My biggest problem is not knowing what to do to work out. I feel ridiculous every time I do. This work out guided me and pushed me. I am grateful to have access to this kind of motivation for free and in the comfort of my own home. Seriously, this is invaluable to me. I had a great workout and I am pouring sweat!

The best push-ups are the diamond push-ups but when you do them as a regular push-up in a diamond form, pull your arms back a little towards your chest forcing you to do half push ups, those will definitely work your arms. Do reps of 10-15 depending how fit you are and if you can do more then go right ahead.
This is the best Utube channel and it does not hurt that your the HOTTEST chick out here real easy on the eyes and fun and funny of course.
I remember it being a lot harder than this when I was in boot camp, and they weren’t nearly as friendly and encouraging as you are being. It was more like “get to it you bunch of lazy ass maggots my handicap grandma could out do your sorry asses” not “excellent job guys keep up the great work if you need to modify it”.

I just finished this workout and I expected a hard, sweaty workout but it went by fast and easy. Good job though.
Good video but this should be at least 30minutes because if your expecting to go into the military, football, basketball or anything strenuos its about not giving up and pushing through. Run, push sled, use battle ropes, do push ups/pull ups, planks, ect.

I just wanted to say it’s rather rude because this is what Rebecca enjoys doing and i quite enjoyed this workout myself. I want all the people who post “boo, you suck,” and “she has bad push up form,” that no one is perfect and that when you post something so rude it really does a number to their spirits.
Omg this is terrible. Real marines have to shoot themselves in both knees then do 100 squats, then cut off their arms and do 50 pushups, then run 10 miles. This is nothing, boooooo you suck.

I go to gym and my trainer has “no giving up” policy, so if I get cranky because I am a little tired, he says that I’m a wuss and we start from the beginning, until I nail it through the pain and “I can’t do it, kill me now”. I’m always happy when I leave gym, though… I genuinely don’t think that trainers should ever say something like if you can’t do it, there’s alternative…. Especially if we’re talking about such a child game as jumping jacks. Come on.

I am 13 years old I accomplished this and do this everyday and I am up to were I can beat my 19 year old brother in arm wrestle and actual fighting so I am pretty tough or he is very weak

Ive never left a negative comment on a video, but this is honestly shit. If you want a good military work out check out the standards for any branches PT test. An evaluator wouldn’t count a single one of those pushups. I commend you on your optimism and encouragement but this is really nothing like a “military” workout.

I have done this in the past. Then school got in the way and I got fat. I am now doing 2 XHIT workouts (10 min) plus two other workouts every other day, and run every other day, since a couple of weeks back. So I thought I was ready for this.
I wasn’t.
I had to take a few breaks and get water. Sweat is literally RUNNING down on me. At the end of the work out I was so done that it made me swear with an Irish accent (I’m not irish). Thanks XHIT for a great workout that really got me to my limit. I have something to work on. I love these workouts and the hosts are so motivating without being annoying.
Well it all depends how hard you went. About 15 minutes of hard work could get you upwards of 100-150 calories…if you pushed it!
XHIT I love your videos so much, all of you doing the videos are great people and very motivational. Thank you so much for helping us who want to train at home but don’t have money for a personal trainer! You deserve more likes!
love your quick vids but why do you talk so extremely much about calories? there are soo many benefits of excersizing that is not about calories it helps keep your bloodsugar in balance, prevents cardiac disease, can help to treat depression, prevents alzhaimer, gives you more energy throughout the day… I would love it if you focused less on calories and more about what you as a person can do to make yourself healthier, happier and less prone to disease. its about loving and taking care of yourself not about calories…

This is actually really good! As I still have school, I find it difficult to do long drawn out exercises so this is perfect for short periods of free time, its also more fun than other workouts as it changes exercise a lot!

What do I need to do to start working out for the first time before I go to the military basic training
I want to have a belly like you but the problem is that I can’t see the muscles on my underbelly. I do a workout every day, but it doesn’t work. Or it feels like it doesn’t work. I’m doing this for 5 months now and every fourth day I take a rest from the exercises. But what can I do to get my underbelly trained?

Great workout. I normally exercise at the gym in boot camp classes, but my babies were sick so I couldn’t take them today. I supplemented this with a 10 minute free weight arm video after. I definitely felt the burn!

Wow, if you call that a burpee you need to go back to school. Its more like a power stand. WIth a burpee you lay your body flat on the ground, then jump up with an overhead clap. Maybe you should consider trying a Spartan race….

This is not a boot camp workout. Its an out of breath woman that barely did anything. Should also have added a push-up with the Burpee.
