This recipe has now been saved to my Dinners playlist. I for sure want to try it. If we wanted to thicken it up but still stay low carb, what would you suggest? I have not had good luck with almond flour as a thickening agent. My friend often suggests cream cheese, but this recipe already has it in it. Thanks for sharing.

I never had pulled chicken but am risking trying it. In my crock pot I did 2 cups water 1 tbsp oil 1 apple cider vinegar tumroc cumin and 3 cloves garlic I put my bbq in the next day on low for 2 extra hrs and I’m gonna be freezing my chicken for weight loss meals
