Ingredients 2 tablespoons quinoa, dry 1/2 medium carrot, julienned 1/4 cup broccoli stalks, julienned 2 medium boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded to 1/4″ thickness 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon oregano, dry 1/2 cup spinach, chopped 2 tablespoons feta cheese.Divide the vegetables, oregano, and quinoa between the chicken breasts, along with the spinach, lemon zest, and feta cheese. Spoon everything onto the middle, keeping the filling away from the edges, then begin to roll from one end of the breast until you end up with a full roll.
Tie with twine or insert toothpicks on either end to keep closed.This healthy chicken breast recipe packs whole grains and veggies into rolled up chicken breasts for a full meal in one. More information This low-carb version of stuffed chicken breast is similar to chicken cordon bleu, and adds spinach to the ham and cheese inside the chicken.
Cooking the Stuffed Chicken Breasts. To make sure the chicken stays stuffed, it helps to sear it and then finish it in the oven. I recommend seasoning the chicken with salt and pepper and then searing them in a hot skillet over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil. Sear the chicken.

For everyone complaining about the plastic packaging, there’s also hello fresh, and I’m not saying they have less plastic in their boxes because I truly don’t know as I haven’t tried any brand of pre-prepped food boxes, but hello fresh sometimes has boxes of meals you can buy in a grocery store, which cuts down on transportation to your home, the box it woudl come in, and considering they’re relatively small boxes, I don’t think there’s much plastic in there. I know this isn’t super helpful because I don’t know what’s inside, but it’s a slightly better option if your grocery store offers them.

Quinoa can be dangerous if you don’t know how to prepare it. first of all quinoa has lectins second of all quinoa can damage the lining of your intestines. You have to soak quinoa I will say overnight will be safe and also heavily rinse quinoa with cold water. You just cant use the dry quinoa from the package. I have to give this a thumbs down because of that.

Another way I like to do quinoa is I sauté some mushrooms, bok choy, sweet peppers, green onions and garlic, adding paprika, turmeric, and soy sauce and ginger powder, all in olive oil and soy bean oil. Then add quinoa and adobo broth over a bay leaf and simmer. Close to the end I toss in some cilantro, onion salt, lime juice, and garlic powder mixed in. I serve it with pork or beef but your tofu will absorb great flavors too!

Remember that sheet tray asparagus? To make it taste awesome season with some soy sauce (only a bit) instead of salt and then put it in the oven for 10 min with the salmon then take tray out and sprinkle some Parmesan or pecorino cheese on the asparagus and bake for the remaining 5 min on the top rack to get a mit of browning on the cheese.

I like Quinoa but there is not actually much protein in it. So I add ground Almonds. Just stir the Almonds in to the cooked Quinoa & add a little liquid as needed. Dont forget to soak & rinse your Quinoa before cooking to remove pthalates(sp).

Hi, I tried your first recipe in this video and it is delicious! The only thing I changed was the rictotta cheese for cottage cheese and didn’t add any oregano. Other than that is was the same. Simple to cook as well. Looking forward to trying your second recipe soon too!:)

And that’s not really a bad thing or anything since the Asian girl is a ESFP 7w6 728 So/Sx (well that makes sense because she wasn’t really that confident anyways) and she’s just pretty much rogue the whole time. (Meaning she’s not good or bad)
She’s in shape and as for attractiveness I don’t know but she’s most likely decently attractive that’s why the Australian liked her.
(Well he’s an ESTP So so he was most likely pretty much just socializing anyways)
(But ofc In terms of looks (face) I’m the best there is was and ever will be (real life)
And she and “death” are same person.
But now she’s “slightly inclining to my side (But obviously she’s not helping me hardcore or anything, that’s my brother and my brother the Australian isn’t helping me because of any girl,
(Well he’s a So dominate and socializing with “his friends in general” energizes him to help me)
(Just like how I’m an Sp/Sx and socializing actually drains me in a way, like “real socializing with a bunch of people drains me faster than with 1 person”
but I am an Sx 2nd and so I guess 1 on 1 also drains me to an extent, but nonetheless I do most definitely enjoy it VERY much and I could go on dates with girls (in the future) for most likely 1 whole day and more than a day but you get the idea)

And then there’s this 1 girl that was bad, that is the ESFP 268. (Meg) well like I said she’s “the least of it really………” since she’s fat ugly, and just generally smells really bad.
The main people that are after me is golden(and Golden is an ESTP So/Sx)
and his brother the ISTP 458 Sx/Sp.
since he hates me. And hatred is a 4 thing.
(And I could most definitely see this because 4w3’s are the type to hate someone,
(not to mention hatred is pretty much exclusively a 4 thing every other MBTI/enneagram type pretty much just forgives and forgets, 4’s are the only type to hold long term grudges/hatred, and no it doesn’t disappear when they go 1 because obviously 4’s are still 4’s)
but yeah and that’s why he always folds because 4’s give up too easily)
(well 4 dominates do, I’m an ESFP 684 and I’m tough as nails, and as for me 4 is actually a perk, because it gives me motivation/hatred to focus on things that no other type would focus on)
(But I see this personally as a good thing)
(Oh also I’m an ESFP and so I guess even though I’m a 4 I’m capable of forgiving and forgetting pretty easily too.
But no, don’t jump to conclusions yet, I DEFINITELY hold on to grudges/long term life hatred.
But what I’m trying to say is that I guess since I’m a 684 ESFP. It
“really depends on the subject matter” such as
“I will ALWAYS hate my own little blood brother FOR LIFE, in fact I literally hope for him to die, like get hit by a car or something”
(and I’ve always had this hatred for YEARS)
(Well because he is fugly and all the other stuff, I been over this before)
(And obviously I’m exotic and in terms of looks (face) I’m the best there is was and ever will be (real life) I get my 100% of genes from my mom blood family)
(And Shadow is the Australian, and Golden and the Australian are obviously different people)
(And obviously with the thing that happened yesterday at work then everyone dressed in black but are actually white)
(All of my 100% loyal family are white obviously)
But yeah and obviously Shadow/the Australian/my brother did what he had to do (well for the better)
And so that’s good and all.
Oh and also I have to start work now.
That should be all for this morning (And obviously I have a lifetime connection with all my 100% loyal brother the Australian, well because he is my brother 1 and only brother (not blood brother I hate my blood brother, and that hatred is for life no matter what since he’s fugly and all other stuff)
(And I’m sure the Australian is decently looking anyways but I been over that before)
