This was my first introduction to Pilates and using the ring. I watched the video first all the way through before attempting. It looked so easy watching her. Hahahaha. Boy was I wrong. Hi. This was my first workout with a Pilates ring and did not know what to expect. Workout was good but a bit fast for a first timer. But I guess i’ll get the hang of it as I continue to do the workout. I definitely feel it! My inner thighs and glutes are mush; no tone. I hope this helps me. Would love to get advise on how to reduce if possible a belly pouch. Is it really just diet and not exercise that reduces it? Will keep watching! Thank you.

Have been loving your pilates ring workouts lately. I think that now I am so glad I invested in the pilates ring you recommended and now I feel like I can really get a good workout. I remember the first time I used it, I was struggling. Now I feel like yeah I can do this and yeah its burning. Karen this was a killer workout. Oh my the wall exercises, those were hard especially adding the dumbbells. My legs were so aching. I really felt the ab exercises on this video. Good exercises but you do too much on one particular area like the ankles. My ankles were hurt after a while. It’s better if you change the ring place quicker.

Brilliant routine. My lower back is trouble and my upper back and shoulders aren’t much better. The last 2 exercises made it move like it hasn’t done in years! The ring is a revelation for me!

People who are trying this need to be able to hold all of their limbs exactly evenly in all their poses & movements. A person can get really injured if not completely balanced with good form. This is not for beginners!

I was excited that my husband bought me the pilates ring that you recommended. So happy you posted pilates ring workout so I can use it. But Wow, it was hard. I had done some of you other pilates ring workouts and used mini ball since didn’t have the ring. But I can see the difference. Today I did this workout plus 2 of your other ring workouts so I can get used to it. But I do feel the burn on my legs and the abs! This is a good challenge.

Excellent video, one of me favorites. Only one problem: On the leg work while on a floor with both legs inside the ring the pulses on the second leg are missing twice.
