Hi just found your channel after looking for Mediterranean cooking, your chicken looks delicious love the marinade. Not sure why there is the most irritating music attached this video but it detracts from the beautiful meal you have put together and to be honest if it wasn’t that the meal looked so great I probably would not have watched to the end because the music was just so annoying and it is repetitive. Love It…I’m going to try a 50/50 mix of Ground Sirloin(90/10) and Ground Lamb and another combo of 75/25 of Sirloin & Lamb…just in case it gets too fatty/greasy…Either way, I plan to give these a good home!! And if my family is not into it…That means more for me!!:)

Made this gyros a month ago and turned out fantastic. Used beef and lamb. Didn’t have a food processor so tried it in my stand mixer. I was pleased. Making it again tomorrow.
Hi Dimitra, just a little tip to what I do. I make a very small patty (before I bake) and cook it in a small frying pan so that I can taste if it needs more salt and pepper. I do this with meatballs and other mince meat dishes by the way, It just came out of the oven and cannot wait to eat it. X

This is nowhere near the original Greek gyro and sauce. They never use that many spices in anything. Ask me, ihave a greek wife. Although this dish looks good, but it is not Greek at all.
