To be honest. The only diet that gave me a six pack was the Chicken Breast, Brown Rice, and Broccoli diet. It works better than any other diet I have been on.

I actually found your video because another YouTuber suggested to watch videos on YouTube about your ED to help you overcome it. I wish more psychologists took binge eating seriously. I tell them what is going on and they test my thyroid and tell me my thyroid is fine. I never said it was my thyroid. I know what’s wrong. I just don’t get how to stop. You see it happening, you want to stop, but no one actually gives you the tools to stop bingeing.
I just ordered a ice cream maker so that’s one way to enjoy eating clean. Besides the cost of non dairy ice cream in just a small 16 ounce thing is expensive in NY lol it costs $6 for the little thing so paying $50 for a ice cream maker will pay itself off fast.

You see, i never thought i am actually binge eating before i saw this video. I really eat a lot, and being locked fown at home is really a big struggle cause i browse the internet a lot and all these people are selling online foods that are really appetizing and i know it’s not their fault it is their soirce of income but i do not have self control and i even tried to exercise but i am still fat. If you wanna clean your pots that have really bad shit stuck to it. Put water in it, put it on the stove and just kinda clean it while its on the stove with like a wooden spoon or spatula. Usually works pretty well for me.

I first got into binge eating to cope with a bad breakup a few years ago. A little tip for cleaning pots and pans that are crusted on, I like to put water in them and put them back on the stove and bring the water to a boil for a while and it lifts a lot off a lot easier.

So yeah that’s it, I have lost about 5 kilograms in a month and I have scaled myself every Monday, but since in this Monday I havent seen any differences on the scale, from the last Monday, I became so emotional and moody, or actually I have no clue what is it, but I can’t stop tniking about my faliture, because I considered it as a faliture… Today, on top of that, I watched old pictures of myself, and I really really wanna go back there, when I had no problems whit food, and I don’t know how the fck I didnt gained weigh or how was that, that I didn’t even was thinking about food or anything, I was just so so happy and independent from any kinds of shit that comes from an eating disorder… (Sorry for my english)

I usually don’t have a problem eating healthy, delicious and varied when it comes to savoury foods, veggies, rice, salads and stuff like that. What I’m having a hard time with is finding healthy sweet foods that fill my cravings. I’ve never been a fan of most sweet fruits, or I’m not used to eating them in their sweet form (I only eat apples, oranges, mangoes, etc. with chilli powder). Have you got any other ideas for healthy foods or desserts I can try that are not completely fruit based?
If your mouth is bored or lonely CHEW GUM. They only have like 3 calories and it takes your mind of it plus if you bite your nails it helps with that too

I strongly recommend reading “Breaking Free from Emotional Eating” by Geneen Roth!! It’s truly changed my mindset and relationship with food. The most important thing I learned was to listen to your body!!! I’m 19 and I started dieting at 13:/ The cycle for the past 6 years had been a week of dieting and eating “clean” (1,200 calories a day) and then another week of stuffing myself with everything that I saw (more than 5,000 calories a day!). No matter what I tried, I would end up binging at the end of each dieting phase. I realized that to break this cycle, I had to eat when I was hungry. it was so simple, but so so hard to do, because I didn’t know what hunger felt like because I learned to ignore those cues throughout the years. Anyway, as I started to really pay attention to my body, I actually started losing weight and ultimately felt super happy because I wasn’t thinking about food all the time.
I’m still trying to get past the trend in veganism the past 10 years which stresses nuts and good fats and to just worry about the sugar grams in everything even if it’s a healthy plant based form. In other words I would eat hands full of nuts, but wouldn’t dare touch a date or even a banana. It’s discovering the HCLF community on You Tube accidentally that has educated me. I was worried because we heard how the low fat craze of the 90s only made us fatter, so I’m still trying to reconcile the two. I thought rice and potatoes were “bad” starches. So thanks to you and people like Bonnyrebecca and happyhealthy96 and That Vegan Couple I’ve cut down on fats (not eliminated) and have stopped worrying so much about the rice and pasta I would love to have but feel guilty about.

It is not about the food, but I have a tip for your pot. YOU need to put water in it and a bit of detergent for clothes (the powdery one), and turn on the heat and let it boil for a while:)
I’m assuming that you come from a fitness/bro-style background like myself, because I almost choked with laughter when you mentioned the egg whites, white fish etc! Been there, done that! Half the plate filled with protein, and half of a small sweet potato (if you’re lucky!) for carbs! Plus a dollop of cottage cheese just for good measure and extra protein……plus a bro-tein shake on the side!

I know many people out there uses protein powders, and if you actually know what is inside of it, its actually really bad. I started taking plant base protein after doing a lot of research. Of course Vega is a good plant base protein, there are many more brands out there you can buy. My personal favorite is Sun WarriorWarrior blend. It is vegan friendly as well. Sorry if gave out any false information, but best of luck everyone.

The pot is salvageable! Boiling hot water from the kettle with a fair bit of washing up liquid. Leave it to soak and you need like a metal scrub which will help lift it. Repeat 2-3 time’s and it will be good to go! Leave it to soak for a few hours though x
great video, i was restricting my calories to 1300 eating rice with chicken, oats for breakfast always 30g and sometiny salad with fish for dinner, then after a fiew days i always have binged on junk food and i felt guilty so i was like, since monday i’m on a diet again and i was on a diet again and then i binged again and then i was guilty again and over and over like so, i hated this so much! I’m a IIFYM kinda guy, I get protein in as a priority and then fit everything else around it. That being said, I’m not filling in the rest with junk or processed food, everything still comes from whole sources. I don’t have the dedication to eat chicken, rice and broccoli all the time, and quite frankly why would you want to? I don’t like eating the same thing two days in a row let alone all the time! Why would you suck all the fun out of food, making yourself dread meal times when you can get the same benefit from a whole range of things?
Too many people make the mistake of trying to emulate the pros. Workouts, food, whatever. Unless you’re taking AAS and massively ramping up your protein synthesis you’re going to end up disappointed!

I binge purposely. I want to taste good? Eat. I’m bored? Eat. I know I will be over full and on comfortable, but I eat anyways. Thank god I have a fast metabolism (5.0 ft and 107 lbs) but I do get backed up and realllyyyyy bloated though. Tonight I had a piece of thickly cut deli chicken, two smoked ribs, two spoonfuls of homemade Mac n cheese, a small spoonful of mac salad, two bowls of icecream (one with caramelized peaches) three donuts, and like 3 tortillas chips.

what i do when i have burned pots is that I fill it water and let it boil for some time. it helps to loosen the burned stuff and afzer it is easier to scrape it down:D

I also have a tendency to bake and tell myself that I won’t eat it but then I always end up eating most of it so I’d recommend not baking/cooking foods if it isn’t necessary

Tell yourself you’ll be back in 5min., So you can get rid of your impulsiveness and anxiousness. Also, give you the chance to entertain yourself with another activity.
Do both worlds. Clean eat for 2 to 3 weeks. Use dry seasoning on your chicken to keep the flavor profile different. Then for 1 day on a day you have time do a iifym. People do the chicken rice broccoli, and that hits your macros, but you still have to feed your micro nutrients. Doing the same meal day after day for an extended period of time will leave you micro defincent over time.

I’ve recognized a pattern with myself:
I wake up around 7:30 and get after it. At around noon I decide to rest and eat lunch. I eat my food while watching something and when I’m finished eating I feel an urge to go get more food and keep watching. I binge on food until I’m so full that I take a nap.

I was diagnosed with B.E.D. when I was about five years oldI know that sounds crazy but I had a traumatic childhood and I subconsciously turned to food I guess. I’ve just lived with it my whole life, and my parents restrict me when they can. BUT when I started freshman year and got a job I had money to buy food and it was no longer in their control. I’ve gained about 30 lbs so I need to get this under control before it gets worse cuz my parents won’t always be there to help me
Once we eat the right food, it’s SO easy to get fit..Mind blowing once I found out. I agree to be fit on a conventional diet you have to eat boring. That’s why it really is hard to maintain weight eating the conventional diet (and statistics show very few can).

Ever since having this guidebook I have burned 15 pounds, and have had more good results toning up in a fitness center. Not only that, I have a great deal of energy remaining in my tank..

I lost 35 pounds since December but yet I still have a little chub on my belly and arms and I hate it. Everyone knows I lost a lot of weight but there’s still so much more I can lose and some days I lose motivation. This quarantine has been really making me struggle with the healthy habits that I’ve adapted since my weight lost journey and I started to gain some weight back and it’s made me so self conscious at times but I know I got this I believe in myself. I know I can get back on track!

I get it,but you make the assumption the body breaks down all protein equally and efficiently…that has various factors involved, energy levels, stress levels, body temperature. The sort of variances you get…are perfectly fine. there literally is no need to count every gram.

I cant afford housing I live in my car & I eat 5-7 mcchickens a day cheaper than rent & going to law school rn already have job lined up for 100k first year. People like those in this comment section (pretty much everyone) who dont appreciate “clean food” and have to season and eat shit, even once a month, make me so annoyed (if you feel like you have to eat shit once a month, or if you are not grateful for every bite of clean food, then you dont appreciate what you have). I’m living in my car in order to pay for school and dont have access to food like that due to no fridge & yeti cooler money is better spent on school. I would be very happy if I had my own kitchen & fridge. I’d steam tons of veggies, I’d eat grilled chicken made from home, and maybe a little bit of rice. And if I want flavor? A small amount of sweet and sour sauce. A different sauce each day. And I’d he so happy. Yet you and most others cant “eat the same thing everyday.” Really fucked up from my perspective.
Drinking water helps me to stop overeating most of the time I need water rather than food. Like your body craves food yes but you have to recognize are you hungry or are you dehydrated? It’s so much easier to just grab food instead of water but it’s taken me a minute to start listening to my body.
What if you are on a medication Mirtazapine (me) which increases apatite for fatty carb rich foods. I’m constantly craving these foods
Most of the body builders I know take a day out of the week, like Sunday, to do all of the food prep for that week. Either by cooking the meals in a slow cooker, or already prepping the ingredients to make the cooking process faster. Also the reason Chicken has become a staple is how easy it is to keep track of the fat and protein in them. Take Fish for example. There are a lot of different fish with different protein and fat content, as well as mercury and other stuff you don’t want to put in your body.
Please do a windmill tutorial for the problem with keeping your legs open during the windmill please do this I’m begging you

personally I don’t have a problem with bored eating, I’m still trying to get out of a restrict/ binge cycle and having like 2 big meals a day instead of 3 w snacks (although yesterday and today has been more normal! no more extreme hunger and fullness from waiting till I get super hungry to eat). Even w this, I still am watching because you inspire me in generally!
It depends on the gear they are taking. Faster recocery needs more coplex meals more often. A normal Natral would require less. But still a lot.
In my opinion IIFYM only works if you’re super young and have that fire metabolism or your chemically assisted, other than that if you’re over say 25 and natty that sh*t is just going to make you fat.
I always go by this theory, eat and train as much as the body allows it, give your best but dont force yourself beyond your limits and then try to keep that line for which you have worked the most.
So bored I am just eating way to much. My only exercise is walking outside. I need my local gym to open ASAP. Watch a movie and eat. Look at internet stuff and eat. Uuugghhhhh

My thing is that I go on a healthy diet for a set amount of time. Drop a bunch of weight over a long period of time(30 days-12 weeks) where I’m completely in control. then binge it all back. It’s a horrible cycle I’ve been stuck in for 3 years.
i have 3 meals a day with a snack between lunch and dinner and a dessert after dinner. i think that‘s pretty balanced?
For the burnt pot: baking Soda and vinegar paste! And a steel wool scrubber I did the same thing and with quite a bit of scrubbing it came fully clean ❤️
I’m just a normal dude. But im 33 so metabolism isn’t like it was when i was 24 years old. I eat chicken and rice maybe 2-3 days a week. I workout (Lift, Cardo, etc) 4-5 days a week so it’s a happy medium. Eating meals like that 6-7 times a day all week is crazy and i dont understand how some guys do that for gains. If i did that i would weigh 400 pounds lol

My grandma would make baked bbq chicken with potatoes and some kind of vegetable side we don’t eat rice that often
If I was bulking up, I’d probably go with something like this:
(1 week groceries):
1.) A few potatoes, cooked with a bit of avocado or olive oil
2.) A few servings of green beans
3.) A few servings of broccoli
4.) A serving of spinach
5.) A few bananas
6.) A few oranges
7.) Several servings of fresh or frozen berries
8.) A few servings of lentils
9.) A few servings of rice (doesn’t really matter what kind)
10.) A few servings of some kind of bean, adzuki or anasazi beans among others are very good
11.) A few servings of cauliflower
12.) Several servings of salad-carrots, celery, romaine lettuce, cucumber, olive oil or avocado dressing
13.) Several servings of nuts/seeds-mainly pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, walnuts, pistachios, cashews, almonds and peanuts
14.) A few servings of wild caught salmon
15.) A few servings of organic chicken or turkey
16.) A few servings of pasture raised eggs
17.) A few servings of high quality beef, bison or lamb
18.) An apple
19.) One serving of dark chocolate
20.) A few servings of avocado
21.) A few servings of muscle milk
22.) Water.
-Work out the bod! Lots and lots of both endurance and power lifting (for my own relative size/strength, etc.). ALL muscles, stretch them first, stretch them afterward, include some cardio as well.
If I was cutting:
-Same foods, minus the rice, potato, banana, orange, and apple. (Lower carb, some protein, still some fat) Workout would be focusing on stabalizer muscles, abs, cross/twisting sit ups, even more emphasis on “hard to get to” muscles, diet would be even cleaner, emphasis on veg, very lean animal protein, and some water.
Ok, now bring on the critiques..

It’s convenient because of the simplicity of only measuring 3 ingredients, yes. But what should people that aren’t aiming to compete in bodybuilding eat instead? I bored eat all the time, during meals I do watch what I eat but it’s like I can never be full or satisfied. I eat three meals a day and snack between if I need. Plus I have two boys toddlers so I have to make different dishes for picky eaters. Bloated mostly but so far it’s been doing better.
