Only traditional foods that come from
Moroccan. If you have the option to cook do that. Remind for what you put in your body. Make sure your drinks come from that country. It will be more authentic you go to a restaurant that has that native tongue. Try food that you didn’t expect that would taste good. Do not alternate the food. Do eat 3 meals and 2 4 snacks. Do you cook at home only if you have those ingredients. Do you enjoy yourself. Do unexpected things for yourself. Do be open minded to different types of foods and meals.

Not to be rude, you have zero leg exercises.
Those leg exercises are weak.
Your legs look no different than a regular Joe.
From your knee down it’s only bone, looks unhealthy.
Makes you look silly, like a kite.
No point working out if you can’t do your entire legs.
As you know you need heavy weights to grow your legs.
I related to this video so much. Don’t have any weights so I used a 20 lbs cat litter container. Don’t have a treadmill so I ran around my neighborhood. Improvise, adapt, overcome!
