I’ve been doing an upper body routine which has given some favorable results, but I;m still not overly pleased my triceps….so I included these moves in my workout today. SMASH!! You aren’t kidding when you wrote about them ‘laser-targeting’ that area. I’m HOOKED:) What I like most about these is that they are simple, and you can go from one to the next with ease. 22nd July, Day 1: Started the Lean Arms Workoyt challenge. Couldn’t do the 2nd video entirely and didn’t do the 3rd at all.
Took 2 days off cause my body decided to completely cramp up on me.
25th July, Day 2/4, 79kg Doing Day 2 exercises. Did the abs one first cause didn’t want a repeat of the first time. Managed to do two videos today.

day 2 Done (was as difficult as the first day) glad I made it
day 3 done ( took lesser number of breaks than day 2 and tried not to take a break during an exercise and managed for 60% of exercises. Last set was still tough)
day 4 Done ( was as tough as day 3 my hands still feel heavy and I sweat like a pig)

I work 10 hour days, and usually too tired to workout once i’m home, and trying to spend that time with my family, so I do several 5 minute workout videos throughout the day during my bathroom break at work! Thank you for these Tracy!:D

DAY 1 its 3am and im doing this so that i can tone myself up and also feel tired and sleepy. i could only do till inchworm push up cuz im pretty much of a heavy person (96 kg). i also went for a 3.5 km walk today. I FEEL PRETTY SORE even though i just did till inchworm push up. i will edit how i feel tomorrow and lets see how the progress goes:)
DAY 2 its 2:30 am and im doing this and I CAN CERTAINLY FEEL MY ARMS FLEXING right after 5 minutes but today was a friday which in my country is a weekend, i ate a lot today and i feel so heavy. today i could only do till 7 minutes as i want to do an ab workout as well. today, i felt even workout-yish kind of a mood tbh idek if thats somethin i can describe but TODAYYYY i can totally feel the difference in my arms which kind of brightens up my hope for toning my fat body!

What they don’t tell you is supersets don’t build muscle. What they should be honest about is they do this once every so often to shock the muscle. Anybody who understands how the phosphate system works will tell you this. But of course the more secret workouts you watch the more marketing they get to sell I guess.. Prove me wrong.

Ive been doing this workout since march, 4 month now. And CRAZYYYYY RESULTSSS!!! i used to give up on the 1st minute. Now i do 2 rounds a day!!! Guys this workout is oerfect not only for Batwings, but for your shoulders, armpit fat, and chest!!

It seems very easy and quick exercise, but you’ll feel pain when you actually do this. And after 10, 12 repitation, you are like please stop somebody help me.
Wow!! What an arm workout. I completed the whole workout non-stop at 66. I just started getting batwings, never had them before. But these workouts are really going to firm you up. Also, I have started doing the Hiit workouts and if not for having been physically active most of my life, I’d have a hard time with this. Thank you Tracy and I hope you and your family are staying safe during this time. As soon as my gym membership expires, I’m going to stay fit with you at home. No need to wear myself out at the gym when I have you to watch:)

People these exercise tone but do not get rid of under arm flab.i did those and other kinds and it doesn’t work. You need to weights.

Hips: 96cm ( woah I lost 4cm )
Chest: 95.5 ( 100cm before )
Upper ABS ‘as I think it’s calld’ / the area which is immediately under ur chest : 84cm ( 95cm before )
Calves: 37.3cm ( were 40cm )
I was too afraid so I didn’t take any measurement of any area of my body but now I’m kinda satisfied rn ( my size turned from Medium to Small but want it to be Zero just like Korean Idols )
My arms are too fatty if in starting days I work out with dumbells.

I use a fitness mat but I really really cant do things like planking and pushups on my knees for so long, it hurts so bad and they are all red and sore after, it’s very demotivating because I am on my second day now and cant even do half of what i did yesterday because my knees hurt so bad

Y’all this workout works wondersssss I was pretty doubtful at first especially after the first week because I didn’t see a difference, but I kept going for another week and I lost about 2 inches on each arm!!
If u guys are looking for the results, I can tell you it worked 100% for me. I did this exercise for 35days n the results are amazing.

My arms are thin compared to my rest of the body parts, it’s bulgy. How many months would it take to get rid of the flabby arms? I have been doing yoga and weight lifting from the past 1 month.
Good workout for anyone any age, but you are going to hear it from some “lunch ladies”.
Today my sister’s friend who does even know me visited us and told me how fat I am and how ugly it is to be this way. I looked at my sister and instead of defending me she seemed ashamed of me,that really hurt me.
I’ve decided that I’ll be doing all chloe’s exercise since I’ve seen such positive results (from other people) and will loose fat and wont let anyone bring me down.

I used to not be able to do tricep shoulder taps before i started the 2020 summer shred. I’m now on Day 26 of the summer shred, and I can do them no problem!!
What if you don’t have the barbells? (E.Z bar, regular bar). Will 2 dumbbells lifted at the same time work??
It’s horrible to see all this hate here. This is a good routine. Larry Edwards knows his shit, and knows it well. Those arms do all the talking for God’s sake! There are variations on the same plane but different grips or holds can target a different head of the muscle, that’s basic knowledge. People talking about his hair, he isn’t here modelling for a hair product is he? He is here for an arm workout and damn, i’d like to give this routine a shot. His shoulder workout routine is good too, give it a watch.

Guys. lost tons of weight doesn’t need to be hard (I used to feel it did). I’ll give you some tips now. Look for a popular diet plan called Fenoboci Diet Plan (search on google). Thanks to it I have lost tons of weight. I shouldn’t even be talking about it cause I don’t want a lot of other guys out there running the same game but whatever. I am just in a excellent mood today so I’ll share the wealth lol.
It hurts so muchhh but seeing my arms become soooo muscular makes me SO proud. Now my arms r even stronger

cannot believe I am actually done with the challenge. Okay, I know I took a gap in between but this is still a huge achievement for me. Especially considering the fact that I have never ever ever exercised before.
Coming to my results:
So arm length did no further go down from 27 cms and my weight is 58 Kgs. That is the same as day 16.
But but but, I really do feel a lottt stronger than before. I don’t even get tired so easily and my mom says my skin is glowing. I can go through all her videos without pausing in between and without taking any extra rest time than mentioned.
