日本でこのレシピを実現しようとしたら、一皿、2000円かかるなー。
イチゴ500yen,スイカ1000yen,ブルーベリー400yen
In the Caribbean in a country called Trinidad we call the second one “chow” but we also put salt, other seasoning and scotch bonnet pepper in place of jalapeño.
try to cook star fruit with some white flesh (maybe firm) fish. it’s a nice flavor twist in Vietnam braised fish or sweet and sour fish soup. I’d go crazy if you can integrate it into Western cooking!
have you considered turning on the option of adding subtitles by subscribers to the videos? I really love your recipes and would love to show them to my mum, but she doesn’t speak English and subtitles would be way easier than talking over you all the time explaining things
of course I know it could get messy, and I understand why you wouldn’t want to turn that option on, but I thought asking about this wouldn’t hurt
can’t wait to try making these salads, especially for that sunny and hot weather we have in Poland currently
amazing. you are like the best youtuber in the entire world. i love you SOOOOOOO MUCH
Is dragon fruit really affordable in the US? Here in Australia it’s hard to find, and expensive once you find it, it just isn’t justifiable for anything but an occasional luxury unless you have a big food budget:(
One flavor combination that works really well is Santa Rosa plums and red raspberries. Kind of like banana and strawberries do. Years ago my mother had some plums and some raspberries but not enough of each to make a cobbler. So she combined them to make a cobbler for us. It was the best ever. So into your red salad, I would add some early Santa Rosa plums slices!
I have the best Strawberry salsa recipe ever.
it contains Strawberries and Cilantro! THE REST IS MY SECRET MUAHAHA:)
I am heavily leaning towards trying out that tropical fruit salad first.
I’ve really been craving all of the fruit this year so this is fantastic.:p

In cyprus during the hot summer months we enjoy eating watermellon (cold from the fridge) with a slice of halloumi cheese. You should try it.
Pairing watermelon with feta is the greek way of eating watermelon. Glad to see it becoming more widely known.

can’t wait to try watermelon and feta sounds weird but I’ll try it
We do the same salad but with lemon instead of lime….. Can’t wait to try the lime version. Yum
omg YESSSS SARA!! The spice with the fruit!!!! I don’t know about other Caribbean countries but in Trinidad we have ‘chow’…basically chopped up fruit (pineapple, underripe mango, apple etc.) with cilantro, garlic and lots of spice added with like a hot pepper. friggin yum
the second salad remind me of Rujak, Indonesian traditional fruit salad:9
Dragonfruit is like the weirdest thing ever. It’s like a really watery pear???? With lots of seeds??? And no flavor??? Maybe I’m just eating unripened fruit or I’m just in the wrong climate but I have never had a good dragonfruit.
Where do you usually buy your dragon fruit, and star fruit? I think maybe wholefoods has some.
Hey! I love your videos. Do you have any healthy meal ideas for a college student that only has access to a microwave? That would be SO helpful! Thank you!

This is exactly the kind of thing I like to eat during the summer when it’s just too hot to eat. And it’s not the same old, same old. This looks zesty and refreshing and I’m going to try it. Thank you, Noreen:)
Very refreshing for these hot summer evenings! Thanks Noreen, we love your recipes
Love how vibrant all these salads are! So perfect for summertime!
Finallyyy! Nobody believes me when i say that watermelon goes great with feta cheese
Greetings from the southwest, Noreen! Your watermelon salad is so welcome here. Hot like AZ.
YUM! Each salad looks amazing! I especially love strawberries in anything and everything!
I was so disappointed the first time I had starfruit. Like, it’s such a cool looking fruit, but it tastes like grass. Same with dragonfruit, looks WAY better than it tastes. Although dragonfruit is at least edible, there’s just like almost no taste.
I have been on a strawberry, blueberry, and banana kick. I will have to try fruit bowl #3 with a glass of classic lemonade!
Yeah a wild Bear. It’s not an Outdoor Cooking video if there isn’t a wild animal pop up uninvited. It’s like an episode of Zoobamafoo in your yard. That salad look delicious. I always wondered how they made those melon spheres. Now I know.
God Bless
Yummy going to make this with honey for our next BBQ. Hope you and Miss Heather have a great visit!!!
