You can get cheap protein powder and use that to bake with or make smoothies etc. Just remember to look at the describtion that it does not contain too much fat/sugar etc. some products are failures in that area lol.. We got a store here, that makes pancake mix and many other things, that contains protein powder. so look at the internet:) good solution
I want to tell you about my breakfast/snack high in protein. They are pancakes! Just use 6 whole eggs, 1 cup oats, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 tsp vanilla. Blend all in blender then use cook spray in pan to cook pancakes. makes about 5 pancakes. drizzle with 1 tsp honey and wrap around a banana. to make into a wrap use garlic powder and pepper instead of cinnamon and vanilla, add a couple tbsp. water to thin and cook in pan. use for chicken wrap or whatever.:)

Hi, Joanna. I’m overweight girl since elementary school. Now I’m 23 years old, 95 kgs 165 cm. I’ve started my diet 2 weeks ago (by nutritionist) and lose 4 kgs. I want to try your 90 days workout plan, but I’m a little bit worry because I’ve never have been working out (intensely) before. I tend to throw up (nausea) after intense work out, I don’t know why, maybe the sugar problem. My question is, how to avoid the vomitting? Those RX Bars look wholesome and hearty but when I looked the ingredients up on their website it was loaded with sugar! I’m trying to cut down on sugar. Just one of those bars has the total daily intake of recommended sugar and that scares me.

So here is my favorite snack that is the most complete ever.So here it is.Wholegrain ricecakes with whey protein frosting and peanut butter. It becomes like a large biscuit.I just use 1 scoop of whey, 4 rice cakes and 20 g all natural peanut butter. Hi Joanna, love your videos! I had a big problem with protein powder, I never had it before and got a whey vanilla protein powder from Trader Joe’s and made protein pancakes everyday after my workout, but after 2 weeks my face broke out big time, I always had pimples here and there, but nothing like this, not even when I was a teenager, I stopped taking the protein powder a month ago but I still have the pimples, do you know anything that can help?:(
