They laughed when I told them I was going to get rid of fat with Atomic Fat Loss, but then they saw the results. Go and google Atomic Fat Loss to see their reaction. (It was epic!)
While watching this video I subscribed to your channel and currently have a pack of caramel coconut oreos on my desk next to me lol.
Kid: well it has coconut which is healthy!
Ingredients: Sugar, flour, chemicals, high fructose, and then…coconut
Please make that dark chocolate video! I would love to know if eating dark almost cacao chocolate makes it a
“Clean” treat! Thanks!
huh. The apple chips has significantly more sodium than the Lays potato chips…. that’s a surprise because Lays tastes so salty to me
Love the Stephanie Tanner reference!!!!!
For chips, I buy a bag of chips called “Just Beets” from Trader Joe’s which is literally just beets and no oil. They’re super crunchy and delicious
Okay but a “healthy” yogurt dipper commercial came on. Lol. I can guarantee those sugary biscuits being dipped in the probably equally sugary yogurt isnt a healthy snack for kids.
So weird that the lays classic chips bag has s yellow. Where I’m from the lays classic (it doesn’t say classic but naturel) is red. That goes for most of the biggest brands classic/naturel = red, yellow = onion & cheese.
The Annie’s bunny gummy snacks are better than the other fruit snacks
I feel like she tried to be cute putting a “kid” in the video but it was not cute or funny
What do you think about pop chips? I’m on a weight loss journey and I’m trying to find a healthier alternative to chips I can snack on every once in a while lol
Your videos are amazing. I try to keep my daughter on a whole food diet, now she is also a kid. So she does get treats here and there. These videos help me alot.
Yeah, these healthy snacks are great. However, I’ve made my own list of healthy snack foods, please check it out and let me know what do you think?

Making your food from scratch is the best idea. I post one video a week with a meal from scratch. Tomorrow’s upload is lunch no rise wheat bread rolls, homemade whole egg mayo and tuna fish:)
Personally I prefer vieggie chips over potato chips because the veggie ones have less grease. So alot of snack food choices can depend on what appeals to you and what doesn’t. And of course sticking with serving sizes or less.

Hey! I’m Samantha.I did -45 lbs last 30 days.Go to hddiet.gs\#colsE
OMG I’d have thought that Lays would have more salt/sodium than the “healthy” ones.
What’s deal with having to alter serving sizes? Don’t you have the nutritional values in both serving size and data for 100g of the product as well? We’ve got both, side by side, in New Zealand. It makes products easier to compare. So what’s the story with comparing serving sizes?
I’ve been red pilled so the first place I go is the ingredient list, not the nutrition label. I’m not afraid of a few grams of fat, but get that soy crap outta my face
“We crave what we eat” i think that’s the deepest, most meaningful phrase on nutrition I’ve ever heard.
@elliemellie17 the video says fruits are exempt from that rule.
I feel like foods purchased for videos should be donated rather than returned to the store, unless you’re familiar with the store’s policies on returned foods and know that the store will donate refunded food items or return them to stock. Most stores are required to throw away refunded food items, even if they clearly have never been opened, for liability and health/food safety law reasons…. just sayin ♀️
(Source: have worked in retail for four years lol)
(Please don’t take this the wrong way, I mean no harm). At first your voice annoyed me. BUT the information was so good that you started to grow on me. Now I love your show and your voice. Thanks for doing these and education us. You gained a subby
The simple rule for all food is, if it’s anything but raw organic food, DONT EAT IT!!!!! If it says organic but has “Natural Flavor” Its not organic. That is a loophole for huge corporations to sneak toxic chemicals and bad stuff into organic food. If something organic has Yeast Extract, that is just another name for Monosodium Glutamate or MSG, it’s just made with a different process, people try and avoid MSG at all costs but they don’t realize that there are tons of hidden names for it. She didn’t talk about Genetically Modified Ingredients when that’s the number one thing that ruins your body. She didn’t even mention that Oreos have High Fructose Corn Syrup as one of the very first ingredients. If you don’t know about high fructose corn syrup, it’s an artificial sweetener made from genetically modified yellow corn and is used as a base in tons of foods, the process of making it involves contamination with mercury, yes the highly toxic heavy metal, you can find trace about a of mercury in High Fructose Corn Syrup which is why people get migraines and secure headaches when they consume it. I remember getting migraines every time I drank soda, why because high fructose corn syrup is usually the first ingredient, if not then Carbonated Water Is first which most people don’t realize is just carbonated tap water which has more heavy metals in it, again not to mention tap water in the United States has fluoride in it which is known to cause headaches and brain damage, then sodium benzoate if usually found at the third or fourth ingredient in most soda which when mixed with Citric or Sorbic acid can creat benzene inside the soda bottle or can, and when citric acid can be derived from mercury and mold, and Natural Flavor is usually a form of MSG, or if you want to know what Pepsi uses as a “Natural Flavor” just do some research on the company that Pepsi buys its Flavor from “Senomyx” I almost puked when I say what they use. You’ll realize that pretty much every single ingredient in soda is horrible and toxic which when all mixed together into one drink that millions of Americans drink each day, is just shocking that in this day an age, Soda is completely legal and can be bought for penny’s on the dollar at any store, gas station, movie theater, concert, food truck, and restaurant, yet having a tiny crumb of cannabis (which is a 100% Natural plant) even if you are not using it, will get you arrested and thrown in prison. The government makes me sick, no wonder everyone is overweight and has cancer.
The local grocery store must hate seeing this lady come in knowing she will be buying $100 in food then returning $90 of it the next day lol
You just blew my mind, I never thought to look at food as fuel especially when it came to diet, I always looked to see what was the lowest in this or that and have been deceived by these same healthy tags. Now I’m reading everything.
Sucks was hoping to see the fruit purée gummies in that gummy comparison.
you’re Cute and Funny and your Videos are hilariously educational and entertaining:) Lots of Love to you…XOXOXOX
on the Cheetos part you say theres only a 20 calorie difference, butif you do choose the better pirates booty popcorn, you’re saving 20 carolies which is better than you make it seem
It’s about choosing NON GMO fun/occasional snacks. No chemicals and yes, not good all the time.
I use to work at Wal-Mart and at one time Safeway. If someone returns a food item, even unopened the FDA requires we throw it away we can’t even donate them. They may not be clean but you should donate them to the food bank or give them to someone who is less fortunate so they are not wasted.:)
Ugh I hate chips I’m on a diet and was about to work out but got kinda hungry then saw takis and decided to just eat one which led to 20 more.. and so I decided to not work out but after my hungers passed now I’m gonna definitely gonna work out
Please make some videos with Australian Snacks. Like if you agree!
I am avoiding sugar can u please tell me what healthy foods to eat thanks
So moral of the story organic snacks are just as healthy or unhealthy as regular snacks
Just to let you know that most stores have a no reshelving policy when it comes to food… Any food even cans. If you return food it gets thrown away period. No matter why you return it. You might want to keep that in mind when you do these videos and find out your stores reshelving policy before everything you just returned gets thrown away.
I’m addicted to your channel! Your informative videos are extremely helpful. Thanks a bunch, Mind over Munch!
Did you know eating between meals can make you fat? Of course eat ice cream for a “healthy” snack and put a bag of salt and sugar on your “healthy” snack. XD
With the oreos the “healthier” ones are way better for you.You can’t just look at the sugar in them, that should be the least of your concerns. The oreos have high fructose corn syrup, the Newman’s have natural ingredients.I am not saying they are good for you,but they are way better.
thanks for you video.. i like how u are so relatable!! i too cant control myself from chips, so i try not buying them unless i planned on eating them in one setting.
Lays ingredients List should be air, salt, oil than potatoes
How come you never reference sodium content? I noticed that in your fast food video too.
But pirates booty tastes differentthat’s why I like itnot that it is healthy
Well I guess we should stick to our lords and saviors fruits and vegetables for snacks
OMG this video is an eye opener thanks so much for posting this because sometimes I think that the chips are actually healthy when they have that label
Chips? Not a fan at all!
Except if I get my hands on the Dill Pickle kind….. its bad! Lmao.
Can you make a video on how to not obsess over the nutrition facts label everyday I think I have a problem
you sound EXACTLY like Princess Carolyn from Bojack Horseman
This lady is hotter than 99.9% of the 21 year old girls I see here in America
Also the OREOshave palm oil which is forcing the animals in the rainforests to go extinct.
I love this video, but it bugs me that you don’t look at the macros in these. A lot of the healthier versions have 2-3x the protein.
Plz awner if u had to pick one to eat. Which one would be healthier Chito’s are pirates booty
“I believe in a benevolent God not because He created the Grand Canyon or Michelangelo, but because He gave us snacks.” Paul Rudnick, I Shudder.
The original HARIBO from Germany doesn’t contain artificial colors different countries, different ingredients, same brands♀️
When you return the food, the store throws it away. You should donate the food instead.
Just found you,,new sub,,you are wonderful,, we need these vid’s thank you!!!
You are so cheesy and quirky I love it! Your videos are very informative and fun to watch, and I love how you break it down. Three days ago I started a complete lifestyle change and I make green smoothies every morning, I just tried that sweet potato toast with peanut butter and banana and I love it. I’m excited about watching more videos:) Great job
My cat’s idea of a healthy snack: Anything edible (or not) from the bin in the living room.
I stopped eating potato chips for years, thy still taste bad
@acarijana
Stfu
You never tried it, it’s accually really good, like apples and caramel so stop being a snob
Great video. Why don’t the nutritional labels have the breakdowns per 100g? It’s compulsory here in New Zealand. No wonder people find it hard to compare options if you have to do a whole lot of maths to equalise the serving sizes first.
are chips chrisps, ecause i struggle to imagine someone with a lunch box filled with soggy chips
its not whats in it thats bad for you it how much of it you consume
I really love your videos and appreciate your honesty and realness. Please make a video about different hot sauces!! I love tobasco.
Wikipedia it. For example, a 100g banana has 89 calories and 12.23 grams of sugar.
how do you know the amount of calories a food product has if it is not seen in the box or did not come with a label.
Like bananas?
