There’s no better place than TrackTown, USA, home of American distance running and the old stomping grounds of legends like Steve Prefontaine, to go the distance and earn a fast time. The mostly flat course (save for the hill at mile 8!) takes marathoners on a scenic tour of the Willamette River trails.A marathon training program that is not structured around outside commitments will commonly get interrupted and sessions will end up being missed. Do not aim too high by trying to squeeze too much half marathon training into a busy lifestyle. The worst thing you can do is overtrain.
Note: Partial Year Results (2020 is ongoing). The marathons below had the highest percent of Boston qualifying finishers in 2020 (year-to-date). These courses will undoubtedly be among those ranked the fastest of all courses but there are other factors that might cause a marathon to appear on this list or to cause a race to fall off this list. The courses are flat and fast; the marathon runs along a scenic lake for the first several miles, and both races offer gorgeous views while crossing the river.

The course begins in rural countryside, runs through Orangevale, Citrus Heights, Fair Oaks and Carmichael, and then finishes under a canopy of trees at the State Capitol.Below you’ll find tables detailing several marathon superlatives: the 10 fastest marathoners in history on record-eligible courses; the 10 fastest.

Kipchoge ran the fastest time ever over the marathon distance, but for heated reasons that get at the heart of the sport, he did not run a marathon. One hour and 59 minutes is fast in a way that.Fast forward 15 years and he’s a masters stalwart. In that time frame, he’s knocked out personal bests of 18:08 for 5K, 1:22:25 for the half marathon, and 3:07:22 for the full. The marathon is a favorite to many runners due to its fast and flat course which makes it ideal for registering personal best times.

you should have gotten some 17 year old male track runners to try
they’re the ones who would be in tip top shape
Mike is that annoying upstairs neighbor, its 7am mike get off the treadmill
At 2:00, you get to see how insane this is. For comparison, most special forces require 5 mile runs at 5 mins per km and competitively it 3 to 4 minute km. This guy just beat the standard for Rangers and SEALs by twice. Wtf?!
By the way it looks quite hard at that pase partially because you don’t have the ability to do long strides and no offence those people did not have the best technique
Totes! Having qualified so far for 4 of the majors with my race time in second marathon, is it not time you had me on the show?
Thank You! Very useful, would love hear even more detailed.
chicago also has legacy entry by participating in the BoA shamrock shuffle 8k, much easier than 5x chicago marathon in the past 10 years!
Hey coach Morgan, I’m raising funds for team Imerman Angels for the Chicago Marathon, can I count on the Run Experience to help me out???
I have a video on the 9+1 on my channel for the NYC marathon and how to get a guaranteed bib. In case anyone was to deepen their knowledge. This video was awesome, as all your videos are
I feel like most of these people never ran in their lives before attempting this.
Hey Guru Marathon Morgan…..this was interesting. Back in the day i BQ’d but never went. The qualifying times are tight for sure. I’m likely a lottery guy from here on in
I applied to Berlin 3 times, won the lottery once. It was a cool experience, but wasn’t my favorite marathon. Crazy lines at the expo, very expensive hotels during the race weekend, hardly any service at the finish, etc. I will definitely apply again next year though, cause as was mentioned in the video, those majors marathons have a special feeling to them.
Upload video related to diet plans for marathon runners for normal BMI
They start their own watches..the check thier time and kilometre are they too fast or too slow etc
Pffffff too complicated…. I want to register for a Marathon and it feels like a brain surgery. This is why I am going to keep it simple: 1. Rome Marathon 2020, 2. Athens Marathon 2020. Yes!
Is Meb a fat adapted athlete? Eating sausage, eggs and Generation UCan? Anyone know his eating philosophy?
In all honesty keeping that pace for even 800 is tough for people who are not actively into sports. Also, treadmill is easier than actually running. Also also these people have very poor running form, the fact that they can keep it for even 30 seconds is actually not bad, all things considered.
Watch me first youtube video best running motivational video ever
Have anyone here visited Gorge Metro Park in Ohio? Such a gorgeous patk and it’s a great place for a run. I didn’t get a chance to run to through the park but I did vlog about it. I highly recommend checking out this place. Good morning and happy 2020 everyone =)
he’s getting his proteins from meat and he’s following an athlete diet… why is he not getting his proteins from something that is not meat… BECAUSE HE CAN’T! MEAT IS THE BEST SOURCE OF PROTEINS!
Listen to me vegans… listen to me well! Awright you may go!
Another way into the majors is to become a blogger and ‘win’ a place via a fake competition.
Huge props to the guy from NorthKorea, not only was he able to hang on to the pack for most of the run, but he placed fairly high aswell, with a pretty good time. North-korea doesnt have the facilitys to train these athlete. and the guy probably never had any real experiences of a marathon, like in the crowd and the atmosphere in the pack.. so huge props bro, saw u collapse near the finish. Fighting till the end… (Yes, north korea bad, but this guys spirit good!)
I was looking for this info a while ago but now you explained all very well. Thanks!
Please stop heel striking, land on the front part of your foot.
I got this in my feed after Eliud Kipchoge got 1:59.40 marathon
I’m in 2 world majors (2020) Tokyo and Berlin …. super excited
Thanks so much for a great overview. I’ve completed three of these races and now better understand what I need to do in order to get into the remaining three races.
Oh man that means his marathon joghing is about as fast as me sprinting the 100m…
His sub-2 hour marathon is probably the great single athletic achievement of all time
Is Kipchoge actually running a marathon at near sprint speed? How is it possible, I can’t wrap my head around it.
I agree with Sage Canaday, pro Ultra Marathon runner with Hoka and coaches himself in marathons and ultras, I think there should be a 50k Ultra Marathon event at the Olympics. Maybe a off-road trail 50k.
I wnna run Any help i was run since when i was born not joke im faster than light
I can’t sprint for more than 2 minutes without stopping to rest
Listen to the difference in how heavy the steps are compared between the runners and Mike. Especially the taller guy, like he’s twinkle toes barely touching the treadmill. Amazing really. I sound like i’m running in weighted flip flops.
1:17:19 if I were running the Olympic marathon I would definitely triple knot. I can’t believe these guys shoes come Un tied
My sister as a trainy to being a tennis ball Player she used to run 12mph for 10 or 15 mins depends on what they’re gonna do afterwards in the training not the fitness session
I turned cc on while watching this and they spelled Kipchoge’s name Kept Joe Gay lmao
Amazing vid. As an endurance athlete, you should subscribe to our channel and visit our website to find running and cycling events, local clubs, and find group runs and rides.
can you invite anyone older or less fit to run this? gave an example with worst possible people….
This guy is a hybrid of flash and stickman and then they modified the
genes so he can sprint for 2 hours
runners don’t say, “I ran 6 miles an hour”, they say, “my pace is an 8 minute mile”.
You can’t run like that
You need to land on your Toa or plalanges and metatarsal section of your foot
Not on your calcaneus or tersals section
In long distance races I only go that speed or just a little faster at the last lap.
Incredible. I’ve been a distance runner for several years, but I’m certainly no olympian. Just a dude who gets out and runs on my local sidewalks. If I ran as hard as I could I might keep up with these guys for half a mile… MAYBE a full mile on a really good day, but I’d flop over dead at the end of it. No way for a full 26.2 miles.
A word of advice: if you wanna run sub 2h, use illegal shoes. That’s what Eliud did.
meh i dont think being an astronaut is a dream that is “available” if i train harder. decent enough vid i geuss but yeahh kinda dumb
I’m laughing at all these runners bad form, but am now paranoid of how I look when I run
Just remember the treadmill is harder to run on because it’s more quad focused and mentally harder
We might have to consider giving a good pair of nike’s vaporfly to David Goggins… “kidding”
They are both great!!
I wonder why he didn’t run that 2 hour Marathon attempt with Eliud Kipchoge.
I’m watching this after seeing Kipchoge run a marathon in sub 2 hours.
He got close to the finish line and looked back and no one else was in sight…. Wonder what that moment would feel like
Marathon is the real race of the olympics…Its the event where it all started
This is hugely helpful. That dog in the background is clearly extremely interested in this info.
I can’t believe I actually stayed up to 1:00 in the morning to watch the full marathon. But good job to everyone in the race! I also plan to run a marathon someday, ofc nothing near that pace.
Its about cadence the guys one stride takes him further than yours. He doesn’t look like he is sprinting because he isnt he moves his legs quickly but more importantly has the endurance and the power to push away off the ground for faster and longer
I can run a minute and a half at 13 mph with no training (I’m just skinny and fit), but even if I underwent training… To think someone can run for 2 hours at that pace… It’s insane
So…. nobody talking bout speed skating on Berlin Marathon? No? Oh ok
2 hrs 2 minutes and 3 second. That’s how long it almost took me to do my first ever 10k (6.2 miles) with ZERO training. This is dude is amazing
I just came here for the comments who knew running could be comical
This dude is landing on heels while running it will hurt his legs on a long run
basically im here to say is, ya body gotta get into the grove before you can maintain the pace. i dont wanna go into detail but basically ya body has three type of energy system working together, but depending on the exercise one will be used predominantly, if you quick read about body energy system, oxygen deficit, steady state exercise, lactic acid and lactate, type of muscle, im sure youll understand. if you put any runner on the treadmill and tell them to run the insane speed first, all and will last roughly 40-90s, but you ran in your comfortable zone for maybe 2-3 minutes then slowly and steadily increase your pace to the ‘insane’ speed im sure youll last longer, oh, and keep breathing when you do.
remember this pace is averaged out, im sure kipchoge started with the pack and ran slower to get into the body into the grove, but then probably has to run even faster than the ‘insane pace’ for a period of time to make up for the time lost running at a slower pace from the start. marathon isnt always about your bodies ability, but strats, timing, knowin your body, mentality and some others plays a part to your times
if you think about it, why dont runners just sprint the marathon
The standard for athletics Run, Cycling etc should be at km not miles. We’re not sports car. Just sayin…..
1:32 I live there! And I can see them running every year from my window 2:54 I even saw this part
I’d like to see Kipchoge run that pace on a treadmill, wouldn’t surprise me if he found it harder.
Treadmills at that pace move around a bit eh? Bit different to a hard predictable ground?
13.1 mph for 2 hours is impressive. world class Sprinters hit around 27mph but only for a couple of seconds.
I used to run until I found it boring. Because what will give me that I will run hmm 10 km in a very good time? Apart from a few moments of satisfaction… Today I run purely recreational, I prefer martial arts. At least I will learn to defend myself and my loved ones, not to pat pointless kilometers and then brag about them on Facebook or anywhere.
200 meters in 34 seconds= 100 meters in 17 seconds.
The fastest sprint, usain bolt ran 100 meters in 9.70 seconds, or 44 kilometers an hour.
This man ran an entire marathon at half Usain’s speed! That’s crazy.
Have these people never run before in their lives or what??? I’ve never seen such a bad form!
What is your favorite Olympic moment of all time? Let us know in the comments below and it might be featured in the next #ThrowbackThursday!
They look like they are auditioning for a low budget horror movie! How to look dumb before you die…
Imagine a guy went up there and just started running for a solid 2hrs.
Look at how my fellow Country man is turning Military heads from 2:10:25 onwards
Runners? I must be a pro then lol, I have better form and I just run for fun, this people have terrible running form.
A few things to consider here, when you’re running that pace on a treadmill there’s a good chance you could fall off and hurt yourself, whereas on ground you can easily slow down naturally when you get tired.
Because of that reason you are going to adopt a different posture that is not aiming at running efficiency, but… well not falling over.
Take this as an observation from someone who is not qualified for what it’s worth!
…ummm are they really runners or just regular people trying to run his pace, because their form is atrocious. I want to reach through my phone and help them…
To all, God bless you all. Jesus loves you and is waiting patiently to embrace you. Including myself, it’s really important to repent and set your eyes on the Lord. Tomorrow is not promised to any of us. God bless you all and love you all❤️
Get there real runners not fake ones and you will realize that spped is not a problem. A problem is maintainig it for 2h… Dont like this vid
You just imagine all the changes your body go through to be able to uphold this pace for a half marathon, let alone marathon.
These guys are AMAZING! Imagine being the top marathoner in your state. “Yeah, I run a 2:13 with a 2:10 PR! That’s what’s up!” THESE guys, “Oh that’s nice. You should come in at least 150 th place!” Yo, BIG props to Rupp!
NO IMAGINO LA HUMEDAD QUE HABÍA…LLEGARON VACIADOS.GRANDES TODOS
As someone who got 140 pacers I feel like a could go for about a mile max
So basically if you run 2hours straight on this treadmill you’re on wr level? Damn. That must be hard.
Rever essa prova inteira disputada no meu país foi emocionante. Admiração por cada atleta que cruzou e participou desta disputa Olímpica no Rio2016.
Satisfação e emoção em ver Kipchoge destruindo.
Not impressed, I can do a solid 24 hours straight Netflix marathon if I’m in good condition
Running on a treadmill is really weird if you’ve never done it before.
I never do it myself, so I’d look just as stupid.
Bea: come over.
Kipchoge: Girl my car is in the shop and you live 26 miles away.
Bea: My parents wont be home for three hours.
Kipchoge:
Is this 13 mph the same speed as a 13 on a treadmill if there is a speed 13?
I would LOVE to do this and see how long I last!!! Looks fun!!! But proper running form is crucial. Glider or gazelle form! Were these people trying to get injured?! Hahaha.
But to be fairwhen I ran my first 2 half marathons; I didn’t know what proper running form was either. Running became a hobby after giving birth. I’ve learned and adapted proper running form within this last year.
My question is, out of all those people who lasted the longest? Was anybody there even able to go for 10 minutes?
You might not believe this but my school went to a 1 kilometre sprint and i did it in 3:04 minutes i dont know if thats good or not
incredible how everyone in the comments are all professional runners.
So some people run, good for them. Why do others have to watch? I never understood people who watch sports.
Somebody goes up there and does it for 3 hours straight and realizes they should have been a runner.
The lady in the sandals and blue shirt needs a pair of Xeros
2:18:12
Bronze medalist in Athens was Vanderlei Cordeiro from Brazil.
Everyone in the comments critiquing the runners’ style when their max running speed is probably half this
From the comments I have learned that all of these professional and Olympic runners have horrible teqnique according to suburban middle/high-school cross-country coaches.
Yes, all elite long distance runners are Super-human! And their speed is insane…but not even they could run on a treadmill for too long at that speed. A treadmill is not a good simulation of track/road…by its nature, it is designed to keep you in one position, by eliminating traction and dragging your legs backwards. For that reason, you need quick strides on a treadmill, whereas on a normal running surface you don’t need quick strides. You can measure your strides decently, even though running at a fast pace…so these simulators are very inaccurate
I have been running in tournaments or just simply on tracks for about 8 to 9 years now and seeing these people run killed me from the inside, although id love to try this
Why did all the asians kept on falling , was it done on purpose?
Eliud Kipchoge is a joy to watch. He brings smile in my face. ✌
These times are wrong. Wrong information on a u tube video is dangerous
come on.. running on jeans… it is the 21st,… not the 18st century..
But in the tread Mill you just lift your legs. ITS Easy. In a real marsthon you have to push off with your back leg.
1:54:00 poor commentary. Using Paula Radcliffe a DRUG CHEAT as an example of someone who was able to beat the Eastern Africans
06:10 North Koreas biggest honor ever right there. A North Korean getting to stand next to Kipchoge. I think North Korea peaked at that point.
Watching these guys finish the way they did, especially the last few finishers, I have more respect for how they finished the race. I know what that is like because I had to experience limping across the line, too. It’s painful because you’re literally giving all you have, and by the time you cross that line, you have nothing left. These runners are all great at what they do.
Watching this on the day Eliud Kipchoge ran the sub 2 hour marathon!
This video is really good but can you please make some videos on Middle Distance Races.
Thank You THE RUN EXPERIENCE
Wouldnt it be easier if the treadmill wasnt soft as a marshmallow?
No one:
People in the comments section: OmG I hAvE NEvEr SeEn PeOpLe RuN LiKe ThAt
Wow this video is outstanding! Myself and my running buddies talk about the stuff all the time and I find it so confusing. Getting all the details for each of these majors is fabulous. Thank you!!
This seems like an excellent thing to try out at the expo the day before your marathon…
Is Kipchoge striding w/ ball of his feet the contact point? For a marathon?
I loved watching this. It was really cool seeing Galen Rupp coming in to win the bronze.
Bottom line his record does NOT Count! We need someone who can do 100% legit!!! Might not be in my lifetime but it will happen!
He missed again in 2019 by meare 2 seconds, hope he breaks it next time
I got selected for Chicago Marathon through lottery! Major #1 this year, Cant Wait!!!!
Was even the commentary on for the whole time? I would want to pee at least 2 twice in this time.
not only is it 13.1mph. but its on land not a treadmill. its harder on the knees
The poor North Korean out there running for his life… literally…
it takes under 2 hours for Kipchoge to run a marathon but over three years to upload this video
Of course it’s almost impossible to keep up this speed. On top of being on performance enhancing drugs, Kipchoge is a world class Kenyan Marathon runner.
And you didn’t even mention this man’s 5k and 10k world records…his speed in those races is mind boggling
1:54:38, like the commentary. “With right amount of hardwork, no reason why Western athletes can’t compete w/ the East Africans.” The Chinese commentators all say that too, in sprints and basketball. Not everyone is Yao Ming or Jeremy Lin. LOL!
My fastest mile was 5.15 minutes, my fastest two miles was 11.05 minutes and I remember puking from the beginning exertion. 4.23 per mile for a marathon is absolutely insane.
Can anyone please recommend a great pair of marathon running shoes please
watching this in June 2020, I am a proud Kenyan, but our fuxked thieving politicians they steal all the patriotism from my heart
That’s easy. Just lemme grab my keys and warm up the engine.
why would anyone throw their bottles on the same path they were on lmao
I remember this. Since the Mens Marathon was the last event in Rio they had the medal ceremony at the start of the closing ceremony.
That has to be cool to not only make the podium but to be presented the medals in front of all the athletes who were still in Rio for the closing ceremony
That’s ridiculous! And could you imagine if someone were to fall and fly into that brick wall?!?! YEESH!

I love those candid moments which you show in the later part and Coach Nate where can I find the cap similar to the one you are wearing in the video.
The announcer was wrong about Americans and Olympic marathon medals. Meb Keflezighi got the silver in 2004. He said the last American to medal was Frank Shorter. Again, this is incorrect.
Endurance and perseverance at work. Kudos to all the runners.
beats 2 hour marathon what a moment, but then YouTube wants to still recommend this stuff…
Elliud be sprinting for the whole marathon and making it looks like an easy breezy morning jog. Honestly he looks like he could run another marathon after finishing it. Simply wow.
A lot of people can run a 5 minute mile but only the elites can run 26 of them back to back
Wait, if they had to drink water all along the way, what happens if they want to use the bathroom? Do they just hold it?
(1km-30km) Kipchoge: Let me pace you guys and run slow on purpose.
(35km) Kipchoge: Good bye.
My experience in running short distances is Twenty years. During the last 2 yrs, I finished five half marathons. After deciding to aim for a full marathon, I followed this marathon training program “Zοrοtοn Axy” (Google it). Book very informative and a lot of great tips. I had been able to finish my first marathon and got to a Boston marathon..
OMG, that British announcer is unaware of how racist his comments were when he was lauding the “western runner”. Nothing wrong with having a favorite runner but his reasoning is super racist. Start listening at 1:53. I didn’t realize that elite runners were saying that it is pointless to race against the east Africans.

Mike spent a little more than 2 minutes explaining what he was doing
He’s too muscular to break the record. He needs to slim down a little bit so he can get lighter and more nimble.
Hei, i was wondering why marathoners keep warming up for 1 hour before race? From a physiological aspect. Tnx for answering.
I think he’s the runner man who played captain america the winter soldier in this first scene of the movie
So is there a way say like where you build up from 4miles/hour to 8 miles/hour to 10 and then eventually 11 or 12miles/hr?
Eliud is the best but how does a normal person try and get close?
Pete Donegan is the aussie commentator. He calls a whole bunch of different sports in Australia and does it brilliantly. He’s one of the best we have ever had
the dude side shuffling for 5 minutes to the finish line had me dying what a beast
I love these throwbacks watching the beautiful countryside and how rio is meant to look
the thing is, he already ran just under that in a marathon, thats insane!
Love how when they get water or sponges they all make sure to pass it around the group so no one misses out. Lucky to experience doing this in my latest half marathon race. True feeling of sportsmanship
52:50 Bekele really thought it was gonna be his last Olympic games

Eliud Kipchoge This man has had too many phenomenal moments. Legend
If an hour were two minutes shorter, would the marathon world record be four minutes faster?
In my opinion the marathon is not only a race against other people it’s a mental battle and a battle against fatigue, all of these competitors are warriors
I think I can break this record I just stared to run this month and I I am able to run 7,8km in 49 min with an average of 5min per km…..so if I work hard I can make it
thats like running 104 laps around a traditional track field averaging a pace of 1 min 10 secs per lap to put this into perspective
What it takes? It takes special genes which only African people have, it takes the muscular build that only African people have. It takes an extremely thin make up which doesn’t weigh you down.
I’m 15 from Scotland and obviously can’t do the marathon, but I’m going to take a note of this so I can complete when I’m 18. Thanks for the great video.
No Offense, but Kipchoge is the best Marathon runner of all time.
1:05 How does he finish the race in “ 2:02:59” but his official time is “ 2:03:03” They purposely giving Kimetto the top.
He says his fastest time is 2:03:03. It’s been incorrectly translated!
In India we usually reach a 50 km destination in 3 to 4 hours by vehicles…no kidding…this man must be an alien
I thought my running form is bad but when I saw these 2 women I realized I am not 0:50
1:12
It doesn’t happen in one night.. he practice hard for 15 years..
I get trypophobia when I see people cut holes in their shirts…
elite marathon runner mechanics are totally different… That separates them apart of others
He crosses the finish line in 2 hours and shakes his head…disappointed.
It takes me twice as long to run a marathon as Meb Keflezighi.
I feel bad for him. He was not the first person to run a marathon in less than 2 hours as he dreamed! You just have to feel bad for him!
So, are you a sprinter or long distance runner?
Kipchoge: yes
And then a man named Kipchoge did less than 2 hrs exactly 1 hr 59 mins and 40 secs.
All very bad at running form, so no surprise here they fail.
My mom did this marathon and she completed it in 6 hrs. It is so crazy that he completed it in 2 HRS.
1:56:19
Kipchoge: You need some manners
Lelisa: I can’t breathe
I think his legs are very flexible so he can make big steps as well as he has high endurance
Kipchoge and bekele the 2 fastest marathon runners. I hope to see them on 2020 olympics. For sure both will.bring the best of each other.
Keep in mind running on a treadmill is easier than on ground
U ain’t gonna talk about the fact that he has the 5k and 10k world record? Smh
i kinda wish this was in the metric system cause i found it hard trying to compare the difficulty
Holy he was only 2 seconds away from beating Kipchoge’s record at the 2019 Berlin Marathon!!!!!! Crazy Comeback story!!!
This background beat…. it goes so hard. Anyone got the link?.
it looks like the treadmill is limiting their stride potential, like the third guy looked like he was taking baby steps. Not to take any credit away, it’s just a different perspective.
Two years later: Eliud Kipchoge has destroyed the world record.
Anyone watching this in 2019 with Eloud Kipchoge about to break the 2 hour barrier
I can run 7 miles non stop. 1 mile in 6 minutes. I think that better than maybe 70% of americans if not more but running a mile in 4 and a half minutes is ridiculous! Running it for 26 miles is just unexplainable to me
It is funny when the israeli runner actually looks like an arab. Paid actor.

After realising the endurance and speed elite has:
Mike: the man is a machine
Just a tip. Maybe it would be good to lower the background music a little bit. Its a little bit hard to hear the talking on some of these videos:)
he can’t brake the world record because epuid kipcoge is going to
I’m not a runner, and this just seems astounding to me. I can’t get to this speed. not “hold” it, but I can’t even get to it! my fastest would be 14kmh. how did he get 20??
American >>>clearly juiced…but WADA is sponsored by Americans….
1:15 “Because I just wanted to take up the challenge of running”, that’s what it looked like
“I’ve never felt more proud than I did when I crossed the finish line, because it did really feel like a moment where I had to make several decisions to recommit and to have strong character when my body didn’t feel so strong.” This is the essence of racing the marathon well riding those ebbs and flows during the last 10K, and believing yourself through the rough patches. Very well said, Alexi! Thank you!
I wish there was someone around here that could help me learn more and get started with ucan. I’ve heard good stuff about it. I’m in NW Arkansas
Thanks for the video. I admire her a lot for years. Also thank you guys for the run experience. With your help I have become a much better middle of the pack runner. My plan is to get a PR in Chicago this year. Fingers crossed!!!
There are some comments saying “Marathon runners need more respect than sprinters”. That is BS. I say, respect them equally.
It is easy to be fast for 10 seconds. What is not easy is to complete 100 metres in that time.
someone please tell me what is the name and model of watch she is wearing?
What intensity are the mile reps? 5k, 10k, HM or Marathon pace?
How to spend your time in lockdown?,
Watch someone running only running for 3 hours
How fast do you recommend you run the 2 mile repeats? If I am shooting for a sub-5, should I be running these at marathon pace or should I be running them more like 5 or 10K pace? I’ve been running 2 mile tempo efforts at 5K pace, and incorporating 1-2 mile tempo efforts at half Marathon pace into my long runs. Are these wise choices?
