1. In breakfast eat 2 roti atleast two type seasonal vegetable and small bowl of dal
2. In lunch 1 roti atleast two type seasonal vegetable and small bowl of dal.
3. In night only vegetable mix in dal in medium bowl.
4. Glass of milk around 11 am with 6 almonds
Exercise:
In morning 2 sets of squats 30 each
