I have brain Fog After dairy especially cheese. I Dont have Problems with digestion but that brain fog is to much i go no Dairy.
This may seem crazy. But I was actually happy when My DNA test showed that I have a risk for Celiac disease. Finally my wife has to listen to me on the diet. I like meat, veggies, root veggies, and fruits. I only eat the other stuff because it’s what is made for me. Every time I say something I am told ai am just being picky.

I have gluten intolerance. I have the bumps on my arms, bloat up like I’m in the third trimester of pregnancy after eating anything with gluten in it, having fertility issues as well, amongst other things. Slowly getting gluten out of my diet. After 23 years of eating gluten, it’s pretty hard giving up my favorite foods I’ve gotten use to eating. Love me some pizza lol and I found a cauliflower crust GF pizza I really love at the store.

@Maryana Dvorska have bothered getting tested for coeliac to see if you are actually intolerant to gluten… it might just be that your intolerant to certain foods causing ibs…. also i noticed many of the gluten free breads pasta lasagne have more carbs and fats to compensate for the lack of gluten… have you had any of these processed gluten free products in your diet and have you noticed any weight gains???
This was a great video. Thank you for being so transparent about your issues. You are not alone. I suffer from digestive issues as well. Extreme bloating gas and discomfort, troubles in the bathroom, etc. It can make you sad and depressed at times….and like you don’t want to be around people. I will definitely look into food combining, and cutting out dairy and gluten. Thanks again!

Same I cut it out and I dont get acne anymore, but once I accidently ate gluten and a huge pimple apeared on my face. So gluten dairy definitly cause inflamation
But I was researching online and it says people respond differently to inflamation, some people get hair thinning, some get eczema, some get acne, some get weaker bones, some get gas bloating and even other etc reactions.
I definitely think ppl should eliminate these foods and see if they feel better.

Yes. I cut out dairy and gluten and I have to turn down a lot of things at my boyfriends house or at my own house and I feel like people get aggravated with me. But I’m not seeing it as a trendy diet I just really can’t have that stuff, it makes me sick and bloated.
I have IBS, celiac disease, and lactose intolerance. It absolutely sucks because I have to be very careful with what I eat

Trying to start being dairy free and gluten free because of my severe digestion issues that have been going on for years! But I just want to say I truly believe food combining is a myth. Your food doesn’t digest one at a time. Our stomachs hold different enzymes to digest different types of foods. Also, fruits are not just fruits. They are also carbs. Just like oatmeal isn’t just a grain it’s a carb as well as a protein. You cannot put foods into one category. Our bodies are made to digest a variety of foods so please take what these other influencers are saying about food combining with a grain of salt.

Oatmeal technically isn’t gluten free, you can get it wheat, rye and barley free but the protein in oats is no different to wheat just a slightly different form.. in Australia you legally can’t identify oats gluten free

You need to test for H pylori and have a food sensitivity panel test done. It helps directing you in treatments instead of trying things blindly

What’s your opinion on fermented foods such as kombucha or sauerkraut?
I don’t have issues using the restroom but some foods shortly after eating give me really bad stomach pains. I’m guess it’s the bread ββοΈ and almost all foods i bloat. I’m not a healthy eater at all. I do need to make changes but I have 0 motivation. Other than I don’t like having these stabbing pains.

When going dairy free and gluten free be sure to have a lot of veg and fruits and seeds, nuts, healthy carbs, avocado, sweet potatoes… Etc.
If anyone’s struggling with digestion issues, a good place to start is to see what your parents are allergic to, have trouble with etc because it can help you understand why you might have trouble digesting certain things.
Love you girl, glad you kinda figured out what’s causing your digestion issues! I have stomach issues every once in a while and i know how you feel it’s the worst pain ever i think it might be mild IBS. But i have been taking digestive enzymes whenever I eat out or eat something i know i’ve had trouble with in the past and it seems to help A LOT.

Hi!! β€οΈβ€οΈWith extreme bloating and pain symptoms you should go to a gastroenterologist! It COULD maybe be that the raw veggies are Too much for you….? even though it seems super healthy to eat raw its not easy to process for some people, too much fiber. Try cooked veggies or look up meal options for colitis/crohns as their diets ease the colon.
As someone who suffers with this, thank you for doing this. I know it’s uncomfortable and awkward. It really helps a lot.
Eating gluten free can be exceptionally unhealthy. I have Celiac, trust me. If you want to eat healthy and have a non wheat-barley-rye diet, just go Paleo. Y’all could have a wheat allergy or something, but you can’t have a “gluten allergy”. And the bloating is prob diary:)
Did you notice the probiotics help at all or was it mostly cutting out gluten and dairy? I’ve been looking into trying those probiotics but already am dairy and gluten free

artificial sweeteners did this to me.. (digestive issues) I couldn’t even move because I ate so much of it at one time. super super super bloated. I have never had issues with dairy/gluten foods but the artificial sweeteners ruin me.

My son has autism, so we started eating gluten free with him and along the way he knew at a very young age that he couldn’t eat dairy or have soy either. His tummy would hurt and he would get so sick. He didn’t talk or communicate well before this diet change, if he should have any of the elements his personality would change and we call it gluten drunk. He is doing amazing now and we think this diet gives so much life and allows him to be his best self. This diet is so wonderful and I love that your sharing your what I eat in a day options. Can you do more recipes? I feel like everyone cooks with dairy, gluten and soy and it’s hard to find great recipes.

Highly highly highly recommend the podcast called “dishing up nutrition”, it has a green backdrop with an apple. It’s such an amazing podcast having to deal with IBS, bloating, fatigue, depression and how it correlates with our diet.:)

Hi again bianca, before becoming vegan I used to make my home made kefir from raw organic milk using live kefir grains, It healed my gut and body after months of anti biotics. I literally asked God for help and found kefir making on line. Of course now vegan, no more stealing the baby calves milk. The probiotics and yeasts in kefir are very different from yoghurt and are amazing for health and though I now make my own soy yoghurt which is loaded with good bacteria, my body started to miss the kefir. Of course the live grains need the lactose to thrive but I’ve made a batch today using freeze dried kefir culture in my home made soy milk and fingers crossed it will work out. The bacteria in kefir is incredible and an amazing live food that heals. I’ll let you know how it turns out.

Thank you so much! I will try your method. I’ve made it with regular milk and it came out perfect in the yogurt maker. I tried with almond milk and it was too runny. Tonight I’m using coconut milk I want to try your recipe and method though. I hope it works out. I’ll keep you updated.
An alternative to your oven method of turning it on and off, what works really well for me is putting it into the oven with the oven light on. It keeps it at the perfect temperature just with the heat from the lightbulb.
My market doesn’t carry ANY soy yogurt at all, so your recipe comes in handy. Going to use Kite Hill or Forager as a starter!
Made a double batch (we’re a family of four), it will be ready tomorrow! Can’t wait to try it!

I had to go to gluten and dairy free because of the same thing. I went to the doctor way too many times to have to figure this out. I was in sooo much pain. Actually doctor just told me I was plugged up and then I called my mom who lives far away. She said she was gluten and dairy sensitive. This blew my mind I never knew. Then my cousin reached out to me after a post I made on social media and he went through the same thing. Now I’ve been about 95% gluten and dairy free. I’m eating about 70% organic as well. The difference in my body is staggering. I feel soo much better!!!!! I started April 15th and already I feel like a different person. I’ve also started doing ariel yoga since my gym is closed due to covid 19.

I’ve been gluten free for two years now, and its amazing how much better I felt just cutting that out! I still was having problems though, so I went on the AIP diets to figure out what I could and couldn’t eat, and that was the biggest help. My skin cleared up, the bloating was pretty much nonexistent, and I lost a lot of weight(detox weight). I can’t have gluten, most dairy, corn, beans, or regular potatoes. Its rough sometimes, but I feel so good now. You’re amazing! I’m glad you are figuring it all out, best of luck!

Tatted Vegan how often and long were you working out while eating that many calories in a week. I think that is important for people that want to do the same thing. I am also 5’6 so for me 3,000 calories and I am already bulking. I feel like 5,000 calories would mean some serious gym time as well.

I mean.. i feel like i have to eat 7 or 8x a day..cos.. i can’t eat these quantities in 3 or 4 meals..
