Have been searching for something like this. I am at the point where I wake up at 5am, do my morning routine and by the time I’m at my squash court (quiet and no one there at that time) downstairs at 6am to practise I just can’t be bothered. I feel i would rather do any other kind of exercise rather than my practise at that point. I feel its a mental block
When I started out executing yoga using this yoga guide “Yοmzοzο Kena” (Google it) I was almost 330 pounds. I couldn`t sleep well and then my blood pressure level isn`t healthy (very high). The guide content material is approachable and easy to understand. You`d be blessed to possess a copy on this one..
LOVELY. I keep dropping it for very long periods of time, I think the most discouraging thing is I’m not flexible (at all lol) so it’s very difficult to hold poses and such. I want this to be in my daily routine but I’m not a self motivator
Thank you so much. You pulled me out of darkness. Your pace is just perfect for me. Hope to follow you as long as I can.
did it today again, a little better. Don’t rush with the second practice, maybe i get a little flexibility till then:)))
Let’s go ahead and sell vacum cleaners as well you can talk about how good it cleans the floor after the yoga practice
I love ’embrace the micro practice’. I used to think that my down dog practice wasn’t enough but when i look back, it was the micro practice that motivated me to stay connected with my practice
This is exact what I need. Thank you so much for sharing this ❤
Im doing yoga before bed for a month now sooo is that wrong doing it at night
What do you recommend for a beginners mat? I’m not able to invest in a really expensive one yet. Thank you
Would you like to show us your yoga practice you do in the morning? Would be interesting
I would do my yoga exercises either in the living room or downstairs in the laundry room(floor is wide enough). I also use a LED candle to meditate after my yoga exercises. I also exercise around 9am. I hope you’re impressed.
Thank you so much. I’m a beginner and I actually wanted to learn the basics of Ashtanga practice and not just a workout. Thanks so much again as I cannot go to a proper class right now. Love all the way from India.
I would like to share you a hack available online for the popular yoga tips. Simply type: “MindYoga4U” in Google. It will be very helpful for you.
