Personally when I was trying to lose weight fast (I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS, IT IS VERY DANGEROUS) I would do intense workouts everyday, and do one meal a day (eating every 23 hours) but my meal was ALWAYS UNDER 500 CALORIES and had to be 100% healthy. Doing this I lost 8 pounds in 4 days, and it just kept going down down down. once again I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS, ITS VERY DANGEROUS FOR THE BODY because the body isn’t meant to consume that small amount of calories throughout the day let alone fasting and eating only one hour a day. it’s basically putting body into starvation mode

I think your sodium measure is milligrams and not grams…. 1200 grams of sodium is 1.2 kilograms which is probably close to 3 pounds.

My mum and I did this diet for about 6 months and we reached our goal. I started at 120kg and my mum started at around 145kg, the first couple of days were hard and I have to admit I did cheat a couple of times but I lost 7kgs in only a week and a half, my mum lost 10kg. I now weigh 69kg! I tried to lose a few more but I’m 6ft and it’s harder to do so. My mum and I have never felt so alive before and active. I definitely recommend this diet.

That fish sandwich is fried and has cheese and sauce on it. You could get a grilled chicken sandwich for far more protein and less fat at both McDonalds and Wendys. Also, at Taco Bell you could get the taco salad and ditch the shell. Way more protein and more filling carbs (beans).

1. Swap out the burger with a homemade black bean walnut burger on a portobello mushroom bun
2. Swap out the flour crust with a cauliflower crust or portobello mushroom
3. Swap out the cooked rice with cauliflower rice

okay so you said the whole healthy pizza was 499 calories, but when you showed the nutritional info for the crust, one serving was 150 calories, and there were 6 servings so the crust alone for the whole pizza would be 900 calories. With fast food it’s easy. Take your pick about skipping the mayo(50-100cals), cheese(20-40cals), dressing/sauce (15-100cals), bun and burrito tortilla is usually 200cals, etc. It’s pretty easy. Go for a burrito bowl instead and skip the side of chips.
All lot of places will even give you a low carb option by wrapping your burger in lettuce. Subway will even scoop out the bread filling for you! That fillet O-Fish can be 270cals easy if you skip the tartar and cheese and ask for pickles instead

Uhm, I believe you miscalculated the vegan pizza calories. It said 150 calories per 1/3 crust. So 1 crust would be 450 calories alone. With the sauce, veggies, and nuts you added, I believe the end result would be much higher than 499

The whole pizza crust itself is 450 calories. Are your marinara sauce, veggies, nooch, and macadamia nut total only 49 cals?
I like you content a lot. But the calculation of the pizza was off. 150 Kcal per serving just on the crispy pizza crust the whole pizza would be higher than 900 kcal just on the crust.
The chicken or steak power bowls at taco bell are pretty low and they are sooo good&filling.
You need to eat 1500 calories becaus if you eat 500 your muscle will disappear
calories are only a small factor in weight gain, eating large potions will stretch your stomach making you hungry more and able to eat more
also remember that not all calories are equal and less calories will not always mean less weight and furthermore weight doesn’t say anything about your overall health
I like how they put nutrition facts after the recipes so that people on diets and meal plans can actually know what they are putting into their bodies

when you say 1258 grams of sodium are you aware that is more than 1 kilo of sodium which weights way more than the whole meal?

As someone who has went through eating disorder and anorexia before I must say this is NOT safe, never eat under 800 calories a day, I’m watching this cuz It is in my recommended feed, I’m warning you guys dont try this at all
Edit))) the reason is cuz when I had an eating disorder I was eating 600 calories a day, I was always cold, my fingers were blue and I could barely stay awake, I was dizzy and tired all the time, my stomach would growl every 5 minutes and I couldn’t even poop, my heart rate was at 45 beats per minute which is life fatal, but I didn’t care, I kept it going for a long time, your body burns around 1000 calories a day by metabolisms, drinking lots of water, walking, even moving your fingers, chewing gum, etc….., so eating 200-500 calories below that, isn’t healthy, you’re body needs fuel to do stuff, and that way is eating regularly, if you want to go on a diet and lose weight, you can eat around 800-1100 calories, you will lose weight faster eating that much than eating 700 or less, you need food to boost your metabolism, dont think of starving yourself, I talk to much, bye, btw 6kg and that before and after picture in 3 days is bullshit
I always get extra fajita veggies in my burrito bowls. Highly recommend! It only adds like 1 gram of fat to your total bowl and it’s so delish
