You just assumed the article was referring to evictions of renters when citing the “28 million” prediction, even though the article was explicitly NOT referring to evictions.
The article said 28 million people could be “displaced”, not “evicted”. They were talking about overall changes, not just the rent market.
You just publicly attacked the journalists behind this article and accused them of incompetence in front of millions of people, just because you failed to read the article correctly!
That’s not acceptable. You have no idea how quickly journalists’ careers can be ended by that sort of baseless public criticism.
That’s the issue with self-taught “finance experts”: actually checking sources (or even reading a simple article meant for the general public) is too often neglected in favor of personal presumptions and negligence.

personally i started with an extreme amount of exercise, like people look at it and say, “no way you do that everyday!” and it’s only motivated me because when i first started it was very hard. however now a few months later it’s become more easy, to the point i had to add things. and that shows me the change

the best motivation to exercise for me is thinking about my performance in competitive games. i don’t tilt very much whenever i work out, so im able to comeback from games. my aim has gotten a lot better too

What annoys me is if my workout doesn’t leave me sore and miserable after I feel like it isn’t working. But if it does leave me sore, then I’m in pain which makes me feel like I can’t work out the next day…

Right now we are in the deflatory phase. People have lost their job and spend less, and once the financial aid runs out there will be even more problems. Which will be followed by an inflatory phase, because the only solution the government knows is printing money, as they can’t even lower the interest rates anymore. The Euro will definitely fall apart as too many european banks are bankrupt, maybe even the dollar.
Let’s just hope they replace current currencies with a gold-backed anonymous currency and not digital government spyware money with no real safety or anti-hyperinflation-mechanism again.
I wish there was a way to filter the videos here and on the website so that I can pick all the ones with Michael! He gives my soul joy and motivates me to complete these walks.

You’re right. You have to do something you enjoy. When I think about exercise, I think about boring things (like push ups, sit ups, etc.). But there are fun things you can do that are also exercising.

I started with a commitment of 1. I hiked once a week for nearly a year and that was easy when I did for a few weeks then I started increasing and max was 4 a week. I also had some times when I felt so lazy and demotivated but it was not that hard to get back on track. The best thing I did was took before photos and measurements so I can compare. I am now 5kgs lighter, 6cm smaller from waist, 7 minutes faster during hiking. Small progress but there is still a difference. Also mindset, I am also a practicing minimalist so I have mental
clarity and more time to do other things

Please understand that you must work out without comparing yourself to others. Many give up because they work out and don’t see the same results. There will never be the same results. Results vary depending on the individual. So, work out and compare yourself to who you were yesterday. Also, don’t just train for a six pack. I am not here for information, but to help those who are seeking answers and help! Not too long ago, I was deeply plunged into internet searches and videos in hopes of understanding WHY despite all my efforts, I could not lose weight! I have tried everything under the sun from the modest diets to the extreme and nothing worked. When I say extreme, I mean going for months and months on 200 to 500 calories and not losing a single pound! Not 1 pound. Now, if that sounds completely impossible to you then my comment was not meant for you! This is for those of you who know exactly what I am talking about, because you’ve been there or are currently experiencing this phenomenon. After a while, I could not find anymore motivation. After the ups and downs of my weight, only to end up where I started I thought my mind and body had gievn up. I just did not have it in me to exercise, even though I continued dieting. I used to search “low motivation” and “weight loss plateaus”. I even tried the reverse diet trick, only to be disappointed. After a very long time, I have uncovered the reasons I was unable to lose weight and that’s not to say I may not discover more reasons to my slow wright loss down the line. Anyways, I want to share some of the things I learned about myself and that I am currently getting corrected with medications. Maybe you might be experiencing these problems too or something similar? You just never know! Do what I did and keep asking questions until you discover what is wrong.
1. PCOS which caused a horomal imbalance amongst other things!
2. Severely deficient in vitamin D! Even though I was prescribed a mega dose vitamin D weekly, I had my levels checked a year later and the levels were exactly the same! So they changed the type of vitamin D prescribed, as well as the dosage and frequency and I feel like a different person. I feel normal, motivated and energetic. I had become so used to feeling tired and fatigued that I did not even know something was wrong, because it became my normal! But nothing is normal about an absence of motivation and energy!
3. Depression, but I knew that already!
4. Severely Anemic (I don’t experience heavy bleeding, so my doctors are stumped) I get iron infusiomn every few months now to remain stable.
5. Metabolic Syndrome (hopefully this was caused by the hormonal imbalance and can be corrected).
Now obviously I’m a weird case (why me?) and I don’t expect anyone to be this screwed up. The only point I’m trying to get accross is that I had no idea all of these things was wrong with me, let alone preventing me from losing weight and attributing to symptoms I came to believe was normal, such as increased hunger, mood swings and insomnia. If you find it impossible to lose weight, there might just be a medical reason for it. By the way, I have lost 57.2 pounds in 3 and a half months. Good luck and never give up!

I stopped most exercise because I had a great body I was lean at 14 body fat and got vert heavy all of a sudden gaining 3 stone. Now I’m 34 percent body fat I’m female and am eating just as much but am now twice the size it’s not hythyroid. I’m wondering if I ate too little and dropped my neat levels or became subconsciously lazy the more I ran and walked the more I weighed. No clothes are wearable and i had health problems like osteoporosis and cancer scare. Now I can’t bring myself to train anymore as I gained nine pounds eating 1400 calories and training two hours. It’s the worst way I can think of to deliberately gain bodyfat. What the hell? I’m really upset. Was it as I trained for so long that drastically slowed my metabolism. I did not eat the calories to match that length of time. My deficit was a 1000 calories and I stayed the same and gained weight. I did 500 cal deficit I lost a bit. Can exercise above a certain point cause weight gsin. I just can’t do it anymore. Its not good.
Before quarantine I LOVED going to the gym—total addict. Three months into quarantine and I’m having the worst time finding the motivation to work out at home.

I feel like believing that you are the cause of everything in your life can have some pretty drastic effects on your mental health like if a lover cheated on you you might start believing that you’re not good enough or that it’s your fault something completely out of your control happened
I believe they said the unemployement shouldn’t be more than 70% of the person’s original income, so that they will not make more money on unemployment than back to work. I think that will be the key point.

I think America’s method of solving this problem is be launching world war 3 lol. Selling arms and weapons and justifying that huge defense budget when most part of the world is safe. Creating wars in middle east and conflicts around world creates the need for military weapons. China is the convenient scapegoat to launch a war against, except this isnt USSR era, if a war should occur, this would be a complete nuclear meltdown, even if China gets completely annihilated by nuclear weapons, the nuclear winter left by the chinese retaliation would equally create a “fallout “environment apocalypse. Not to mention, what could actually justify such usage of nuclear weapons to have their allies backing it.
It’s also important to consider that from an evolutionary perspective, our minds are totally geared against expending calories for things that don’t produce results necessary for our survival. Our ancestors were constantly outside working to find food, build shelter, and collect the necessary materials for them to live. When they weren’t doing that, they were conserving calories. While having intrinsic motivation and being aware that you are in control of your life are great steps, I think it’s also important to be aware that there is a basic survival instinct making you avoid exercise. If you can be aware of this, it’s much easier to overcome it and say “My instincts are saying I shouldn’t expend these calories, but I know better.” At least, that’s what has worked for me!

I love these workouts. I’ve done the ones on YouTube for awhile now with no problems. However I just purchased the app and they videos will not play well. They won’t start for 4-5 minutes after pushing play then they stop for several minutes after about 6-8 minutes. I can’t deal! I want the app and all of the workouts but want it to work right. Has anyone else had this problem? Tech support was NO help! All other apps play fine on my iPhone. Help anyone!

For me, travel is my motivation. If I am not in shape, I can’t fully experience the beauty of where I go. I LOVE running the stairs and getting to the top before the rest of the tour group, I get minutes of alone time to enjoy the view before everyone else arrives. I love hoping on a bike to see a new city versus a cab or tour bus, I get to see things so much more personally. Here is a statistic for you, 90% of all people who visit Yellowstone will never go more than 10 minutes from their car! WHAT??? Yup, there is so much more to Yellowstone than Old Faithful and if you are not in shape, you won’t see how beautiful this world really is. When I go on vacation, I DO things, not just sit on the beach. Yes, everyone needs something different. I have a desk job so moving on vacation is my huge, for some who have an active job, I FULLY understand sitting on a beach might be just what you need to recover, I am not judging you. Just adding what I do. And YES, vanity has something to do with it to, once you get in good shape, you WILL hear people say things, sometimes sarcastically: Holy crap, did you see him running the stairs, who does he think he is… Wow, he is in good shape… Wish I was like him… Not gonna lie, every time I hear that, it feels GOOD!!!!

I used to work out for almost 2 years, weightlifting and stuff when I was 14 to 16 but then I moved to a different city and the gym is a lot more expensive there so I stopped working out so its like 1.5 almost 2 years without excercise, to be fair, i am pretty active, I walk A LOT but when i wanted to start working out I was on accutane so that wasn’t possible but now I’m finished with it and i can’t find the powers to start working out again and i hate it.
I went for a walk today. I have to work tomorrow, to a job I hate so much…. I wonder if I’ll have the energy or motivation to walk again tomorrow.

I decided to try this vid after slowly rebuilding my body back up from a double knee injury. I restarted on 1 mile in June and incremented by 5 min every week. Today I did 40 min for the first time in a long time w/ no pain. I recognized this vid was from my 1st walking at home dvd set I had in 2014. These were my 2 fav segments out the entire set.
