My personal favorite snack as of late has been soy beans in the pod steamed. With a pinch of pink Himalayan salt can’t go wrong. I will however try out the ice cream, chickpeas, and oatmeal cereal bar.

As a caution, do not leave the hard boiled egg out of the refrigerator for more than two hours before eating it. If you have to have it out longer, put it into a plastic bag or sealed container with a frozen ice pack to keep it cold and avoid food poisoning from bacteria overgrowth.

Good recipe for ice cream lovers-
One bannana.
One table spoon of peanut butter. (Use other nut butter for heathier option.)
A little bit of milk.
Sliice bananna into coin sizes, and freeze for one hour.
Blend a splash of milk, frozen bananna, table spoon of nut butter, and blend with a blender.
Once all blended into smooth mix, freeze for a our or two.
Take a small amount, and enjoy the 3 ingredient ice cream!

Haha, loved the good cop bad cop thing going on. Apple on peanut butter is my all time favorite. For the popsicle, i sometime just layer a few juicy fruits in the popsicle holder and freeze it, without making a juice out of it first. Have used Kiwi, Mango and Watermelon mixed and it tastes yum as well:D

Not to get too deep but the problem with America is that the good healthy options are too expensive and inconvenient compared to cheap junk food. We need to work on making the healthier options just as affordable and convenient.
Good ideas. 1 small issue is that an apple by itself has 70-80 calories. And 1 tbsp peanut butter has 95 calories. Sooo….an apple smeared with even a thin layer of peanut butter is around 175 calories.

I eat both sides. The problem is if the left side becomes 3 meals a day and 7x a week. if you only ate the right side for a year straight, the second you add fats and sugar back in your diet, you’ll become 10x more addicted.
This is extreme and in my opinion, not the answer. Instead of your regular chips, swap them for a healthier chip like wholegrain chips, lentil chips or veg chips. Still very tasty and there’s so many widely available. Don’t deprive yourself! Exercising is the key to being healthier, NOT eating cucumber.

Cucumbers and humus is about 100 cal depending on how much humus you would eat and in this video there is no less than 30 or even 40 grams maybe more, so its definetely not 30 cal but of course its healthier than chips
