Ok. Downloaded the Rory workout… Holy crap that kicked my butt.
Hi LA! I’m a student with scoliosis and I was hopig if you could do a video about good posture and some exercises for it, especially for this time in quarantine. Finding your youtube channel motivated me to exercise every day, so thank you so much for doing them and I can’t for the next one!
Great tip! Just with walking aroung the course would get me ripped like this guy though! Usually cool down with a few beers!
I have never done a workout, but last Monday my class and I got an email from our gym teacher. He emailed us a link to a video on Facebook, but when I started watching it I knew that it wasn’t my level. Then I remembered that you do Instagram lives and then I thought let’s go on youtube and I saw that you did some beginner video’s and I thought let’s try it. After your workout, my legs felt like pudding. When I woke up yesterday, I had muscle ache in my thighs, so I guess it worked.
It would be great if you could do a video or post something on Instagram with some healthy recipes!
Thanks LA!!
Would love more golf fitness and physical preparation videos Thanks!
Очень люблю ваши видео, все мои тренировки не обходятся без ваших упражнений:) Вы для меня огромный пример и вдохновение! Вы очень крутая:))) Спасибо огромное!)
ok i havent seen anyone else ask it so i will (apologies to anyone who did ask) hiw did u manage to fit a 5 minute warm up into less than 5 mins (tongue in cheek folks)
i think this is an important topic because i think most people probably dont warm up properly (i admit i dont)
What are your thoughts on the forward press to start the swing? I noticed Jordan Spieth and several others on the tour do it, what do you two think about it?
I have never been on a course that allows that kind of clothes…. Thanks god!
This guy seems very promising, and here it is 2018 I like this “I guarantee you might even birdie the first hole”!!
Ugh I’m tired just watching…
Rory was well fat!
Did you shower down with after your session?
Bahahaha!
Great channel, I’m pushing towards similar goals. How often do you work out during the golf season. I’m trying to be at the course training as much as possible, but sometimes feel I should be trading some time for the gym. With your long training plan (which is awesome) from the other video, it is hard to see how to complete all of that and go to the gym in one week.
Do you change your training routine based on the season? I’ve heard of some people doing a completely different routine during the winter that is heavy on weights and then in the spring move to speed work outs.
Will Rory complete the Grand Slam (by winning The Masters) before Jordan Spieth (who just needs a PGA Championship)? I like Rory (and his perfect golf swing) better than DJ, or the over stressed Justin Thomas. JT looks like he’s in hell (maybe like Nick Faldo) when he’s on the golf course. A painful expression on his face-his eyes big as saucers. He looked like he was on the Bataan Death March until he won that sudden death playoff against Luke List at The 2018 Honda.
Nutrition would be cool to see what I should be eating before, during and after a round to stay fit and healthy be a peak performance:)
Missed you LA, great to have you back while my gym is closed <3
@Damon77711 Well, you don’t actually do them on the tee. You can do them at the practice range, or even in the proshop locker room. Or, even at home before you leave. Lots of options.
Hi LA, I am a total beginner. I have started combining this 10 minutes stretch with your planking for beginner video. Is that combination okay for starters? Love the stretches! but the planking is proving hard to do for the total of 45 seconds! Haha. That’s saying a lot go my stamina! I have a slim physique so I’m not into a big workouts. I only doing this for stamina and fitness. Please advise. Thanks!
dead lift is what you should do if you never want to be able to walk.
Great video! Do you put golf specific workout plans together? I’d love to get one from you!
Thank you terrific teacher. Key, technical points are so important. Your videos are so informative!
Any kettlebell exercises you can recommend? Already doing cleans, presses, front squats, snatches, but are there are more/better golf specific ones?
I’ve absolute total respect for anyone who can do 10 “proper” unassisted pull-ups
Thanks a lot LA! I combined 2 more of your other 10 min workouts and did this one as a stretch for the end! Looking forward to your instagram live workouts this week!!:D
I’m going to start using this warm up everyday:))) thank you I would also like to see if you have any breakfast, lunch, or dinner ideas/options for those who struggle with eating more healthy because I enjoy the recipes you cook on your instagram and would like to see more!
A small tip if you want to try, is to put timestamps in description…in my opinion it will help a lot.
Me for example today, I just wanted to rewatch just an exercise, I forgot how to to do it…and it will be a lot easier for subs to search for that one exercise instead of trying to find it in the video
Over all, keep up the good work!!
I took this very seriously with what seemed to be sound professional advice but then the vid ended and there was no mention of swing oil. How we gonna swing with out swing oil? Food for thought.
I just did both the ten minute lower body workout with this full body on and i feel rlly good and loose! Thank you! Great beginner workouts, or just simple workouts for a day when u need to loosen up! Thank you Dr. LA!
Hi LA. Today I started doing some exercise after a year of doing nothing! I did it while watching 5 of your videos. I feel very good now! I hope i can continue. Thank you! Lots of love:) Leticia, from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Super video thanks so much I loved doing this after my cardio session. I would love a video with exercises to stretch the back, exercises to do when you feel stuckafter a day of revision in front of a desk for example! And hello From France!:D
Thank you for sharing this! I really need to incorporate more stretching into my life… Do you think you can share some PT exercises for shoulder pain? (I don’t even know what is specifically wrong with my shoulder; went to get x-rays done and it came back normal… Strange!) I know there are other videos out there, but I trust your expertise more than anyone.
I have been so inactive during this quarantine and actually for the past few months. I’ve actually developed knee pain from being sedentary….. So finding your instagram page and now your youtube channel has inspired me to get moving again! 10 minute stretches like these are so much less intimidating than full-on work out videos but I’m excited to try those next! You’re amazing!
So all I have to do is this workout 2-3 times a week with a couple of runs thrown in and my golf should improve and all round health will improve. Thanks
Great video! I have been arguing that this is the #1 reason tour players are hitting the ball longer. These guys finally train like professional athletes. Yes the ball goes longer, clubs are a factor, but in 2017 the average drive distance on the PGA tour was 289 yards…. the bigger, stronger men and women hit the ball further. I like the focus on fitness, well done!
Finally
I’ve been waiting for one of these videos for such a long time. This just made my day
Thank you so much and I’ll defined be doing these tonight
Thank you! It was really hard for me to put my gym clothes on and just start but I ENJOYED IT! The last one made my blood run faster!
I wanted to see Rory working out, not this string bean who’s never lifted anything heavier than his fork.
Which of your videos are the best for fresh beginners of the sport? I played for the 3rd time today and want to get better to show my pro how much I improved.:)
for a certified personal trainer, I find it very odd you go to a dead hang during pull ups, knowing how much stress that places on the scapulae
Upregulating isn’t t hmm e right word there… I don’t think Yang knows what that means. Good stretches tho
Great stuff Rob as usual, even at nearly 60 i work with a personal trainer for my golf. probably even more important at my age. I use a lot of straps and bands which help with shoulder rotation. I do very little weights, bike and rowers for stamina. how about a vid of healthy eating protein, energy for the course. Sort of whats in my golf bag…food wise! Keep on keeping on!
Just finished the whole workout, thanks for that, it was great!
Been taking it easy the last few days after straining my lower back, I was feeling better and gave it a go.
How great it was when I discovered the last stretch after exercise was a lower back stretch I didn’t know about and it was amazing!
Thanks again!!!!
Another great video bud, i used to hit the gym about 5 times a week but that was some time ago:) I feel tired watching you lad.
Hi there!!
I am naaz from India
Can you tell which exercise is good for thighs
Outstanding! Hard core yogi here missing classes and exercising on my own. Scaled back on yoga and increase landscaping/maintenance, biking, walking and weight lifting. Getting tight and sore. Thank you this is a nice routine and your format is great.
Thanks for the upload! Since I’ve been working from home I’ve been much less active and these are so helpful!!
Thanks for the info Rob (if that’s your real name). I work for a living so when the weather gets better I’m hoping to play some golf in my spare time, I don’t think I’ll have time or money for the gym. I do understand the need for warm up and stretching to help prevent injury. I’ll have to find a cut down version. Keep the videos coming.
Hey La!! I’m a 17 year old ex-swimmer and I have had a lot of shoulder injuries throughout the 5 years I was swimming for.. can u do a work out that wouldn’t be too hard on the shoulders but still strengthen them over time because I would love to get back to swimming stronger than ever without having to fear for another injury
Great stuff Mike. So simple and easy to do whilst waiting at that first tee!
deploying to the Middle East this weekend rob.. gonna give this a go and might vlog it pal.. heeeelllllpppp
I guarantee, you might even get a birdie on the first hole! That’s not much of a guarantee.
Love it! Couldn’t agree more on the up regulation of the nervous system.
Thank You LA! I’m a fan of you and Grant, Love you both! ❤
Rory I believe the weight lifting is hurting your golf game. Try yoga, tiger woods was dominate when he was thin and flexible.
I already told you. before I started eating right it didn’t matter how much I exercised my abs were still jello. And My international body building trainer also recommended this 7 food elements to kill your fat belly. worth watch here now -> bit.ly/10IUOSA?=fyzza
Honestly, out of all of the fitness, strengthening, posture, etc. social media accounts out there, I am beyond grateful to have found yours. After playing club soccer and track for 15 years, I had to have 2 knee surgeries (all too familiar for you haha). It was really hard and depressing seeing how much I had lost, and it demotivated me to become active again. I realized that I had to see it the other way around: I was not going to be how I was, but I can make a comeback for ME. And the next day, I found your page. You helped me, and continue to help me, every day to be active and healthy. I found “me” again. And I don’t even know you!! You make sports and workouts seem more manageable and you take out the fear of taking that first step. You explain things and teach in a way that makes me feel safe knowing I won’t injure something. So, thank you from the bottom of my heart, La, for all that you are doing and continue to do for us. -Gianna
When Rory was a bit chubby he was the best when he use to where the Jumiara golf cap and TItlesit boom boom lol.
You are awesome, LA. Thanks for these workouts you giving us! It really helps me so much.
Hi, LA! I am an avid fan of you 10 minute active stretch! This is my warm-up exercise before my main workout. I would just like to ask if what would be the best time to workout? Because usually I do my exercise around 8 or 9pm. Is that okay? Thank you in advance! Take care and be safe always! <3
wow, thank you very much. I’m loving your lives at Instagram and videos here. I am Filipe Mendonça, a Brazilian’s architect, I spend a lot of time sitting, before that covid-19 I was doing pilates. It’s very good. Congratulations of your job and thank you very much. And gives Grant Gustin a hug for me, I love him in The Flash. He’s amazing
As soon as you start to add bulk to your body and you are a golfer, you will start to experience all sorts of problems that can have a long lasting negative effect. Light weight, high reps, stretching, a balanced diet, and practice is all that is needed.
Hi LA. Thanks for posting. It’s my first full day of work from home due to COVID-19. I was getting sleepy and sore from sitting at my computer the last 6 hours. Doing these stretches helped my back and will help me stay awake until I’m done with work!
Hi LA! I’m so happy you’ll be doing live public circuits on Monday-Wednesday-Friday! Those are my workout days, so it works out perfectly:) Thank you so much for your posts, your guidance has really helped me to correct my form on even the easiest of exercises. I cannot wait to see more! Particularly for me, I would love to see some more exercises targeting upper body because that’s what I really want to improve on besides general whole body and core workouts. I have kind of avoided them in the past because they aren’t my favorite, but I am determined to push through and use this quarantine time to really progress! Thank you again and can’t wait to see more on your page!
Do you have any quick tips or drills for hitting the ground before the ball with drivers/woods? I have a problem just scraping the ground before the ball which throws my club face off a little. Thanks!!
This is a good routine, I will have to borrow it 2 days a week to supplement my other training. Using it for disc golf instead of ball golf, but same principals of rotation and lateral explosive power.
First of all: This is an amazing video and you’re doing great! Thank you for that
But second I have a question: what workout timer do you use?
Wonderful start to the day, thanks! These are also great for my online PE classes! Students dig your work.
I had an injury back in 2015, and after watching most of your videos I dared myself to be active again. I was surprised my R knee didn’t give out and it presented no pain during any of the exercises. Also receiving NMT at school helped decrease the pain. I really enjoyed these stretches, I forgot how great it feels =)
In the beginning, that poor woman is freezing!! Excellent stretches, thank you so much
I have saved this as my pre game warm up. An arrow pointing to the area being stretched would be a help. I don’t know where my quads, etc are
I liked this stuff, fitness in golf is a BIG thing now.
You should do more of this.
Rob McGarr How many times a week do you think Rory does this workout??? Hopefully he wasn’t put in this video with Nike for the purpose of just “being there”…just because he’s an ambassador for Nike Golf. I hope he genuinely does this routine more often than not.
I like the video and the routine. My personal practice is less reps and moving slower. It is more difficult to move slow. When you practice moving slowly it becomes easier to move fast when you need to. Cheers!
❤️❤️❤️ I like your video so much ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I Would like to a workout program for core strength and flexibility exercises.
Thank you, LA! I’ve been a huge fan of yours for such a long time, but now with the quarantine, I’m converting all my friends and family to your fans too!:-) Your videos are so well done, and easy to understand, so I feel confident I can send them to my parents, who don’t exercise as much, and it will help them stay active during this crazy time. Seriously, thank you SO MUCH!! You are so amazing and inspiring!
I’d like more full body strength workouts please. I love your pace and style, and want to have a selection of your videos for full body that I can rotate through.
Excellent video again mate, really enjoying the content. I definitely will take these stretches on, gets the heart rate up!
did this yesterday!! it was such a great pick me up workout. even though i wasn’t feeling like exercising before i ended up doing your beginner upper body after this! great work LA❤️
3:38 I have never laughed harder at a golf video! Great outro and tips
You are right. even i was very sad since i workout well for abs but nothing was coming. And the surprising part is my friend who is not doing much excercises, maintaining his six pack with this secret food items. get to know here bit.ly/16ksM14?=pemmg
My game always gets progressively worse as the holes go by because I get too tired, therefore my shots get sloppy lol…so I’m going to try this out, see how I go.
I found before playing, usually on the driving range before hitting. I do some stretches that have helped my swing greatly. Holding a club and stretching. Start with holding on the farthest backswing position. Then slowly switching to the farthest follow through position. I hold for 1-2 minutes in each position. This has helped greatly with my swing on the driving range and the course. Before doing these stretches. I had problems with my follow through. I couldn’t get the club past my shoulders, because my muscles were tight. It would take 3 or 4 holes till I was loose. This is even after warming up on the driving range.
hi LA, just stumbled upon your videos recently and was happy to learn that you are a PT. I’m currently an SPT at UCSF/SFSU. I hope you don’t mind, but I will definitely be using your videos as inspiration when I prescribe exercises to my future patients!
Great video. How many times per week should I complete this circuit without overtraining?
Appreciate Video clip! Excuse me for butting in, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you thought about Paneevelyn Swinging Clubsman (erm, check it on google should be there)? It is a great one of a kind guide for revealing an effortless golf swing technique without the hard work. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my best friend Jordan at very last got astronomical results with it.
So, if I follow this workout routine I’ll be able to hit a golf ball like Rory? I always thought it was down to technique what do I know!!?
Any workout videos that can do ard 1 to 2 hours before sleep
I feel lot better just after 10 minutes I’ll be doing everyday now thanks keep up great work thanks
Does anyone have information about old Wilson staff wood and gold Aqua tite strata bloc 4350 driver set and dynapower fluid feel irons?
I need to get into doing a bit more work on my fitness. Problem is I hate Gyms and the extra cost of membership is not viable at the moment anyway. What we need is a home work out routine with minimal equipment…………….tights and duck walks will be optional.
I wonder how Nicklaus, Hogan, Watson, Trevino, and Palmer won multiple majors, and avoiding golf injuries without these crazy Machinations? Lol…Bullshit
Other than challenge Tuesday material, which is fantastic, I would love to see a video helping us with 40-60 yard distance control.
this is great, I am going to try to do this every day to improve my flexablility, would it woudl be unhealthy if I did this every day?
here’s several suggestions for how to play golf better
Keep fit
Position your feet correctly
Learn the correct body posture
(I read these and why they work on Gavs Golf Tactic site )
cool vid, i 955) work out 5 days per week (2 cardio and 3 full body) and feel its hurting my golf, feel stiff esp in chest? after seeing this i can see why, I seriously need to pick up my stretching & core game but my big questions is why can i get his whole week work outs? this is just one day and doesnt hit all the muscles, right? Im sure he does bench press, flyes, squats, etc etc? id love to see his full week so i can see the needed stretching plus reps and how often, etc…. THX!
Hi LA! Just wanna give big thumbs up for the “next move preview” you added to your video! It def helps to be ready for that upcoming exercise! Keep up the great work! ❤️
i dont think u will see this but a tip for the pullup is to put the thumbs on top of the bar as it takes of most the muscle activity in the forearms and works more of thee muscles it is supposed to and it will make them easier lol
I love how still the bridge of your nose was throughout the video. haha
It would be great if you made videos on reading the greens. Like what is the best way. That would me and many other people I am sure.
I love everything about this video-the couple, the relaxing music, the voiceover. The routine is perfect for seniors. I do it at least 3 times per week along with other exercises, and especially before playing golf. Thank you!
I love this workout however I have concerns. I had some problems in my lower back a few years ago. Is this workout going to hurt it?
i’m thrilled your back because track and field is cancelled and i neally need this:)
Just in time for my evening workout!! (it’s almost 6pm in France)
Loved it
At the risk of being seen by someone of consequence, I won’t tee off without inline skating for 5-10 min before heading to the links. I’m convinced there’s no better warm up for a round of golf on the planet. The feeling of balance and coordination and touch is maximized. Damn the indignity of it though.
@xxxconkerxxx
LOL no doubt…had a drink cart drop by…she asked if I would like another drink
This guy probably drives the ball 350 yards with those guns he has as arms. Thanks for the tips
If you have been trying to bulk up, you should search Google for “MAD Ripped Muscle”. That can help you get the body you deserve.
i was like super sore after a powerliting competition and this active stretch helped me a lot!!! great content!!
I tried these and was encouraged I could do them relatively well. I’m 71 so flexibility is becoming more of a challenge. I think this series of stretching will really help. Thank you very much.
Thank you! My partner and i have gotten into the habit of doing this video once a day now while working from home and it’s such a good 10 min break. Really makes a difference
Oh dear! I was tired watching you warn up! Guess I’ll never be hitting the ball 400+ yards!!!!
Hey Rob! I’m already subscribed. Should I hit the subscribe button again if a car has gone past me?
Great video. I like how weights were only used twice and most of the moves can be done in a small room. An average golfer would find great benefits just by doing the warm up.
This is a very nice warm up routine, and you looks gorgeous!
Nice video guys also the kindest guys I’ve meet helped me shout -5 The Astbury Hall:)
Great videos! What exactly does the duck walk do? That’s the one I didn’t understand.
Great video Rob, which muscle groups are most important to train for golf you think?
It would be useful to describe whih muscles are being worked for on each excercise….feedback here wlf be appreciated
Thanks for this. At 67 I have been hitting the gym over the winter to get ready for spring. My hope is that I’ll avoid the injuries (lower back and left shoulder) that severely limited my practice and playing last season. If I add a few yards that’s a bonus. And yeahI emphasize 3 sets of high reps and lighter weightsI want the DJ look rather than the Rory look.
Great warmup! Easy to remember and hits all the points of a smooth swing. Thanks!
I disagree, I think Rory has compromised his game by gaining all the muscle.
He doesn’t look as synchronised at all these days…
His putting and wedges in and around 100-150 yards especially has suffered.
This is yoga doc…give some credit to the great indian sages…
Thanks❤️ i have an extra cervical vertebrae so i can’t make any exercice, only yoga or swimming thank you so much LA,
pd. I’m mexican, excuse my english
This is a great video. I have started doing these stretches at home before leaving for the golf course.
Bob
Awesome video gonna give this a go I’m trying to qualify for the open this year so this will fit great into my routine keep the great videos coming
Weightlifting is hurting rorys hurting his career. Hopefully he does these basic exercises and stays off the weights.
First you’re awesome amazing love you so much xxxx ♥️ cool video XXX I hope you do my of cycling suggestion soon ♀️♀️ I love your videos just suggestion or just a question is Grant gustin recording this video of you
Wrong way to use the medicine ball. And why is it with every trainer there is the disparaging remark about the client? Never could figure that out…
I love your workouts did your instagram live workout today and the last circuit killed me. Would love to see longer workouts on here as well
I dont think I can manage that lateral duck walk thing in my local gym with a straight face lol. Specially if I do it wrong I’ll look a right tit
Thanks for this. After long sedentary lifestyle, this video helps me lossen up my muscles. Btw, would appreciate if you also mention when to inhale and exhale.
I’m investigating how to play golf better and discovered a fantastic resource at Gavs Golf Tactic (google it if you’re interested)
I cant stress enough how much leg workouts will help ur stability in ur swing. Doing ab and core work outs helped distance and actually helped me stay more stable in my putting stroke. Arm workouts seem to really help control my club path. I just avoid the chest work outs usually, bulking that part seems to inhibit my flexibility but I’m so glad I started working out for golf finally
Loved this one! It is great to spend some time with you during these unsettling times, it makes me feel better.
Keep up the good work!
I’ve been doing it all wrong, light weight work with a wine glass, heavy weights with a pint glass, sorted.
hi la! over this quarantine i’ve found it quite hard to keep up my healthy eating! any meal ideas for those of us struggling to eat healthy? <3
Since Rory started to hit the Gym hard he’s had a couple of bad injuries and hasn’t won anything (59th place and 17 shots off the lead at the Honda Classic yesterday); this seems like a risky approach especially for young men who can add bulk and musculature and generally change their body shape quite radically in a very short period of time. This is bound to feed through into the golf swing, even without getting into the whole issue of how this kind of training affects the smaller twitch muscles, swinging a golf club is about fractions and doing this after piling on 10 or 15kg of lean tissue relatively quickly will drastically impact these movements. Similarly we all know what the Gym did to Tiger’s back and knees… So my proposition is that certain types of Gym training regimes are bad for your golf. Discuss.
Yeah liked it but there’s no chance I’m doing the duck walk!!
my asthma has been worse than usual this week and this is the only exercise i’ve been able to tolerate, so thank you for making this!
Clearly just copied from the Nike fitness app. You can get rorys workout and many more on there…
Yessss!!! I love your exercises! Gonna do these right now!! Thank you Andreaaaa
Thank you so much for these videos, I’m severely unfit and need to get in shape and this one in particular is really good for me to start small. I’ve been doing it everyday for a few days and today was the first day I didnt need to take a break half way through, so thank you!
3:38 Andys just like, hurry up and shut up Piers. Wonder how many times it took them to shoot this
Lateral duck walk.trying no to laugh optional.
Keep vids coming, your helping me lower handicap.
To much functional training in golf. You need to start by getting strong. After that you can do more golf related and functional training.
Mcilroy should focus on his golf rather than his workouts. Guess what your a golfer not a olympic athlete. Majors have dried up since he wanted to become an “Athlete”
Thank you! Getting back into being healthy and putting myself as a priority. Can’t wait to do more.
Where is she from?omg im in love with the bg itss so prettyyyyyyy
The balcony with plants and pebbles and the sky wow and the pure golden sunlight its so freshh
It has a rural hint with an urban taste wow i love it
I did squats after almost 4 months of not working out and my thighs hurt so i did just this today in order to keep my body moving (taking it slow and working up to everything else) and i feel so so good! Thank you for making such wonderful videos that are not just easy to understand and follow but remember too.
I really enjoy this! Would love to see more warm ups/cool downs. I like this especially because it doesn’t involve too much time where i’m on my hands and knees I’m recovering from a wrist flexor tendinopathy (insertion AND origin!) and putting my body weight through extended wrists is still uncomfortable
Thank you for sharing learning to walk again this is a great help.
Thank you! This was such a good exercise while i am stuck in my house:)
I loved this warmup so much!! It thoroughly warmed me up for the 20 minute body burn which totally kicked my butt Thanks (:
Love the stretches at the beginning. Just saved the video. Will be implementing them before my workouts and will definitely try out that full route.

the position at 5:20 is very awkward to do on the course lol
Thank you Doc. Thoma Gustin! You’re the perfect person I needed to get back into exercise after surviving this virus. ❤
Hi LA, thanks for the good stretch, going to start my workout with this video from now on, thanks for doing this, just want to let you know that you’ve motivated me to workout more now than I’ve ever workout in my life, sending you love from Malaysia <3
THANK YOU! The warm ups/cool downs are exactly what I needed to add to my walking exercise routine.
I really appreciate Mike’s ‘Pre-Golf Warm Up Exercises for Golf’! A good pre-golf warm-up sequence is vital to preventing needles injuries when you practice and/or play… and helps to improve your performance potential. I love all the comments about how Tiger’s training ruined his back. This from people who no have qualifications to make that remark. They are just parroting that idiot Brandel Chamblee. Tiger unfortunately fell into the trap of all the gym bros i see. His physique has no symmetry and therefore numerous muscle imbalances. So tiger is like 6 ft and 185 lbs. Compare that to your avg nfl cornerback who is roughly the same size but then compare their physiques. The cornerback will carry the majority of their lean mass in their hips, glutes, legs and back, whereas Tiger has pencil legs, and no glutes or back. He just has a puffed up chest and biceps, and small shirts.
Always train on your feet. Stick to compound lifts and focus more on lower body than upper, and then 2x more back than chest. Basically do the exact opposite of what 95% of dudes at the gym do. Stop wasting time with bicep curls.
Great tips! Hope people who really want to play better golf apply this tips, Great Job Mike!!!!
Really really good! Thanks! Please do more of these style ❤️
Rob, great explanation, and demo. I can do all this in my garage with limited equipment required. Keeping in shape at 63 is difficult but not impossible. Thanks.
Hi Dr. LA. Thanks for this great video! Love that you are providing options for people with body issues. I have a fused spine and these stretches are good for me. Would really love it if there will be an exercise video for people with spine implants. Thanks again!
Fitness may be overrated for golf. Not sure Tiger would have had so many back issues. Rory has had many injuries over the past 5 years. Jason Day is another example. Has Phil ever actually been hurt? Food for thought.
Hello guys,
As Stabes 70 asked you 4 days before, it could be nice from you to create a (few) video (s) where you show us a serie of exercices to do specifical enforcement for golfer.
This one with the stretching is a good example but it will be nice to see you working with the coach.
Let’s go suffering a little bit for us!
Thanks

very helpful… You are making great use of youtube!! thanks a bundle.
I would love to see more arm stretching!! I love that you could pair this video with one of your other videos and make a long workout!
Thats the exact same workout than the one on Nike Training app
Would you say flexibility or strength work out are more beneficial? Recently started to do yoga to free up my back etc. Back to having a full swing and improved consistency.. Your thoughts appreciated.
When I do this exercise early in the morning it makes me wanna go poop. This dude is ripped like the P90X trainer!
