Whole grains are recommended because it supports our agricultural industry in this country. Look beyond the propaganda. The research from the 50s about high carb was cherry picked data then sold to our government as fact. And the people dying on Keto are not sourcing their fats from grass fed unprocessed fats. The whole American medical community stands on our disease. If you eliminate disease, much of that money to big pharma disappears.
I lost 28 kg in 2,5 month by staying of grains, gras, glutenfree, dairy-free, sugar-free diet. AND I ate a lot of fresh vegetables, legumes and only sugar-reduced fruits. I also ate cooked or baked potatoes, black and red rice, all of course orcanic! Only olive oil.
People gain weight and get sick because of grains and gras = gluten-free products! Grains, glutenfree, dairy, dairy-free, lactose-free, sugar and also sugar-free products and industrialized processed foods! Get rid of toxins and avoid new intake of toxins (eg. led, aluminium, quicksilver, flourid, titaniumdioxide, siliciumdioxide, phtalates, pcb, etc. Need help? Write!
look how skinny she is! shes got malabsorption from all those grains. Everyone knows grains are shit food very bad for you.
I love grains and now idk if I should eat then or not might as well eat nothing which is exactly what I’m doing.
All you need to do is imagine if you were left in a forest and wanted to survived, what food would you try to find to eat. Basically, it’s mostly animals, some bugs, berries, nuts, wild plants, small amounts of roots and beans. There would be not huge amounts of grains and fruits. And the most food you would find and value is fats from animals. Plus, we would only be eating a big mail at most maybe once a day, so we did a lot of fasting as we foraged. This is how humans evolved and this is what we should be trying to eat.
Whole grains, increase appetite, reduce satiation, spike blood glucose at first then depress them causing hunger and irritability.
I just love the taste of whole grains stuff like wheat I just hate to give it up
They told us eat whole grains, then diabetes, obsiety, and heart disease skyrocketed as fat consumption fell.
These are correlational studies. Although it’s obvious that there are benefits to eating whole grains, a causal relationship cannot be established. Those who choose to consume whole grains are likely more health conscious, exercise more, and take better care of themselves, which could also affect lifespan and risk of disease.
11 grams of dietary fiber for women, 15 grams for men, minimum per day. And GMOs aren’t inherently dangerous, that’s just what people who don’t take the time to study genetics wish to believe. People fear what they don’t understand.
Why are people so ignorant.. whole foods of every kind were meant for us humans to be consumed. We over complicate everything! You know what makes you sick? Processed shit of any kind.Your fat because you eat processed food and too much of it.
Dr. Kahn may think a keto diet is unhealthy, but the 160 pounds I lost on the keto diet wasn’t healthy to be carrying around either. I don’t know how a diet that makes me feel so good can be so bad. I’ll believe what Dr. Fung says over Dr. Kahn any day!
I love how de Kahn talked over the other two and no real discussion was had. High fat diets do work. And a film maker seems to understand the artery bit better than the cardiologist. This was an absolute joke.
The “doctor” doesn’t understand when being in ketosis you don’t crave food constantly, you don’t need to eat as often.
This is bullshit! Genetic modified whole grains are dangerous to health, particularly heart disease. This is a massive con by the whole grain industry.
Judging by how sexy her skin is, I guess she knows what she’s talking about.
Grain Foods Foundation is a lobby group that will make us beliefe that grains are healthy. In real they are the main cause for obesity and diabetes. watch?v=A-SvzAwEOXw

I used to watch the doctors, but after seeing what they will not except for truth. I believe they are like most doctors, just hypocrites.
LOL Then 7 years later……WHOLE GRAINS ARE BAD FOR HEALTH!
