I do want the people to train hard around me, it does give me motivation. But when I went to Hybrid it was a bit overwhelming. Everyone was grunting, yelling, NO ONE was doing my weight . I didn’t really care to be honest but I definitely felt like a noob. Everyone was lifting at least 300 lb’s and up. It was a bit TOO hardcore for me. When I USED to lift …I loved doing it by myself or around you, Kat and a few other people. That was enough motivation for me.
Can you tell me how to do weight lifting for fat loss like medium weights with hi reputation or heavyweight with low repetition which is better for fat loss or weight loss
But some people might say you have to focus on some exercise to gain strength for beginner

1)When i am in 11th class then i started the gym. At that time i was 86 kg and after two year of gym i.e; at the end of 12th class i was 60 kg with good biceps and body.

Hi Ranveer, I know this is an old video, but I have a question regarding the Squat rack/Power rack. Where can a I buy a decent one in India? I’m looking for a Power Rack that has features close to the Rogue rml 390f. The ones that are available online like the Body Solid one are either too small or have large hole spacing which might not be helpful when doing the benches, overhead presses and pull ups. I just change to a gym that costs 3x what i used to pay, but it so worth it just because its closer. It´s also much less people there, its is not unusual that there are only about 4 people there. Which is so nice since i can do “circle training”.

I’m trying to figure out if Core Ground Moves level 3 is worth having if we already have lvl 1 or lvl 2 (on our Ultimate Team fighters). I don’t see a difference… it seems like it’s ONLY for escaping guard, moving to side control and top mount when we look at the card, it shows the moves lol.. if anybody has some factual proven data instead of anectodal individual experiences I’d appreciate it.

What the hell do the big green checkmarks mean when learning all the moves from each trainer? I have all moves unlocked but each section of the trainers moves don’t have checkmarks but some do. The one in the top right corner of the trainer, not the ones for the individual moves. Searched Google butbnoyhing ever comes up…
i HAD a gym membership.. it was reasonably priced and not too far away.. but they only had 1 squat rack. So, those of us who were serious had to do the verbal “next bro is” system. Spent more time waiting for the rack than I did actually using it.
So.. “Hot Gates” = “acquire home equipment” in my case. Fortunately, I had a the room for it. It’s not the best free weight equipment in the world, but its mine whenever I need it! Its awesome, I have no excuses now. The weights “call” to me every other day.

One question. I have a fighter in career mode and my stats are overall 77 Str and my weakness is around 68 and so, I got OK stamina and health, but no Stat 80 or higher. I am starting to only get offers by fighters like Dustin Poirier or even nate diaz who have all stats 90+. I have no real chance have to restart the fights several times. I am wondering why I only get opponents who are out of my abilities

Might’ve heard it wrong but u should not do 5, 3, or 1 rep. You should do between 8 to 12 for maximum muscle rip. After that, go heavier later on by doing 6-8 reps

What does it mean to lose gym bonuses if you switch gyms? Are they talking about the discounts, rewards, or what?
I personally just like the way they did it in UFC 1and 2 it’s faster and better. This new gym stuff is just trying to look like they did something special but not really it’s not new or as interesting n even dumbed down let me explain in PS3 UFC u have tons of gyms u never see them because it didn’t matter gyms are there for new moves thts it’s now here u only have a few gyms n they just cramped all removes into these few. Also there was no money needed to go into the gyms. Which in my opinion is way better the money thing is pointless cuz after awhile ull eventually make more then u need. In ea sports mma u make money and used it to go to gyms there were a small amount but included some voice overs and replicas of real gyms but again it’s just a small feature n eventually u made more then enough money. N since then they never did it again not even in fight night because it’s pointless n doesn’t really hold alot of value to the career. But thts what I feel though it’s just not exciting
It’s never good to train at the same gym and aim for training rewards that has at least level 3 of the moves you want, HOWEVER if you do good enough learning a level 1 move they skip you to 5 (it happened to me a couple times).
Read Overhand is honestly the most useful move you need to get regardless of level (OVRH and Uppercut is enough to cruise thru to your first title shot). Defense is way more important than offense. If you’re not big on the ground focus on clinch, takedown and ground defenses.
MMAGame paid to hype this game up. I used to love this channel (more, still love it) but can’t help but feel MMAGAME has sold out to EA.

I used to go to the gym all the time..at least like 6-5 times a week -w But then somewhere I started slacking and my diet became supper poor. I wanna get back there but I honestly forgot everything.

I pay $42 bucks to go to just about any 24 hour fitness in the country. Can’t beat that. Also, they’re one of the few gym that offer sauna and steam room at most locations.

Cool and informative video!!!!! My gym is 10Fitness (Little Rock, AR) entry level is $10/mon but I’m on the $22/mon which lets you bring another person, massage chairs, discounts on sups etc, and unlimited fitness classes (but haven’t been to a class in the 3 plus years I’ve been there lol).

You can go 40 reps or even more with lower weights and still be understood as progressive overload from the muscle BUT, you have to take it to failure. That means your muscle will probably won’t fail at 40 reps, but at 120.
Funny part about no1 is that as a beginner i started a bit with machines got to free weights like for years and now that im more experienced i find myself coming back to most mashines more than free weights again.

I’ve been taking group classes only for years because I find the gym floor intimidating. so I hired a PT. everyone was saying how people at the gym don’t care what you’re doing, but what I’ve noticed is that is not true at all. Everytime I have my PT session taking a rest between sets, I can clearly see that people are also resting and looking at what everyone else is doing……
How can I progress overload if I only have 2 dumbbells?, I just do home workout btw there’s no gym in our area.
Fellas I also recommend listening to CT Fletcher’s 10 commandments while working out. It gave me the motivation at times where I wanna give up working out

6. Clips on the smith machine. I pride myself on being the dumbest guy in the gym, but this is beyond dumb, this is like mythically dumb. I appreciate your gym ettiquette, but the only way that weight is coming off the smith machine is if the hole gym tips on its side, sunny side up. I kid you not I have walked up to the smith machine and had to remove clips from it.

Yeah man you definitely need to make a video to let people understand. there is a difference between working out, training and exercising.
Biggest ones I see:
1. Quarter Squatting
2. Squatting not to even considerable depth
3. Half Knee Bends
4. Slapping on 3 plates then quarter reping squats on the squat rack
5. “Oh sick bro I just squatted 315 you wanna try”
6. Squatting JUST above where it gets hard(you were so close)
Nah but for real I’d say 90% of gymgoers fuck up squats. I’m not saying go atg and have huge buttwink but, please go to an inch or two above parellel atleast. Drop the weight and ego, please squat correctly before you bitch about knee problems.

Don’t try and lift heavy weights if you just started going to the gym, stick around 20lbs and do sets, don’t just lift a lot then tire yourself out and go onto something else, not really the proper way to do it
Consistency is key. As long as you do compound exercises, push yourself, dont eat like a pig, and go at LEAST 3 times a week, you should be fine. If you dont see results, dont quit. It will come in time

I know this is video is targeted towards beginners etc.. But I love Isolation exercises for body building specifically because I want to actually train and build quality muscles with the exception of compound movements of course) and I feel like if you really want to actually get results especially in the beginning when it comes to the actual development of muscle—isolation workouts are the shit.
And I don’t necessarily agree with the amount of reps either when it comes to increasing weight… I feel like if you’re asking beginners to lift heavy and do small repetitions so vaguely… it doesn’t quite make sense because that’s actually how one would hurt themselves.. if anything I would just say not adding enough volume or perhaps not switching up your workouts every few weeks…
At the end of the day it all comes down to actually having the motivation to get up and go.. So keep your consistency and don’t fail on that.

My current gym is awesome all the kit I need and 2 minutes walk from my work. Unfortunately it’s closing in July. I have one opposite my house, but the opening hours are really limited and I don’t think they even have a squat rack.

I’ve just been getting in shape recently and in regards to the last mistake, just today I asked a guy to check my form on squats(because they’re the most uncomfortable for me) and I found out I was apparently leaning to far forward, not keeping my heels on the ground, and not going down far enough. While it was rough making adjustments, (I near fell backwards), I actually felt more of the workout afterwards, as well as I was able to lift more with my heels in place. Ask For Help. It is important haha
So I just bought this game, created my fighter for career mode. My fighter can only leg kick! What the hell is going on? I picked my gym, and am 12 fights into my career now and still haven’t unlocked and kicks. Game is no fun when only punches can be thrown. Going back to ufc 2
