80kg at 178cm (176lbs at 5’10). Have been eating 1500 calories for 2 weeks now. Train 7 days a week (running everyday 1.6km (1mile) + 3 real running days (10km/6miles each) & weights 3 days a week + abs on running days.

I swear 30 calories of jello, 100 calories of high volume cereal, a cup of strawberries, and top it with some low calorie whipped cream and sprinkles u have a whopping desert bowl for like 300 cal its what keeps me sane and i feel like im cheating the system:D

Sounds like you either need to explain wtf you’re doing. Bulking, maintaining, or cutting. 3000 cals bulking full day of eating, 4000 cals, 2000 cals, 1800 cals, all in 1 month… what’s going on?

I am sorry to bring it to you… but that ‘240 cal’ pint is in fact a 328 cal pint. Don’t believe me? Just add the calories from the fat (1gr = 9cals) /carbs (1gr = 4cals) /protein (1gr = 4cals). Do not always trust the cals, you would be surprised at how much labels lie!
