I’ve just made these with cornstarch, they turned out really good, except for the taste was too starchy…. I could feel the flour in there…. will it be the same with tapioca? My husband ate them all at once

The yogurt aside, oil is HORRIBLE for you-coconut oil included. There is nothing “clean” at all about this recipe!

why is everyone pointing out ingredients being paleo or not? it doesnt say paleo on the title. Paleo isn’t the best diet anyway, it’s just how people eat in the Paleolithic era when they don’t have much available. Do chickens even exist back then? or turkey? And besides 80% of the food people eat in that era is plant-based, from women gathering food resources. Men went out to hunt and they don’t successfully come back with dead animals all the time, in fact, they failed most times. When they do bring back dead animals they killed, they gain respect and status, which obviously does not happen often, if not it wouldnt be a novelty. So no, paleo does not equal to high animal protein diet. Paleo isn’t something people should care about, it’s pseudoscience.

Man, all these Recipes have so much Chia Seeds in them, and I’m so allergic to them. Some of the recipes probably won’t lose much for the exclusion, but some of them really do. Sigh.

Hey Cassie, I do love this video and I do love a lot of your videos. I feel like you have a lot of potential to be a great influencer for the vegan lifestyle but I really do think you should address everything that has been happening. I know that they say ignoring it is best but It seems it has gone so far and they wont stop until you just address it. I would just be brutally honest and admit everything and just give your reasons why and make sure to tell them that its just your opinion and everyone is different. The longer you avoid it them more suspicious everything seems:( I am vegan and 100% DO NOT AGREE with all the hate you are getting, but I can see why it is happening. Please dont hate all vegans and please just keep making these vegan videos:)

the ingredients aren’t bad…however this is about 80% FAT!…aka way too much FAT!…once a month this would be ok, however I hope you don’t eat this much fat on a daily basis.

These are healthier than most fruit bars. I use coconut oil instead of butter. For the filling, I either use agave syrup or skip the sweeter.
