When I don’t feel like going to the gym, I tell myself it’s double points if I go, I gain the benefit that I would have lost by not going, plus I gain the benefit of the actual workout itself…. does it stand up to logical scrutiny, No…. does it work every time in my illogical brain, Yes…. I mention it in case anyone else thinks as illogically as I do…

Anybody know what is Custokebon Secrets about? I hear many people burn their fat with this popular fat burn diet plan.
One thing I can say is to just do it. Example: I get home from work and have a light meal. The gym is open for 3 more hours. I want to relax, but I don’t allow myself to THINK, rather, I just start putting on shorts and gym shirts and pack my bag and tell my wife i’m heading to the gym. I walk there and focus on what exercises to do. Just imagine watching yourself get dressed and your telling yourself “You can do it”

So many people didn’t understand the video… He’s saying that we SHOULDN’T rely on willpower and self-discipline for weight loss simply because that’s finite and not sustainable, however, if we plan ahead we would put less strain on it and keep ourselves on the right track. Therefore, if it takes a lot of effort to lose weight, the problem is in the planning and not in the willpower.

As we get older, (I’m 68 myself) we become more and more a creatures of habit. Habit will always overrule willpower because its automatic and effortless. By maintaining a strategy of creating new and good habits, your healthy disciplines will become your lifestyle.
