Girl try high incline sprints you’ll be dead fr! I do 5 sprints, start with the incline on level 5, speed 8, sprint 30 secs with 1 minute rest and increase the incline 1 level after each sprint!

*start using best of best exercises for muscle growth and weight loss for quicker results
*Find all exercises and different stretches at myfitnesspal.com
*look at this as a guide and copy exercises and more simplified version into notebook/pretty workout journal
1. Choose 2-3 flexibility stretches (can be same as muscles working today or different) & 2-3 specific muscle prep stretches, hold for 30sec-1min each 5-10+ min, legs (calves & glutes & thighs), back, shoulders, arms (biceps & triceps), stomach (abs & obliques), chest

Disappointingly, I only did half of this work out at the gym. After the treadmill, I felt energized and I went into the little studio the gym has to do my HIIT. Tell me whyyyy two people come in as soon as I put my timer on. The first person went on into their workout groove. The second was facing me, doing their workouts and when they would rest, I could feel them staring. I just couldn’t finish with that, so I left. I will conquer tomorrow.

My sole 77 treadmill at it’s top speed of 12 is about max for me anyway at age 65. She may be faster in a sprint than me but I don’t think 50% faster. So when I do a 60 yard sprint in the nearby park, she would do 90 yards? Possible but doubtful. Who makes a treadmill that goes up to 18mph?

so hey let me get this straight. u warm up walking 1-5 mins. then you sprint for 30 s or 1 min then you walk 30s or 1m and so now do you have to sprint faster or with the same pace all the time?? thats what i wanna know answers please. and u do this over and over again for 15-30 mins, right?

I really enjoyed this. Not at your level, however at my intensity I was sweating like crazy!
Here’s a better way to do it. I’m only 14 and this is the workout I do for treadmill hiit. Basically I do 10 minutes with 30 second intervals. Warm up isn’t included btw. Warmup can be whatever you want.
So for the hiit workout I run 15km per hour for 30seconds then rest for 30 seconds until the 10 minutes is up. I lose around 5002000kj in the following hour and then it continues increasing. I use my Apple Watch series 5 and it’s honestly really easy. If I can do it so can you

Guys, I love Hanna but she is doing HIT in a very very wrong way….. This is all about giving your best for 15-20 seconds, and then rest for the double or even triple the amount you run. If you do what ahe does, 20 sec on and 10 off, you will never be able to give your best.

never do running on incline treadmill if u do it naturally outside climbing hill or something thats different but on treadmill walk on incline at 3 to 4 mph at max otherwise it will mess up your knees..

What am I doing wrong, it says the workout is 24 minutes but it says 30/30 so 1 min per exercice, 4 exercises make 4 minutes per round and there are 4 rounds so 16 min?

This is what I do on the treadmill every other day and I’m losing mad weight. Warm up for 5mins, then sprint for a minute on 7-7.5 speed. Then cool down for 2-3 minute. I do this for the entire 30 minutes. 2 incline. It’s better than jogging the whole 30 minutes.
