Basically been walking with Leslie for a couple of years now. Stopped last couple of months to do a new training regime with more body toning. Chlosterol now went up from 5.8 to 6.9! Now on chlosterol lowering pills and dumped the new training and back to Leslie to get up a good sweat! Missed you Leslie! xo

You know, I always listen to music while working out and I often find myself following the rhythm while I do exercises. What I noticed in your videos is that you choose the right music for every exercise and they are never boring! Your workouts are the only ones that I do with pleasure, not only because they give real results but also because you choose good music that let you move with it and giving you the right speed. (I don’t know if it’s clear, English is not my native language lmao)

I don’t think that labeling the Warm-Up and Cooldown videos as “Optional” is the best idea. Warm-Ups help prepare you for your workout and doing them prevents chances of injury during the workout. Cooldowns help you “cool down” and give you stretches for your muscles which are necessary for proper muscle growth and for your health. I used to not do either warm-ups or cooldowns and I would work out day after day (with 1 day of break). I started becoming too tired and weak to do anything because my muscles were too sore and weren’t being stretched enough or at all. I recommend that people DO both the warm-up and cooldown to prevent any injury, reduce soreness, and reduce feelings of being extremely exhausted:) ♡

What im struggling with is ive been trying to lose weight for about 3 years now, and everytime i gain it back, im so tired of counting macros and weighing things and some days im too lazy to weigh my food and end up not eating and binging later in the day. Im sick of having food consume my mind even when im not “dieting”. Anyways thats my rant lol

Thank you:) it’s been terrible for this new year. Last year around September I began and lost some weightbut then I got surgery in Novwhich put me off for about a month, December I restarted but on the 31st I tore a ligament in my knee which put me off for the new year. I gained my weight that I lost since September, slowly it’s crawling back and it’s one of those points where you just don’t want to do anything anymore. Dec was going so well I was on a roll and now I’m not allowed to walk or put pressure on the knee for at least a month…..

I am a night shift STNA. I eat a meal before I go to work at 6pm & I get off at 6am. I take things in my lunch box I snack on Bc I can’t really take a lunch. I bored eat SOOOOO bad. Can you give tips??

Did this at my own pace and really couldn’t participate in the leg song because my legs were hurting so bad from leg day a couple days ago, but I still burned 356 calories! Great workout!

You guys should do more of these kinds of exercise with dancing incorporated into it. Your regular workouts are great, but nothing like a good dance can really help burn the fat. I love this one!

Question, as an obese person, the only exercise in this video that I couldn’t do were the lunges. Does anyone have an idea on what I could do as an alternate exercise during that part that would help strengthen my legs to be able to do them in the future? For instance in some of their other videos, I do squat pulses when they do lunges, but this one has enough of that, lol, I don’t know that is the best replacement here.

I have been working out with the “fun, low impact workout” for a total beginner, but now I switch to “Low Impact 30 minute cardio beginners/ intermediate” and it feels good. before exercising with Daniel, I couldn’t even walk or run a block. But now I am able to run and jog. Daniel is so nice and encouraging. I’m thankful to find this video. I feel proud that I finished the 30 min cardio intermediate which is a whole different level and I sweat a lot. Thank you so much.
Watched this video for my first day back at the gym in a whiiiiiile & it lifted my spirits thank you for being so honest and real and pointing out that the way we speak to ourselves and look at ourselves is an extremely valid “resolution” to try to make healthier and kinder. Honestly the best Chloe Ting full body workout. My new favorite. It didn’t seem as impossible as they usually do. That is probably because you can control the intensity.
I used to have 3 different workout videos with 3 to 5 different exercises that I would alternate out weekly. Now I do your Body Project videos for two weeks, then do each of those for 1 week each. This low impact cardio workout is my 2nd favorite for the workout, the favorite for the music and the fun!!!! The advanced fat burning HIIT cardio video is my favorite for workouts!!! Thank you!!! I really appreciate you guys. I had soooooo much fun today as this was my first time doing this workout!!!

I am on my 6th week now and the results are astounding. I incorporated this exercise with 16/8 IF. I don’t weigh myself, because I knew I would be developing muscles. Instead I just took a photo of myself each week and a lot of my clothes and jeans fit to me now. This is so good thank you

Started a month ago. I cut down weight. Do it with my family. Our garage and our speaker has been our gym. I can run and not get tired fast. It feels good. I’ve tried most of his videos. To switch it up. Order excersices were to painful on my feet. And would stop at 15 min mark. I can complete these.

It’s my Day 1 and I almost lost my life. Had to stop for two extra breaks and gave up the dumbbells for low impact 7 minutes in. LOL
I love it. I couldn’t really do the sit up rolls but everything else was really great. The addition of weights is perfect

I’ve never been a huge fan of exercise, but I’ve been trying to be more active since the lockdown started, to help my mental and physical health. I’ve looked through 100s of workout videos on YouTube, but Body Project workouts remain my favorite. The music is always great, the energy is high, the moves are easy to follow, and I always feel motivated to stick with it to the end!

I’ve struggled a lot with keeping my workouts regular after working through a severe burnout a couple of years ago, where before I’d hit the gym and lift weights several times a week and kept myself in shape, and after burning out just collapsing completely in all manners. So I’ve been on and off the gym, tried other types of workouts and different gyms as well with no results. And I’ve always felt that I haven’t had enough self-discipline to do workouts at home, and ‘needing’ a gym. Well, I canceled that gym membership, because there’s no way I won’t want to do these workouts with you guys. It’s so much fun, it’s quick and efficient, and I can work around my joint pains as well. Have loved all Chloe workouts, but this was a miss for me, since I don’t have a few different dumbbell weights. The no weight versions didn’t pack enough punch, but I’m sure many with weights will enjoy.

Hey first timer here! Great exercise! I admit during circuit four squats I cheated and placed my hands on my knees then on my bed. I was worried I didn’t have enough strength to support myself without hurting. The encouragements was amazing and hope to do this again

I have been working from home since early March and the pounds were starting to pack on from the boredom eating. I decided to host a Webex for my work mates everyday at 12:30 open to anyone that wanted to join for a daily cardio 30 minute workout. I would love to say we had a ton of people join but that didn’t happen. We started out with about 10 but now we have 3 that join everyday to workout. We started with other videos; however, quickly found Body Project and have not looked back. We try to keep it at 30 minutes and you have several wonderful options for us to follow along. And we love when Daniel gets out of his comfort zone! This new video was a perfect add to our playlist. We try to mix it up daily to keep it fresh. You keep us encouraged to make the changes and really “get into our body” everyday!

love doing these walks, literally saved me during lockdown. I’m in Israel, so cool to be able to be active at home. Even had my 3 year old grandson doing it with me & then asking again to “walk walk walk “

I’ve fallen off the discipline wagon re food of late but have still been working out with you guys, was feeling a bit disappointed in myself but this has really picked me up today! I’ve been walking with Leslie for many years off and on, but this workout I love because I see more of my age out there getting it. Just finished a 1 mile but with weights with Leslie. Will try this out tomorrow morning. Thanks Leslie for thinking about US Seniors.
I love how realistic and understanding you are. This is what I needed to hear. I’ve been feeling very frustrated lately because I am not seeing the results I want to see and I get to a point where I just want to quit. I’m so disappointed in my self cuze every time i do the workout i just give up because i feel like I’m gona die and my heart hurts and i still shaking and I don’t know what to do
One thing that works in my favor is that I don’t have a sweet tooth. Unfortunately I love red meat. I could eat a steak Burrito every day.
