Begin with this restorative yoga pose to gently open up the chest and shoulders. Place a Bound Bridge | 8 breaths. You’ll open up the chest and shoulders while also strengthening the core and glutes.
Lie on Baby Cobra | 3 reps.Sphinx is a good place to learn how to draw your chest through your shoulders, an action that will come in handy in many other poses (like cobra and upward facing dog) and is great for heart opening. Press strongly into your forearms to extend your spine, making room for your chest to move forward.Poses for Your Heart Heart openers like Bow Pose and Cobra can help you heal your body, mind, and spirit.
The bridge pose is one of the easier moves in the yoga practice, and it creates an open space in the chest cavity, making it a prime heart chakra go-to move. For those who just cannot get up into wheel pose easily, the bridge pose will likely give them similar physical benefits while aiming to keep the heart chakra open and vulnerable.Camel pose is the mother of all heart-opening poses.
It opens the entire front of the body, challenges core strength and improves spinal, hip and shoulder flexibility. It’s a deep backbend, though, so flow through a few Sun Salutations beforehand. HOW TO DO IT: Kneel with your knees hip-distance apart.
This pose suggests openness, and this variation is the most extreme in terms of heart opening. Set up your two blocks on the highest setting, with the long edge of the block parallel to the short edge of your mat. There should be about six inches between the two blocks.Back bending poses (actually referred to as “heart openers”) help you open and balance the heart chakra, and release tension and blocked emotions.

Place one forearm and hand on the wall.
Roll the shoulder back, slightly lengthen and arch your back, and begin to rotate your body.Heart openers are any yoga poses that lead with the heart (literally and symbolically). You are literally leading with your heart while you’re in the pose. Symbolically, these poses open your heart chakra, which physically creates an increase in energy.
Heart opening yoga poses, or asanas, typically involve the chest and shoulder area, as well as arching postures. Basic Yoga Poses for the Heart Chakra A yoga position, called an asana, is a pose designed to benefit your physical, spiritual, and emotional health. You will see the heart opening postures listed here are for opening the front and the back of the “heart-space,” as well as poses that require strength of the core, legs and shoulders to hold with an open heart. May you live with a strong, open heart and inspire those you touch to do the same!
Classic Heart Opening Poses: Floor Bow. Lay on your belly and bring your chin to the ground. Bend your knees and reach.
ANAHATASANA 3 Min – This pose is called the melting heart as it gently stretches your chest and benefits your heart and lung meridians. Come onto all fours and then walk your hands slightly forward. Keep your hips slightly in front of your knees as you begin to lower your chest towards the floor.
Breathe deeply into the stretch.

Building deeper strength in my physical, emotional and spiritual self each day. So glad that I am reminded that whilst I practice by myself during the pandemic I am not alone. Glad for your company out there in the Universe! And grateful for Adriene’s energy, gentle humor and responsiveness. Namaste!
The music at the back is so relaxing. Where can we listen to it?:) thanks for this great video Kristina!
You are amazing! Thank you so much for your job that inspires me
Kristina you are my inspiration. I’ve recently gone raw vegan for health reasons (I caught Lyme disease when I went to Thailand). I’ve been a vegetarian since i was 8 years old so it wasn’t a hard stretch to go vegan. Now I wouldn’t go back!
I’m giving myself a 30 day challenge. I can’t do all the poses yet and I’m going to try to master them and the breathing by taking the class for 30 days.
I would really like to do my practice without an advertisement coming on about 1 minute into the session. I shall find another video now thank you.
Hi Adriene, I enjoyed this class, but sometimes thought came that you speak too much and I stay too long not doing, when I came to practice Hatha Yoga. Other times, for me, and according to the American College of Sport’s Medicine, you take too little time on certain important poses, certain important areas of tension where you are too fast. Finally, there was no final relaxation which was very disappointing. Anyways, thank you for your effort and have a great day regardless!
Loved this!
I want more Yoga videos, please and thank you <3:)
I like all her videos before even seeing them, awesome flow!
This was a really helpful video! I’ve always wanted to do yoga, but didn’t know where to start. This seems like the perfect way. Thanks for inspiring me to actually finally try yoga!
I done this with my sister the other day and she really liked it, we are going to start a 30 days of yoga on the 1st of June, can’t wait! We also lit a rose quartz candle and had the light off we were really feeling it
How many times can I like this video? It’s so good, Candace. Always keeps me coming back for more. Love your yoga videos. Thank you.
You look STUNNING! I will try these yoga moves. Ive been wanting to get into yoga, but never knew where to start. This was extremely helpful. THANK YOU KRISTINA <3

Hi Kristina,
do you know if JOHN ROSE is okay? we havent heard of him for a long time now. hes not anwsering on facebook nor youtube. just want to know if hes okay. we are worried:/
Yoga poses are so great:) I love this!!! <3 I enjoy the new videos that you are making and i think if everyone did yoga the world would be a better place
Hi Erin! Sadly there are a lot of silly American soccer moms’ giving Yoga lessons with their exceedingly under-dressed costumes with too much makeup and child-like spoiled voices. But now that I found your channel I can easily concentrate to the flow. Your style, your neat instructions, your manner on only focusing in Yoga is really good for me. Thank you a lot!
How I wish everyone in the world chose to start their day off with such a loving practice❤️ Thank you Adriene. God used your practice to show me what was on my heart and how to embrace it all, and be ok with it all❤️ This is a daily struggle for me. So Thank you for your love Adriene. You give so much to us. We love you too!❤️
uuuuuuuuuugghhhhh!!!! this was amaaaziiiinggg!! Thank you so much:)
Iove the yoga video! The wheel pose also feels great to do against the wall, try pushing your chest towards the wall to open up even more:) <3
Dear Adrienne, just finished this video today and enjoyed it from the beginning until the end and will for sure share it with my friends . I started Yoga this year in January with your videos not knowing if I would like it or not and it has been a treat for me everyday since especially with these two months of lockdown….Thanks again for all the nice energy and content you share with us!
Yaaaay! I love that you’re incorporating Yoga into your video shares. I would love to see more about proper alignment, so that beginners can avoid injury or strain, maximizing the glorious benefits these poses. Love you, Woman!
Hola Kris es un buena pose también para aperturas la pose del pez (fish pose)! Te mando mucho amor! me gustó mucho el video.
Thanks for sharing, I love your coverup, cute more modest than most and not as distracting as others. Can you share a little routine for those of us with bad knees and hips and move slower? Maybe your Mom would do it with you for us older gals? Bless you and may everyone who does exercise better their faith, their soul, mind and body in good ways for themselves and others.
Found this on the dizziness-good with all exercise-The dizziness that comes with deep breathing is usually caused by breathing out carbon dioxide faster than the body produces it. This makes the blood less acidic, which apparently causes a chemical alteration in nerve function that makes you feel light-headed. The cure is to breathe more slowly and/or less deeply.Aug 28, 2007

That said you may want to slow down and breath slower, dizziness is not healthy, it is a warning. Hope that helps. Love our tip to modify, you look great and are great! Blessings!
Thanks Kristina, Great video as always with helpful info. Heart chackra is what I’m working on atm. ️✨
marvelous you are splendid, will try but difficult for me with multiple sclerosis. With all my l ove Kristina it is always a greatpleasure seing you
I do it by myself everyday Yes it open up your day as I start the day., Namaste
Omg Kristina! Your hair has been changed recently. I’ve been noticing in past few videos. Please make a video with your recent updates
Wow that was great I will incorporate this in my morning routine. Thank you
love the video! Was needing this ‘push’ in the right direction! Thank you♡
Today I came back to this session and it is just lovely. A great inner mind workout. You have taught me how to YOGA. Thank you forever.
Thank you for slowly and carefully explaining the movements, much love!
I feel much lighter after this sequence. Thank you for all the options!
PLEASE make a series on yoga! A variation, for beginners and more advanced too!?
That was so beautiful Adriene. Thank you for sharing your gifts and your light
Hi Kristina I lost my preiod 3 month ago could you help something to bringing back to me please.
I finally pushed up from my belly to plank using my center. Today was a good day celebrating the little things!
I can’t tell you how beneficial this sequence is for me! Whenever I am feeling groggy or unmotivated, this video opens me up and provides the energy that I need:) Your videos are great Candace, thank you!Namaste.
Beautiful Kristina! After doing yoga for many years I have decided to do 200 hour yoga teacher training, and I am loving it and learning so much! I feel like it would be good for you too, not just to be a teacher but to learn more about yourself as well and deepen your practice.. muah!
Every time one of your one hour class pops up in front of me I jump on it for that day. Omg it’s always something to look forward to. You’re really the best teacher out there. Wish I can meet you in person and do one of your retreats. ❤️
I am loving your new videos! I love this one especially! Thanks, Kristina! <3
You have an amazing wheel pose. I am trying to build up to that pose. Thank you. Do more, please!
this was cool! a nice feature would be to do certain poses or stretches to help certain muscle groups or areas like neck/shoulder, lower lumbar, hips, etc
You are amazing Kristina! I love your videos and you always inspire me to do better. You were and are one of my inspirations to going vegan and now also trying to do more raw. Thanks for all that you do. I might be trying yoga soon too!
I love this video! You look amazing, I love you Kristina
Just found you recently and absolutely love your practices..I had been using someone else on YouTube and thought I liked them but your practices make me feel so much better…I’m so excited everyday to practice with you. Thank you for doing all of these videos!
Some life issues are way more important than healthy food, beauty tips and exercise. It’s weird that you are not addressing these other issues Kristina.
Beautiful! I noticed that you look more beautiful when you put your hair behind..it shows more of your beauty.:) I admire you. You are awesome
I was hoping you would address the issues of the John Rose video with the disclaimer, the offensiveness of it and showing your picture with him as if you agree and are a coauthor. And David Wolfe knowing WHO he is. You are just ignoring all of this. People need to research for themselves. Pretty is as pretty does. WOW!
Love all the moves of yoga ♀️. Your such a beautiful soul and inspiration.xo ♥️
I am fighting off a cold today and this flow really helped me to feel better thank you
I just did this for the first time and was emotional as I let my heart open to the love that is available to me. Thank you so much for what you create and how it helps countless people to feel and be better. Namaste.
Where did you get those pants? My wife saw me doing this yoga video and she would love a pair:)
This video was PERFECT. I absolutely loved it. Many of my favorite poses that most instructors ignore, you included in this session! <3
This practice was awesome!!! I just wish you narrated and explained each pose while you were actually doing it. That way would understand how much time it takes for us to follow a flow we don’t know. I mean you could do it with the pace you did because you already knew what you were going to do, while we wait for you to tell us and explain to us.. I had to watch the screen all the time because the narration didn’t help much.. But as I said before, it was a great practice!!
I want you to know this is my all time favorite flow that I keep coming back to. It has everything I need!
It’s so nice to watch you. Not only do I like your style, but your videos too. Greetings from Germany, Alex
I’ve been practicing this flow for nearly four years, with occasional jogging. It changed my life literally. Just find thing you enjoy!! I wasn’t even bothered with the fact that i’m doin same thing over and over, it was enjoyment, thank you
Sooo wonderful, thank you for this soothing flow practice, it’s exactly what I needed today <3
I use your videos in my practice. Challenging poses but getting closer.
Thank you❤ you are helping me a lot to cope woth my anxiety. You’re awesome, I’m awesome, anyone reading this…you are definitely awesome. Sending you some love✨
Excellent exploratory cycle.
Helped id where I have politely called ‘instability’.
Hi Erin, this heart opening class was amazing! What I loved most was the vinyasa incorporating wild thing. The transitions flowed so well. Thanks again for allowing me the opportunity to practice with you.
Oh my heart.
Have been feeling heavy in my spirit and when I saw this title I knew this is what my body and inner child was needing. My heart has been heavy too, and at the beginning of the practice I felt it being tapped into and stretched open, so gently and lovingly.
I felt so much for humans like you Adriene. Very kind and gentle, all the while reminding me what a total badass I am
Yaaaas! I don’t mind at all flowing with Xtina every morning, glad you did this, let’s do some more:)
I really like these kinds of flows. It would be nice if.you could make more videos like this.
Thank you so much Adrienne. This is such a powerful flow and I got lots from it
video is awesone. wish they would write the names of the poses on the screen!
If anyone wants AMAZING, free yoga videos on YouTube, check out Yoga with Adriene! She does 30 day programs also. All free!
If you’re not watching this, the verbal instructions are not clear enough
I’ve had to take breaks but it breaks a lot of stress, oh and challenging
Love Benji’s unimpressed look at the beginning haha. Grateful to return to this practice this morning.
My intention is to honor Breonna Taylor today. She and I both work in medicine, though we have different skin colors, we share a kinship that I feel with other medical workers. First I work to fight COVID (and I still do) and now I fight for justice too. It’s a long road, filled with love and occasionally waves of pain and anger. Thank you for helping me connect to the love this morningmay I remain connected to that all day.
This is a nice flow, but definitely not for beginners. It ıs pretty fast, but slowing the video down works. I found the balance/worrier poses quite challenging, but that may be a good thing.
I dedicated this practice to my sister, she went through a lot and I didn’t know better at the time, how to help her or at least not make her feel alone or guilty. She loves me nevertheless and I cried thinking about how lucky I am for people forgiving me despite my mistakes. So I should forgive myself too, move on, and love more openly. I cried a lot especially in the cactus arms because they meant surrendering, opening my eyes to my deepest darkest regrets so that I could free the way for my hopes and dreams for a brighter future, in which I can give love more freely. Thank you Adriene, also the warming hands to the heart were very special ♥️
Yoga got me salivating enormously again:( aha. Really opening up my heart and body
I love this one I have done it a few times and cry every time at the end! Thank you Adrienne it’s beautiful
Hey there! Do you recommend this for people with herniated discs? My brother wants to try yoga at home and I’ve been practicing for years. I know these kind of backbends (except full wheel) can do him well, but maybe you know better since you created the sequence.
Loved this! I watch all your videos but this has to be my favorite so far. And its so nice that you are actually moving for 30 minutes instead of 25 and 5 for shavasana. <3
Uau, that was an AMAZING flow! Thank you very much Adriene and also to everybody in the community that makes this possible. Lots of love and I mean it.
Very great practice! I love how creative it was and it felt amazing! Thank you, Candace! Namasté.
Kristina, in these poses you mostly open your lower back. It’s good but your middle and upper areas are compresed.
I usually would stretch using these poses and didn’t realize that I was suppose to do them. It is a cake walk. Do you go for a jog afterwards?
Ever thought about giving a real exit like saying Namaste or something other than “comment like and subscribe and read my new book”?? Kinda takes away from the experience for me. If rather not hear that. Clearly if people like it they will likely show that without being told.
ADS in the middle of a yoga flow?! And for 50 Shades of Domestic Abuse at that?! Talk about a zen-killer.
Hi Candace, this video is still one of the best you ever made! So relaxed but with a nice flow throughout the practice. I especially like the way you once did this voice over-thing, it has a unique calmness and it kind of enhances the whole yoga experience:) thank you and happy new year!
Good video but a little fast for me. I usually need a few breaths in each pose before moving on. Just my opinion.
Nice practice i am not too flexible but i was able to follow you at my own pace, thanks for sharing, namaste.
I’m doing yoga with you every day in quarantine. Three months now. Love you, Adrienne!
Thank you very much for this great yoga session! Some of the poses were hard for me to do, and some were really good! I am flexible on some poses, and not so flexible on others. I needed a heart opening, and I feel really good now! Thank you, namaste!
Thank you for sharing. I am so glad you shared some of your yoga. Please continue. I really enjoy watching your videos.
Way to fast for my little heart. Good moves but struggling to keep up:(
Great class for intermediate yogis or beginners with a lot of energy haha
Amazing flow between poses never had such relaxation before. I feel amazing, keep up the good work!!
Thank You. I enjoyed this. It was a bit too fast for me but it gives me something to improve upon. I’ll come back to this:))
The amount of FREE and beautiful content you have made Adriene is absolutely amazing. YOu show up everyday and share the gift of yoga with the worldwide community. Beginner to advanced yoga for all different levels of fitness, age groups and pets. The integrity and humility you have is inspiring and the way you teach yoga and meditation is simple and effective.
I look for a variety of yoga videos for my library, and this is one that I come back to regularly. Beautiful flow, good duration, and Candace’s instruction and tone of voice are just what I need to feel invigorated for my day. Highly recommend!
All yoga serves Shiva, the destroyer, who is death. Don’t take my word for it: Look in the Linga Purana. Heart yoga invokes the demon “he who flees the light”, and the key to witchcraft, “she who works her will”. In addition, heart yoga invokes a wind demon who causes respiratory troubles and certain unspeakable Tantric tendencies. Stay away from yoga.
thank you for this video. your 30 minute flows help me so much during my busy day!:)
Hi from Japan ( ´∀`) This is one of my most favorite video among others of your classes. All the transitions connect nicely and very smoothly, yet strong enough. Thank you for all these beautiful useful classes and your tips during the class help too. I’m sure I’m coming back to this very soon. Take care and stay healthy Candace!!
What a lovely sequence:) Where are your leggings from? they look gorgeous!:)
I love this so much. The image of the rose is nurturing too. Thank you for your kindness Adriene. You are a wonderful teacher. This year is so tough but these daily practices are really keeping me going as I continue to search inward.
This is one of my faves, I fell off during the pandemic but I am going to try and get back. Started with this today and I feel so good ❤️
Grandiosa. Creo que tengo que aprender amar mi cuerpo así como lo más.
Do more yoga videos! Absolutely loved this one. Thanks for sharing. <3
Great yoga routine! I really liked the fact that ut challenged the body and ended with more stretching and relaxing moves. Could you do more yoga videos like this? (20-30 min)
Perfection. Wonderfulness. Creativity. How on earth can you come up with THE BEST sequences all the time? Thank you so so very much. Hugs from Hungary!
Feel good my ass, there doesn’t seem to be much options for beginners and this doesn’t consider people who are more inflexible.
Amazing! Perfect for me. Not too fast. Voice is pleasant and soothing. Vacuuming noise in background I found also soothing:)
i cant imagine life without my mama. God bless u guys and God bless your loved ones
I am following your yoga but this rose one was extra special.
Erin,,,perfect flow. I felt so at ease with my movements due to your awesome guidance!!! Feeling great!!! Love ya tons!!!!
Hi Candace, I LOVE your videos!! The only thing is when I try to complete savasanah (totally butchered it) your video ends and I get rudely interrupted by some guy yelling about his yoga class I can do without becoming a pretzel! Can you try to extend your videos even with some nice music after so we can get the whole time in instead of being jolted out of it? Thank you so much, your the best teacher on here for my ability!!
Benji looks so chilled from the beginning. He may be already mastering yoga spirit with Adriene. Thank you for great practice as usual.
I really liked the practice but agree it was too fast. Good sequence though
Good morning Candace! I did this routine at 5:30am! I didn’t expect to get on some sweat! Loved it! Thank you so much always! Have a wonderful day!
Too fast so much so I can’t feel any of these stretcheswaste of time
wow, im very un-bendy!! so much for thinking I was in any kind of shape!! altho breathless and dying is a shape I guess!! thank you. trying to work on the chakra things, so your a start to the heart chakra.
Really enjoyed this routine.. very well done girl/s (not sure if its the same girl narrating as it is doing the yoga!)
I usually struggle to get into the flow of yoga as most instructors talk if things other than the routine.. so I love how the only narrative on this is instructors on the routine.. it makes for a much more enjoyable practice so thank you
Don’t know how it’s possible to keep up or get any relaxation in
thank you Candace for your amazing videos I’ve been doing one every night
Thank you for this session, Adriene! <3 I really needed this one after a long week at work! More power to you.
Hugs to Benji! Hugs to you. Thank you! This was a fantastic way to start my day. Gentle integrity. Growth of the heart.
This video was very helpful thank you!!
Do you think you could make this a serie; yoga poses for every chakra. I’m currently working on my solar plexus chakra, it’s a very difficult one for me… so if yoga could help I would love that!
anybody else repeat the beginning 20 seconds just to stare at benji
Thank you so much Adriene, this was exactly what I needed. I like this practice a lot and hope to do it again. <3
Here’s my current intention in case it helps anyone: I love myself, I respect myself, and I am doing a good job.
This was awesome! I used it today in my middle school yoga classes and we had so much fun with it!
Heart opening poses feel so good to me.
Thank you for EXCELLENT teaching and class!
Thank you Cat! This particular flow is saving me double time at the moment as I am suffering from an articular facet inflammation and this is the only thing I’m finding is giving me any relief. Though I haven’t yet come across a routine of yours that I don’t enjoy. So grateful for your guidance every day ❣️
I’ve saved this video since it’s release to a special day. Today wasn’t special, today was just a normal day, but I woke up wanting it to be special so I thought this practice was the best way to start my special colourful and rose day. Good morning everyone. Thank you <3
Thank you for this Video. Love your voice and sequences, but everything was too fast, so even didn’t have time to focus in a pose and breath in it. And the word ‘beginner ‘. Hmmm… I have been practicing for more than 10 years and do not feel like a beginner to yoga, but there are still lots of poses I cannot make…
Hard to do yoga with loud ads interrupting. Not relaxing. Wouldn’t recommend.
Thank you for all that you do, Erin! Your classes are such a wonderful gift! Love from Canada ❤️
yoga beginner here, this had amazing flow and just enough of a challenge for a beginner as myself.
one of the best flows I’ve had in a long time. Thank you Adriene!
Thank you Adriene! I have recently finished your 30 days of yoga and I became a fan of yoga and you.. the way you give it, translate it, I really do enjoy, I am more in peace..so I keep on continueing with you, at this session end whne I put my warm hands on my heart, I started crying, it was a good cry, smiling in a meanwhile. Be blessed, Angela
Thank you, Great video! especially for someone like me who hates doing any core. You integrated it in really subtly so that I barely noticed! Had to pause a few times because it was a bit fast for me in places but otherwise fantastic:)
Oooh, how I felt my heart lift and open! ♥️ Thank you so much!
I envy your easy flexibility. It seems you have a full range of motion in every joint.
These videos are absolutely perfect for a quick 30 minute practice. Thanks so much!
It is the first time while crying during a practise, having the strength to embrace it and free the heart from that weight. Thank you so much for all this love <3
Thank you so much!Appreciate your creativity and you as a wonderful soul!Love
Don’t no why I love this one more than the others but it’s definitely on my top 3 of your videos:):):)
Erin, this must be so tedious, but what an Wonderful class! Thank you so much! How come you don’t have an million subscriber at least? People are missing out!
Very pleased to see videos delving into deeper subjects beyond food. Keep it up!
Feeling wonderful, thank you so much for all the great sessions!
I was feeling the anxiety and sadness of the world today weighing on me and my body reacting to my profession, dental hygiene. This opened every thing I felt was tight and tense. Super creative flows too! Thank you:)
Off! When my hands landed at my heart at the end there, a wave of unexpected tears rolled down from my eyes! Thank you for this beautiful flow!
Best heart opener flow I’ve come across ❤️❤️ many thanks dearest
Did anyone else feel super emotional and/or vulnerable after this practise? It was great but feeling all the feels afterwards. Xxx
Why have I not watched this one earlier it’s such a great flow and a smooth feeling. Also the light and the sound is top notch:) thanks Candace, bw Joxesk
thank you adrian it was so worming for the heart, for the feeling and also slowing the mind
My favourite so far I truly loved this, thank you Adriene
Didn’t feel motivated today, my I thought “well, might at least do a 10 minute morning video” (the one at the lake <3 ). But then this video showed up as recommended, I was drawned in.. and 40 minutes later I sit her on my mat, in my pj's, messy hair and happy heart. Thank you!<3
After 12 years going it alone, I came to you for growth. To open myself to more. To something new. To get better. For flow. Pretty much a new practice for myself.
It’s been a week and I’m already noticing a huge difference in me. In my practice. And my life.
This is one of the BEST 40 minutes of my life!
Thank you Adrienne! I love you
This style of video ist realy taking your channel into a great direction, I think! Much better than that never ending supply of nice-cream recipe videos:D
opening the heart chakra is such a beautiful process <3 love you kristina! <3
Thank you Adriene. Everytime This one of your best. All this “opening rose” methafore is just so perfect. When I do it my heart literally pops <3
This video is nice and challenging in all the right ways. I also like it more after I noticed your dog, halfway through the practice. And it made me laugh when your dog sat right up as he was resting when you had a kind of “thump” in the middle xD
That was a great heart opener cat! I say bring groovy back! I really would like to join the membership program but am not seeing the link
So easy to follow and you are normal, not trying to be a sexy weirdo. I liked the pace, I do this during my toddler’s nap and I want to feel like I am moving.
Your smile is what open my heart on every video of yours dear Cat
Adriene.. I just wanna let you know that you are an integral important part of my daily routine…. I have been dealing with depression all my life and that is the least of it… for the past five years I was in an emotionally and mentally abusive toxic relationship which lead me in a downward spiral… I forgot who I was… but I always made sure to come back to you and Benji and this… my spirituality that no matter what happens in my life is ever present… thank you so much for this practice and sharing it with the world…. you are heaven sent <3 Namaste
this flow never gets old…it works true magic every time! thank you! thank you!
Great sequence, explained simple and nice– your voice is calm, your language is clear and you speak exactly what is needed and not more than that. I enjoyed it!
As a yoga teacher I think it was too fast paced for a heart opener. Thank you though
Love your video, and your dog too.:) Hopefully I can follow the flow well ASAP.:)
My favorite yoga video to follow ❤️, I have saved this one and come back to it when I feel anxiety tightening my chest and shoulders. It makes me feel alive and open to positive perceptions.
Love ur heart opening class! Simply awesome especially after a long day work! Love all your classes. So glad I found ur site
So goood you are unique yoga instructor
hi kristina.can i know what the title of the music you use on this video?
your open heart supports our openings, to all that is offered. Thank you, Adriene.
I wonder if you are aware that you make people cry sometimes ❤️
The raga playing as background music is familiar and soothing can’t remember which one it is though
Hi Adriene! I am a final year PhD student and some days I feel like my brain is going to implode!! Could you do a ‘Yoga for Academics’ or ‘Yoga for when your brain is definitely disintegrating and the only solution is binging Netflix and eating all the snacks you can find’? Thanks! xxx
Loved this video, I used to do yoga, and be vegan, with life had it’s turns, it became challenging and I stopped. I felt those stretches just by watching. My body has been longing to change again for the best. Thank you for this type of video from your channel. Very inspiring. Much love and blessings.
Loved the workout but I think you need to talk less to allow us focus
This was great, Candace, thank you! Some transitions happened a little more quickly than I wanted them to, but I definitely feel like this is a flow I could commit to memory and set my own timeline in!
it’s hard to find a yoga video with a soothing voice. this is the perfect morning yoga. it transitions from easy, to medium, to complex, back to medium and then calm down meditation. I play calming music in the background with candace’s voice in the background and it’s perfect! Thank you I will continue using this for years to come <3
I loved the way you lifted us up on the in breath and then grounded us down on the out breath. Imagining a line from the crown into the earth’s center. A Beautiful meditation Adriene xx
My name is Rose and i felt the love, connection and heart opening with this yoga practice! Thank you!
Dear Yoga With Adriene, since the beginning of the quarantine in Canada, I did reconnect with my yoga practice. I discovered your channel and I have to say that it helps me so much. After each training with your videos I feel so much better, it is so wonderful. Thanks for your hard work and your passionate way of guiding! <3
You’re a positively life changing teacher, Adriene. I’ve been steadily practicing with you for a year, and I’ve experienced tremendous healing on all levels and significant improvement in my overall well-being. I especially love your Rose Yoga practice because it has helped me to become more open and loving more openly. You have this incredible way of making your videos a close/personal experience, a much need emotional closeness during a time of distancing ourselves. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Adriene!
This practice is perfection. So well balanced. It was exactly what I needed today. Thank you! ❤️
Wow, congratulations! You are more flexible than me. For me you are pretty advanced in Yoga.
I knew that you do such spiritual behaviours before, sort of… I could have understood this from your attitude, but now that you share this part of you with other people it makes it even better. The more we share our positivity the more profound it gets. Congratulations!
Thank you for this practice.
When waking up this morning, I felt powerless, low on energy and generally I’ve been mostly feeling depressed these days.
A couple of weeks back I have decided that it is time to love myself just as I am. (Easier said than done) I hated myself most of my life and it’s been rough (even though I’m sure it’s been much rougher for other people)
I started this practice with the intention to let go…to let go of all these negative thoughts, all the pain I carry within.
A few minutes into the practice I started crying and I just wouldn’t stop. With each heart opener tears just started flowing out of my eyes.
I realized I feel lonely…I don’t know how to change that and I know I’m not alone but at the same time I do feel like I am. I feel lost.
I’m sorry I don’t want to destroy all your positive vibes. It’s felt good to cry thank you for all the love you give and the support you provide. It is truly inspiring.
Sending lots of love <3
One of my favorites. I Always come back to Candice, when I have a rest day from my NTC app.
not sure why but I love when you wear black! brings out deep features about you. gorgeous <3

hi Candace. really loved it all. Just a small suggestion please, if you can take it a bit more slowly will be good. Thankyou

Wow. I have been doing your videos for years now. This has got to be one of my favorites. I feel wonderful!!
Love heart opening classes. This was fantastic. Thanks Erin!!
A really powerful affirmation to repeat and meditate on during this practice is “I radiate love, and others radiate love back to me”
love this sequence!! Did it many times and I got to do wheel pose for the 1st time today:D
This is one of the most amazing classes that I have ever experienced. Thank you so much, Erin.
Absolutely beautiful flow. I felt so good afterwards.
I also felt that some transitions were a bit too fast for me, but I just paused the video in between.
Thank you Candace!
Please be so proud of this video!! Truly an amazing yoga session
Movement in life situations always seem to disrupt my yoga flow. I’m moving back home after extended time away (also a two day break from practice) so this class really helped me re-centre myself. Looking forward to regular practice…
this yoga channel has fully changed my life! i wanted to get into something during the quarantine because i feel like i’m going through a spiritual awakening. i felt that yoga/meditation would be perfect. these practices have made me feel so at peace, refreshed, and balanced and i just started it around a week ago. i also love how there’s so many videos for different emotions or different times. like the other day when i had anxiety, there was a meditation for that and the breathing exercises helped me out so much. i’m so happy i discovered this channel.:) thank you for the wonderful love and energy
I see Unnatural Vegan has sent more flying monkeys your way, lol.
as a hockey player and skater in general, i find this to be just simply perfect. thanks cutie
I’ve been doing flows with your videos for almost 2 weeks now and this one is such a gem to me. Thanks for practicing with us all!

This was fantastic, my first practice with you, I may end up getting a membership! Thank you so much Cat!
Perfect for anyone not looking to sweat but wants to get a good opening of the body. Cat guides the yoga session with a calm tone of voice stating the included options for different positions depending on your body. Excellent!!!(Marco from Buenos Aires )
This was a great way to finish my workout this AM, loved it
I starting doing hot yoga 3 months ago along with raw vegan lifestyle…and I tell you I never looked and felt more healthy. Great vid!
