Then, recently, I was looking for some information in The Professional Pastry Chef book when a recipe called ‘Sesame Crackers’ caught my attention. I read through the description, looked over the ingredient list and it struck me that it may be it, the sesame cracker recipe I had been so.One of my favorite ways to make these paleo almond flour crackers is with sesame seeds. I love their nutty almost bitter flavor.
The first time I saw low carb, gluten-free crackers was in Elana Amsterdam’s book, Cooking With Almond Flour. I tried putting mulled flax seed and it went all a gloppy. When adding water
GREAT RECIPE, THNX! HOWEVER TO MAKE IT MUCH HEALTHIER *NO EGG!*, JUST USE FLAX OR CHIA “EGGY” MIX, AND MORE *SESAME SEEDSGRIND UP 1/4 CUP INTO THE FLOUR AND ALSO MIX IN THE WHOLE ONES.
HAPPY EATING!
Nice video. I like your attempt at being healthy, but you got a couple problems. 1, flaxseed and ground flaxseed in particular have very low burn points which destroys the nutrients of them when they were cooked!!! 2, Isnt silicon cancer-promoting especially when heated.
I can accept the second issue but the first issue is a fact.
Fantastic recipe. I halved the amount of ingredient and added flaxseed meal and garlic herb n onion powder for some extra flavour. Turned out to be so good! Thanks for sharing…
i have everything bagel sprinkles…using that instead of just sesame seed
Another wonderful low carb recipe from Anna. Thank you so much!

My home ec teacher showed us using coconut oil and it tastes great
I think I’ll try this. You left out the “full cup of filtered water” in the ingredients list, which baffled me for a while cause a tablespoon of tamari isn’t going to hydrate all those seeds-lol! Thanks for posting.:)
Half the population is below average intelligence it would seem, from the number of questions here on Celcius or Fahrenheit, that most of that lower half are here… nowt worse than folk…
Adorable. Thanks for the recipe and the clear instructions.:)
I assume the baking temperature was given in celcius degrees?
Flaaaaxx seed, chichichia seed, aaaannnnnnnd, use you handsssssss, no hooooolesss. Lol love it.
Good video. However, using an oven removes nutrients and we should not be eating diary products, so the header a bit misleading as a vegan recipe.
The idea of Psyllium was a strange one never heard of it in the UK at least I haven’t but how about a teaspoon of Xanthan Gum (powder form)? It’s commonly used in gluten free recipes to replace gluten and has a binding thickening elasticating effect for bread and pastry made with gluten free flour. Just a thought what do you think? I like the idea of ground flax seed.
Thank you for this recipe, which meets all my dietary needs. I look forward to making these.

Hi! Thanks for this awesome video and recipe! I tried it yesterday and they were very crunchy, today they are in a container at room T and they are soft, any tip to keep them crunchy please? Thanks!!! Keep posting recipes please!
Thanks for this! I made these last night and they taste great. I just need to cook them a bit longer + not use tinfoil next time since they sort of stuck to it. (I had no parchment paper left). I’ll be making these regularly now:)
Oven degrees? Do we convert Celsius to Fahrenheit? Each seed a 1/2 cup?
Great recipe. I didn’t have psyillium husk so I used finely ground flax seeds. It works great just like psyillium husk.
Can i use coconut flour instead of almond???? Have allergy:(
I made them without the husk, the chia seeds are actually the binders. Goeie resep!
no need for the psyillium husk, cold water will make the chia and flax seed react and make a gelatin like substance…
These look absolutely DELISH and exactly what I need as a staple in Mt household since I love crackers but prefer a healthy ones like this recipe. Would you please give the exact measurements (like 1 cup) and exact seeds you used? I will greatly appreciate it.
Thanks in advance
Nice work! Keto so far is the only thing that has worked for me and I have lost 22 lbs!!! I started with the Keto Babe Bakes App and still use it religiously! I am glad I also came across your channel. Looking forward to your next video!

Ur Eggplant was far from boring,,, let me go see if I can figure out how to add it! HUGS!!
Thanks for the recipe. Will try it and I will make half with chocolate layer
I was so excited to try this recipe. They came out really good. The only thing was the outside edges cooked faster than the inside so I decided to break it up into pieces and rotate them while they were cooking. I did have to leave them in the oven longer after taking some of them out. All in all it’s a great recipe thank you!
180 Degrees what… C or F… cause its been an hour for me and its still raw and I’m at 180 degrees… on convection. Gas mark 4?
Great recipe! Thank you for sharing. I love your bubbly personality:)
Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. it is so nice to know that you can make a healthy snack so easily:)
That would be awesome. I’d love to see any of your videos as a VR to any of my videos wherever you’d think they fit in. You know that Epic Eggplant Lasagna you made would be an awesome video response to my much more boring eggplant rollatini. I’m still dreaming about that one but I haven’t gotten around to making it yet..
