Try apple cider vinegar ( it taste bad like REALLY bad ) but its helps lose weight and acne. You could try the pills if the taste is unbearable for you. But u won’t get the full benefit from it. If you do however drink apple cider vinegar i recommend you use a straw since it is considered a acid and is bad for your teeth. To get better results try with lemon juice.

i currently weigh 140 pounds. i’m 5’4. apparently i’m overweight now, ive gained about ten pounds this quarantine. i’ve always struggled with my body. i’d started taking note of it in 3rd grade. in sixth grade i obsessively did abdominal workouts. that didn’t do anything in terms of weight, but it helped me surpass all the boys on the fitness test.
last summer i would go on 20 mile bike rides every day. that didn’t help either.
every winter i do hockey. this is my sixth year. it seems no amount of exercise has ever helped me.
i snack a lot. eating healthy has never come easy, considering both my parents are on the larger side as well. one summer for about two months i’d consume nothing but fruit smoothies. that didn’t help either. honestly, i feel hopeless.

I just started my wheight loss journey! I already lost 5 pounds in two days.
-Eat only 3 meals a day, only 1200 calories per day
-I exercise about 3-4 hours a day, and it is working fine
-dont do one thing too many days in a row. Your body will get sore and it wont progress.
Boxing, sprinting, planks, weights, and situps help you too
-Download an app called home fitness, it gives you personal training and can track your goals and give you different workouts
STRETCH! You got to stretch before and after you work out to help your body adapt to the new positions
stay away from dairy. Some is fine, but dont have 15 cheese sticks and a glass of milk.

Hi I’m 17 and i go to schl at 5.30am and come home at 3.30pm..still manage to do workouts, studies,intermittent fasting and yes have good grades..AND YES I’M A SOUTH ASIAN.. I eat when i have to study but fruits..eat wht your mom make but not the whole plate..shift to half plate..don’t eat after 7..drink hot water in the morning..you know that walking is also an exercise? Gyms don’t make you slim it’s your mind and your determination. Good luck

In another place, i also have a whole in my mouth (you know when you lose a baby tooth, and so there’s no tooth there) and so for like 1-2 years the adult tooth hasn’t appeared yet. And so, I’m not sure if not eating enough makes your teeth not grow, but I noticed since I’ve gained 5kg, one of my baby teeth has fallen out (the other place in my mouth) (literally today lol) and the adult tooth is already growing in the place!:) and I was worried at first because I didn’t know if it was a baby tooth, because it started wobbling. Like I was worried if I had tooth decay or something but It wasn’t. And I looked to see if the adult tooth was in my gums and it wasn’t? (At the very top) and so when the adult tooth appeared finally in my gums (like at the bottom of the gums) I always like ohhh it WAS a baby tooth. Now I’m just waiting for another spot, where I lost a baby tooth like idk 2 years ago, and I’m still waiting for the adult tooth to grow in (that’s like one of my last baby teeth). and I’m rlly happy because i look like a child with no adult teeth and now they’re are growing is so I’m happy about that 😉

P.SI was overweight(101 kg) and am still overweight (88 kg) after 10 weeks at 1200 calories per day except Saturdays when I ate anywhere from 2500-4000 cal. I don’t know how much body fat I have but I think I have a lot. My height is 6 feet. I calculated and I roughly ate 1425 cal per day on average over the 10 weeks burning about 600 cal per day from exercise. At the beginning I only did cardio then i started to split my week into 3 days cardio and 3 days bodyweight strength training. Please give me some advice because supposedly this can stunt my growth and I don’t know my maintenance calories or BMR because I don’t know how to get it for teenagers. Please help!!

Uhh.. Working out an hour a day is not healthy. You should space your workouts out in a week (Maybe like mon,wed,fri) and you only need to for 20-30 mins. An hour a day is just od. Just my thoughts.

When I was 14 i was 240 pounds and 5 6′. I was so ashamed of my weight and in two years, i worked hard and at the age of 16 I am now 180 and 5 11′. I feel so much better and for everyone that wants to know the secrets. There are 3. Number 1. STOP EATIN TONS OF RED MEATS AND CARBS. Consumption of alot of red meats (steak, hotdogs, bacon) is not healthy for your cholesterol and too many carbs can be bad for you in losing weight. Number 2. Try intermittent fasting. Choose an 8 hour window to eat (mine was 10-6pm) and then never eat after 6pm and never eat before 10am. The science is crazy so look it up. Number 3. Motivation! Trying to push yourself to do something for 1+ years is hard. Look for those who love you and will support you all the way. I had my friends and family support me and push me to work harder and get better. ❤️ Good luck yall. Its never impossible. Thinking its impossible is a terrible mentality. Keep lookin up to the skies and that is your limit!

since everyone is sharing their weight loss journey, might as well i do too. I’m 14, turning 15 in a month. i remember when i was 12 i weighed myself at 78kgs. it didn’t seem like a big number to me back then but my parents were very worried. then, when i went to high school at 13, i felt really insecure about myself, looking at all those slim and pretty girls in my form. then, at the end of the year i started to workout, go to the gym, but only a bit. last year, i got quite intense, swam 20 laps for three days a week, stopped eating junk food. when i weighed myself after two years, i lost 15 kgs (33 pounds). but i still felt uncomfortable. so, cut to present day, i’ve been working out everyday, an hour at least, and i’m 69 kgs (i lost more fat and built muscle), i have upper abs and a flat stomach as well as a jawline. my neck had lines, and i didnt even have a neck, now i do. i’m quite tall (5″8) so i look quite thin and fit, i still have 10 kgs to lose (toning, nothing else). i do have a cheat day once a month, but i bounce back the next day. my legs and calves are thinner. the numbers on the scales don’t matter. it doesn’t accurately represent the fitness of a person. the higher the number doesn’t mean you’re fat. exercise to feel good, it helps a lot.:)

OK SO I TRIED THIS, I followed every step carefully (also added some other tips from your videos) and the results got me SHOOK.
After 3 days I lost 1.5 kg and at least 1 cm on each part that I measured. There were also parts where I lost 1.5 cm or even 2 cm. Of course, I had some difficulties (like all my classmates eating junkfood or sweets near me), but I didn’t fall into the trap once and I gradually got over these unhealthy cravings.
I am surprised that I had the will to do this diet because I tried lots of other diets in the past but I always kept giving up on them. This is the first time for me when I actually have fast results.

The funny thing is that I don’t even eat breakfast even now during quarantine like sometimes I wake up at 5 or 4 in the morning while I sleep at 11 at night
Avoid eating processed foods,Drink water daily,eat with a smaller plate,pack your lunch when your going to school kill,Try to avoid grains and sugary stuff You can eat those but try to limit, You should drink MOSTLY water And If you want some flavor add some lemon (I drink that in the morning on a empty stomach, try to workout for an hour a day I personally workout (20 mins each day I’ve been doing this for more than a month)

I do workouts everyday, one in the early morning, I do cardio dance. In the after afternoon I do abs and thigh workout and I do volleyball after dinner with my brother

Fast for 16 hours ( from 17:00 to 9:00) work it to schedule
Do Cardio for 100 mins a week for beginners
Eat veg that are high in vitamins, eat chicken and eggs and fruit
Mint Tea and Apple Cider Vinegar
Weight Resistance exercises
Good sleep
Reduce stress
Be happy and dedicated
Make sure you’re only doing it for your happiness and not for anybody else.

Yeah if school will open soon I think the tiredness and so many moves will loose weight..In this lockdown it makes people fatter. Its not easy staying in fitness for every teens..Make a diet chart which will be easier for people in this lockdown

Ma’am I’m 16 years old, my height is not growing in spite of doing a lot of efforts. I ‘ve been doing hanging exercises, stretching exercises and rope jumping for almost 2 years.
