The breakfast looks so yummy! But I literally can only eat two pancakes and maybe one of those egg muffins and MAYBE the strawberry. 3 pancakes and 2 egg muffins would be too much for me. I am going to try to slash all the recipes in half for sure! Great video
Eggs again?? Under title dairy free? I don’t want to see milk or eggs used if the title is dairy free meals!!!!!!
When your family is two adults, five children, and that would be enough just for one day
My first time on ur channel. Love ittt. Thank you more please.
How are eggs dairy free? I’m not being sarcastic I’m actually asking a question is there substitutes and what are some good ones I am trying a dairy-free diet and it is difficult

after you thaw out the remaining pancakes in the freezer, do you just pop them in the microwave?
It would be more helpful if you had mentioned the names in description, like the flour you used for pancake, i am new glutean free dont know brands
Made the carrots, chicken, sauce for noodles (used some mushrooms in place of some of the peppers; subbed in zucchini noodles because we don’t care for spaghetti squash), and this morning made the protein pancakes. The pancakes are amazing! Thank you!!
Could you tell me what your total cost was on doing this. Good only. I’m curious.
Dr. Fasano, thank you for your (IMO necessary) public response to the study that’s been raising some ire and concern within the Celiac community.
Yummy now that’s what I’m talking about I don’t want to eat plants all day but still would like to be healthier
love this, but how can the spaghetti squash and sauce not have any protein when you used ground turkey?
How are there 0g protein in a meal with ground beef? Good recipe ideas but I think the nutritional information for these are completely inaccurate.
This looks amazing!!! Please do more gluten-free meal preps!

Thank you for sharing your expertise and for you work in this area!
Thank you for clarify the informations about this contradictory paper!
