Thank you for the video(s) I’ve been doing it daily for the last 3 weeks-feels good. I’m now 34 weeks and getting ready for baby-time! I like the 20-30 minute duration for yoga exercises.
Hi Jessica, you are the best. I am doing my yoga practice with you every day. Your energy is awesome. Also, I have scoliosis and constantly upper and lower back pain, if you have some advices and more videos it would be very helpful. Thank you for your freebies ❤️
Hey Name-partner in crime! I’m yoga with Adriënne in Holland and also a certified (prenatale) yoga teacher. If you like I could share some tips for prenatale yoga. Love your vids! Keep up the good work of sharing Inner peace and Happiness. Namasté, Adriënne
Oh my goodness that final pose is AMAZING!! I need to buy a bolster like pronto!
Please do some more prenatal yoga videos!! You are my favorite!
I’m so glad I found a pregnant yoga practice video I enjoy! Please make more.:)
Absolutely love this yoga session! Really liked how it focused on relaxation and bonding with baby:)
You should do more of these. I have a friend who recently found out she is expecting and thought what an idea to do for those expecting September babies.
Loving the workout videos im 12 weeks pregnant i turn 13 weeks next week is it ok to do these exercises
I decided I would do every video by YogawithAdriene. As a 28 year old male I don’t think I will ever get pregnant, but these poses are good to know just in case.
gravid workout 30-50 min; everybody makes only 20 minutes and one can´t find longer videos anywhere
I am so SO glad you dd a prenatal yoga Adriene. I was doing your yoga videos before I found out I was pregnant. I love your style. You always manage to make me laugh and feel at ease. I was worried about finding a new routine due to my pregnancy, and in fact was just telling my husband last night that I wished I could find a workout like yours because I adore your personality.
This makes me so happy. <3 Thanks for enlisting your friend to help you. I'm such a fan.
Thank you so much. I am 27 weeks pregnant and I love all of you videos. I also like your way to teach each class. You are very good at what you are doing. Thank you so much. I am doing one or two of your class every night and I feel so good. If I pass a day, I can feel it in my leg at night.
If you have other exercices to do with the yoga ball I will do it for sure. I love using this ball. Thanks again! Annik
Hi, thank you for the detailed instruction. I realize that I have lower back pain after practise kegel. Is it normal or I used the wrong muscle or contract the muscle too much? Thank you
Birth schools are closed now, so your exercises are very helpful. Thanks! How big ball do I need for these exercises?
This was my first time doing yoga ball exercises! And it felt great!! Thank you for ur calm voice! Can I also have a card picked out for me?
Thank you for these practices. I’ve been really enjoying them. I just need to make more time to do them. Which is hard with three small boys in the house! Please could you pick a yoga card for me?
Thank you for your wonderful videos! I was wondering; in a different video, you mentioned that we should avoid catcow in pregnancy…is that meant more for third trimester?
love Adrian;D never knew i prenatal jokes in me;DD always loved always will;D
I am 24 weeks currently and watch this every single day and follow along. Definitely getting better at it and am hoping it helps me with my bladder leaking:)
Please can you release a fertility yoga video, I’m having to go to other youtube yoga teachers for this which is so not cool, yours are the best.
I reall enjoyed the class! Perfect time duration for some movement and relaxation after a day at work! Well done
Thank you for sharing these moves with us. I think they are so helpful for all.
Tried this and Lara dutta… Only good prenatal work outs which I liked
This looks divine!! I tried a few of the moves and it felt so good! I’ll share this video with my pregnant students thank so much for such a great and thoughtful class. LOVE the ball. (PS, what mic are you using?)
I never thought of having a stretch ball yoga class (though I’ve also never been preggo haha). Awesome!
I don’t receive phone books, but my grandparents still do lol. The only free service for info that exists in today’s age. Yelp was almost on the telephone book hype
I love this yoga ball stretch sequence, and would love for you to pick a yoga Affirmation card for me!
I love that you say “Head over heart, heart over pelvis” i used to get so much pain in my back when I tried to make it straight. Come to find out I was hyperextended my spine, thinking I was straight. After hearing your cues, I’m so much better at picturing a straight spine.
Hi! I’m in the 5th month of my pregnancy, can I a start now?
Aw! I love your videos and grateful to find this one for a momma to be friend of mine to use
Thank you for your video. 39 weeks pregnant have had so much pelvic pain throughout this pregnancy cause of my last child my pelvic floor was very weak anyway. I will continue to watch your videos on theese finding them so helpful
What size ball is best to buy? I have a 65cm one but it looks smaller than yours. Any tips?
This is really good…It’s nice to feel safe to do these moves because of your knowledge and experience. Thankyou
Namaste Thank u that felt So good..and that’s was a beautiful message and thank u for going slow and gentle.
I don’t think yoga is safe for first trimester as it can cause miscarriage…maybe it’s safe at 3rd trimester not recommended though
So sweet and comforting to see you love on her with a gentle caress here and there. You’d make a wonderful yoga teacher.
Could you show a few poses for post-natal? Getting back into shape post gregnancy.
Can you post more yoga video after delivery? Lot of love from Cambodia.
Oh Adriene, it’s always such a pleasure to hear you, your funny jokes etc. This video was so sweet to see the sisterly love you gave to mommy. Thank you, I feel some of the love crossing through time and space and right to my own livingroom.
Using my boyfriend’s phone is it safe to do forward facing dog if your only a couple weeks
Haha, when she mentioned her boobs being in the way for the twist, I was like YEEESSS!! That’s exactly what I was thinking during that pose! Someone to relate to, finally ♡
Thank you! I am 20 weeks and haven’t done yoga since the first few weeks…this was a lovely gentle re-introduction x
Hi Adriene, can you recommend any other pregnancy safe yoga videos or chanels?
This was so helpful. Thank you so much!! I’m 38 weeks and feeling ready for birth, so the hip opening exercises are really helpful
Where are the other prenatal videos you talked about in your announcement video?
Adrienne I am looking. Do you have any videos for after menstruation to clear things out and prepare for ovulation/increase fertility?
I’ve been feeling some “nerve pinching” in my lower back, so I got a yoga ball today and did your video for the 1st time. It felt great! I started following so that I can do daily exercises. Thank you! Can I have a yoga card picked for me?:)
Adriene, we love you! We have completed a few of your 30-day series together as a couple and now that we’re expecting (our first!) we’d love to see more prenatal yoga videos from you. Maybe even a 30-day prenatal yoga series??! Many thanks for the humor and down to earth instruction in all of your yoga videos. <3
Hey preggos. Did anyone catch the kinky reaction to the boob rub at 2:55?
For anyone trying to find the prenatal series you can download it here for $27.99 https://fwfg.com/collections/online-yoga-classes/products/prenatal or subscribe to her Find What Feels Good membership for $9.99 a month here https://yogawithadriene.vhx.tv/
Such a wonderful practice. Felt great first thing in the morning to make some more space! Thank you for your videos ❤️
Absolutely perfect yoga workouts for me, thank you very much!
Thanks alot bettina you are joining me through my 1st pregnancy I’m really thankful and i loved your videos
Hi Adrian! Do you have plans to do a 30/31 day prenatal yoga camp? I think that would be amazing!
This duration is perfect for me. If I want it langer, I can stay in the poses for a longer periode of time or do a next video similar to this one. Thank you so much for this video. Just what I needed. And also, LOVE it if you can pick a card for me/us.❤(27weeks pregnant now)
Hi Adrienne. I love your videos…. Could you please do one for Fertility Yoga. Thanks!
I feel the “last” pose with the hands on the ankles and around the feet was kinda terrible towards those of us with short arms and big boobs, scolding for dipping in our shoulders isn’t fair… I can’t sit up straight no matter how hard I try, I’ve never been able to. I’m 25 weeks and have been looking for some work outs to help my body stretch out more, but unfortunately I’m going to have to take this off my list because of the extra troubles.
Adriene, is it possible to just buy your prenatal yoga????
Hi Adrienne! I’ve done 3 of your 30 day yoga challenges and i recently found out i am pregnant. I found one prenatal yoga episode on your channel, it would be amazing if you could upload more. I just love doing yoga with you an i would love to continue doing it with you through my pregnancy. Thanks so much for all you do for all of us aspiring yogis! You’re truly amazing
Hi Adriene! I have been watching you for years, and love you btw…. But I just found out I’m pregnant and I’m wondering when I should transition from “normal” yoga into exclusively “prenatal” yoga. I’m only like 4 weeks along.
Got any more of these videos?? I feel like I’m cheating on you looking at another person doing yoga
I find myself holding my breath, and then I let go not because my muscles are fatigued, but because I’m out of breath. How do I breath during kegel (the one when we hold breath for 10 sec)?
What’s wrong with the foam blocks? Lol. Am I missing something?
I thought I’d do yoga since I heard it’s good. This video reminded me why I didn’t take it up pre-pregnancy. It didn’t calm me, too much chit chat got a bit annoying when you’re waiting for the next step. I won’t give up, I’m sure there’s a better video out there hopefully.
Thank you very much for this, I really like your classes! Could you pick a card for me.? Thank you!☺️
Please can you do a video for poses that will help boost fertility! That would be awesome! ❤️
This is so beautiful Adriene, you are such a fantastic and giving teacher.
Hi Adriene and Hilah! Loved this. I clicked the link to to your website for more prenatal yoga and I didn’t get anything besides comments? How do I get more prenatal yoga from you guys? Thank you so much!
Hi Bettina
Please send through your pdf and your ebook. Thank you!

Nicole
I’ll be 30 on the 29th and I used to practice yoga when I was 11-13, but I stopped because of life events that sent me into a depression and I’ve also developed anxiety. I’ve been trying to develop a yoga routine (I have three children and we live with my fiancé…who can be another child) to help with my anxiety but foe some reason this upload is raising my anxiety and I feel a panic attack coming. This is so frustrating.
Please do more prenatals, Adriene! I’ve tried others but they’re just not you. (Was so excited when you mentioned in one of your more recent videos maybe during Revolution? that you were going to do some kid yoga videos, too. Perfect timing. I’m due in July and I’ll want my kid learning from the best.) Been following you for years THANK YOU!
I’m 34 weeks pregnant was in the hospital twice suffering from extreme pain and what I thought was a right inguinal hernia. I was discharged last night with the diagnosis of round ligament pain. I couldn’t believe it. I have a very high tolerance for pain and never took pain meds even after an emergency appendectomy. This was the worst pain I’ve felt in my life. It was even causing contractions on the monitor, although I was completely closed/ not dilated. I found your video and it was such a godsend. I slowed it down to x 0.5 and it was perfect. Thank you so much for sharing the precious gift of your time and knowledge with the world.
Would love to see some more prenatal videos! I’m currently 15 weeks and would love to see some more prenatal flows like in the prenatal package so I can switch them up. I tried doing some prenatal videos with other instructors here on youtube, not the same as with you adriene!
Hi, thanks for your video:)
I am 16weeks pregnant and have scoliosis. My hips and tail bone are painful. Can you show which stretches should I do? I don’t want to hurt baby and want effective stretch for my back. Thank you!
We’re not disabled we’re pregnant! Weak sauce, but I cheated and went ahead and counted this for my Friday yoga.
I agree Hila is stunning and an inspiration for a girl baby name!
I am having so many aches and pains and it’s only my first trimester!! My hips and back are aching all the time. Im hoping some gentle yoga will help.
Please do more prenatal yoga videos!!! There aren’t any one’s that are as calming, but funny, as your videos are!!!!!
So glad to see prenatal yoga with Adrienne. Would LOVE some more videos, or maybe just during a regular video, make a comment on how to adapt a pose if pregnant (eg. twist the opposite way, spread the feet a little more, etc.) In my experience, many poses require no modification and the others are simple to adapt usually…
I really enjoy your videos Adrianne but felt this one had much chatting not enough yoga
currently pregnant first trimester last baby. I’ve had c sections with all and will with this one. does it matter or no? will this help with all the anxiety I have?
LOVE your energy and the pace is perfect ; however, i would prefer a 30 min workout video <3 Thank you for putting these videos out there. They are a huge support for a first-time pregnant mom specially during these uncertain circumstances of COVID-19 outbreak.
Thank you. Very grounding practice. Your kind and calm energy was appreciated during the practice. Can you pick a card for me?
Sorry for writing this, but you´re talking and talking and talking…it´s hard to calm down and relax…:-( Sometimes less is definitely more:-)
Hi lovely Adriene! I do your different yoga sequences like four times a week and is now pregnant is devastated that I might not be able to continue with this smorgasbord of fun. Can you recommend any other of your videos that might be suitable to do (I’m not even fat yet, but don’t wanna do anything stupid) or some that is definitely not suitable to do? I know that there are millions of pregnant yoga videos on youtube, but I only like your show!:)
This is my favorite video! Your exercises have really helped my hip pain. Thank you so much for sharing your expertise.
Hi Bettina. Lovely practice today. I’m in my 2nd trimester, first pregnancy, and could really feel my body open up. Thank you. Please send me your ebook.

With gratitude,
Laura
My daughter and I loved this video while we were preparing for her to be born. Now she’s three months, healthy and happy. She gets to watch me while I do your 30 Day Yoga Challenge. Thank you!
Thank you thank you thank youuuu! I’ve been searching for some kind of activity that wouldn’t be a problem for me since I feel bad during pregnancy and can’t go swimming or walk a lot and this is perfect!
I know I’m a bit late, but any chance I can convince you to make a postpartum yoga video within the next couple of weeks??? I’m due November 8th and my body is going to need some healthful TLC after this little one arrives! THANKS!!!!
Thank you so much for this excercise. I just turned 18 weeks on Saturday, and started having the worst back pain ever. Your excercises have helped so much! Thanks again.
I am in the middle of my 30 day yoga practice with yoga with adriene when I found out that I’m pregnant. now I’m so happy to know that adriene has an episode for pregnant women. I stopped my 30 day yoga practice for now.:D
HiI am a little confused about where to find the prenatal series. Is it just this video, or is there more to it?
Hi Adriene, I have already done C-section 5years ago, now I m pregnant second one 12weeks, and I have high BP 140/90,, can I do this yoga… It will be useful for me..
How do you know what size of a medicine/pregnancy ball to get? Aren’t there different sizes for different body sizes and purposes?
are there more videos in this series? I’m looking for more prenatal yoga with adriene!:)
Fabulous all your videos to do a exercise routine everyday! The exercise with he yoga ball are they safe for all the trimesters? Thanks!
I LOVE all the Yoga with Adriene challenges & would be SOOOO PUMPED if she did a prenatal yoga series!!!
This is great info!! My patients will love it! Thanks for posting….check out my channel for pregnancy info! We even have a labour and delivery series!
So glad I found your videos, so lovely and calming. Love your energy <3
Thank you for putting all of these out there. They are a big sense of support as a first-time pregnant mom during this time of unease in the country.
I’d like to get your opinion on this. I just found out I’m pregnant (I mean JUST found out) Could I continue with my regular yoga practice, or should I go ahead and switch over to prenatal?
Thank you!! I enjoy the 20 to 30 min classes.
If I still have the energy and want more after 20/30 min then I do a second class hehehe
Thank you for your videos!!
It would be amazing if you made a video of a mommy & baby yoga session! I would use it every day.
So I’m one of those people whose knees touch the ground when sitting/laying with feet together. So that means I have pretty open hips? That’s ironic to me because I have hip problems & extreme hamstring tightness. I stink at downward facing dog & any kind of straight leg forward bend.
Hi Adriene! Do you have any plans to make another prenatal video that is a bit more active and core-strengthening? I’ve been searching for others, but I can’t find anyone who is as fantastic as you!
you have saved my life I’m black i had cov19 in march and God and yoga saved my life. now I’m pregnant and God and your videos is saving my life i have to share it with my peers thank you god bless
Thank you, I love this video. 20 mins is actually perfect for me.
very helpful:) It would also be great to have a class for when you feel bloated. Thank you
Namaste, I am glad that the ancient wisdom of INDIA and Hindusim ( yoga and meditation) is appreciated and adapted all over the world now…
i like the poses, but the background music temple is a bit too fast for me….:(
First time doing this I am currently 5 months pregnant and my brain feels so relaxed ♀️
If you’re looking for a yoga flow, this video is not that. It’s more like Yin yoga. I probably should have noticed that as there’s 34 minutes with only 5 poses.
I am glad i found you,i love all your pregnancy exercises & yoga. Thanks xx
I’m so happy Adriene.. that you made prenatal video. I used to follow you with 30 days yoga challenge but then life and work took priority. I always loved yoga and was checking out if any prenatal yoga practice is there for soft moves and connecting with self. When I saw your video.. it was a relief. Love your practice. Thanks
It’s my 16 week…. Can I do these exercise on yoga ball from now and on words?
This is a great, simple, and quick video! Thank you for the tips!
