Covid19), I was not able to move very much. The sad thing was that I was exercising everyday for over a year and had made great progress at weight loss and becoming more healthy. Today April 13,2020 was the first day i officially done my first workout. I am so happy that I chose this one. I made it through the whole video. I think that i am back on track to recovery and my once again journey to a healthier me. Now to loose the extra fat that has replaced my muscle and the extra 5 kilo that I have gained over the last 4 months.

This is my first working out with you. I haven’t really worked out since I graduated from college about 4 yrs ago so I am quite out of shape but this workout was easy enough. And is perfect for working out in a small space. I will definitely be doing this one again and checking out your other videos.

Hi, ydae I tried a “walking at home” video with someone else but I didnt really enjoy it. but I just completed this and I had a lot of fun doing it! i think its partly due to the background music but all in all, I look forward to following your routine. i definitely underrated the intensity of this workout tbh
