Ugh I’m terrified to know what’s wrong with me but I’m 98% this is it. Wish me luck as I start the testing process!
Great video and so helpful. I love the courgetti idea! And its REAL food not instafood lol.
That’s so cool they gave you food when you were diagnosed. I definitely think that would be helpful to implement here in the US.
3:53 the moment when they put oil in the hot pan and you coulde see the reflection of camera in it
Mam more video because doctor advised me to follow gluten free diet pls share more videos
The #1 thing that I miss since going gluten free is good pizza! It’s so hit or miss. I’ll have to try this recipe.
I know this says nothing about baking in the title, but I feel like the chicken curry was a cop-out just to get 6 dishes.
Those doughnuts look WAY too moist to be gluten-free!! Could my eyes be deceiving me?
if your’e celiac, no wheat barley rye or oats. Perhaps find a Doc who knows this and you will fair much better.
Try my gluten free amazing borakas

Oh my goodness! Your are the cutest!) So, I am just finding out that I may have coeliac disease, and I so appreciate you vid about what you eat! Plz make more❣️
The chocolate doughnuts are fake. They added flour before the eggs. You can see it in the texture.
good video. thanks! I was suspected for celiac since childhood, though I had gastroendoscopy (I guess that’s the correct one) and biopsy only at the age of 24. (that “intruding” endoscope was among the worst painful moments during my entire life)
for me the results were negative. though many people have symptoms that may resemble celiac disease. since then I have changed my diet quite a lot. from my experience I could assume that increased stress factors (i.e. social anxiety like symptoms) may lead to uneven/unstable digestion (but I have no reference for this speculation).
I just learned that y’all call zucchini “courgettes” and I find it SO CUTE
Is your balsamic glaze home made? Or are you just using balsamic vinegar? If so doesn’t it contain malt?
Thanks Guys
Sugar is bad for you not gluten is just protien and their is no evidence that cutting gluton is good for you except if you have celiac deseas then it’s bad for you why do the way their making health good if they use possessed sugar if they want to make healthier foods cut the dam sugar
Love this. Those meatballs looks so yummy. I miss drinking breakfast tea, it’s just too hot where I live right now, so I’ve been doing iced coffee lol. Great video as usual. And your HP pajamas are epic.:)
i have diverticulitis and now believe I have coeliac disease too so I need to lose weight so I shall be following you guys to help get me healthier fitter too 😉
I have not been compatible with gluten for several months. But now I have great recipes to eat without loss of taste….

Hello I have ceoliac disease too and I have since I was 18months and now om 13 I’m pleased to know that someone on YouTube has coeliac disease too
I’m a coeliac! I got diagnosed when I was 2 I’m 16 now and honestly I really don’t know how I found this video! But I am glad that I did
What a lovely healthy day of eating! Always have to end the day with something sweet x
I’ve recently found out that I’m gluten intolerant and I’ve been having such a hard time giving up gluten and finding things I like that are gluten free, so this helps so much! Thank you
I’m 12 and my mom has celiac disease I’m not sure if I have it but we’re are just saying safe. I don’t feel left out bc sometimes I almost forget I have it. But don’t worry I don’t accidentally eat gluten
I’m gluten free but i prefer to call it celiac disease because thats what it’s actually called.
My brother and father have celiac disease too but my brother and dad only have half of it which makes them able to eat things I CANT eat. I can’t eat any gluten at all without throwing up or getting sick
Just been diagnosed Coeliac so these videos are so helpful! Thank you xx
Hey, I just wanted to say that I really enjoyed this video, I’m currently going through the motions of being tested for celiac disease and really struggling to think of things to eat, but this was really good:) xx
It’s gluten free but nost of these recipes are packed with sugar which a lot of us are avoiding:(
I’m allergic to gluten it’s so hard people don’t care they want to eat pizza and other shit. My gf and mom don’t even give shit what I eat I’ll starve if I don’t eat their gluten
Going to try gluten free for my musus problem in my nose. Love Mc dreamy to and coffee or tea. Biggest problem will be giving up bread but will do.
Love this!
I just found out I was coeliac about 3 months ago and I’ve been trying to find people to see what it’s like not many are and this was the realist on so far I’ve been struggling with it so happy you made this thank you ❤️❤️
Why need gluten, when you can replace it with sugar! As if we werent fat enough!
my birthday is coming up, and i’m inviting my friend with gluten allergies. i might make this for her!
This is helpful for me, as I’ve just found out I’m gluten intolerant (i have many intolerances so it is hard to find out what exactly I have problems with). So obviously I’m having a bit of trouble adjusting to being gluten free.
I was diagnosed with Lupus a couple years ago and since I started just limiting my gluten intake I found that my flare ups became less of an issue and I sometimes barely remember I have it. Im going to try to go completely gluten free because I was just diagnosed with Hashimotos. To anyone who is going through a similar situation know that the fight is long but the road to feeling good again will lead to sweet victory. Sadly we dont have a cure for Lupus (nor do I think we do for Hashimotos) but it doesn’t mean you should give up hope or stop fighting!❤
I love food videos and everything you ate looked super nice
Be careful with cocoa powder, some contain other products that people with celiac can’t eat
I was pretty sure that I had gluten issues, went 3 days and all symptoms GONE!
I’ve been 100% gluten free for 1 week today and feeling much better
I have celiac disease since I was 2 yrs old. I have been eating gluten free food since 12 yrs old. That is not a big issue. I am indian. Though I love chole bhature, samosey, golgappe
What is it like living with or being in a relationship with someone who has celiac?
Some people can’t have gluten, So these ideas would be good for people with gluten allergies
Years ago in summer when I did sunbathing, I experienced severe abdominal pain with vomiting. As an objective thinker I was looking for cause and I did a great observation which I experimented. I solve that situation and never have I experienced that abdominal pain and vomiting. As a clue I tell you that in Washington State the temperature in summer is max 80. After that I bought a land in Nevada where the temperature in summer is 98 and I do sunbathing there. Now I am doing observations about urinary urgency. Just few days ago I did an observation which now I experiment. I am 75
9 weeks gluten free its been a ride its sometimes a struggle but so much better no more fatigue or anaemia
A few months and was diagnosed? I suffered for for over 15 years. Multiple doctor appointments. Then i finally diagnosed myself… Changed my life forever.

Wow these all look delicious.. Especially them donuts.
At 2:41 it says that “seasonings, beer, chocolate, and pickles contain gluten.”
I would like to clarify a few things about this faulty statement.
Seasonings CAN contain gluten, check the label. There are gluten free seasonings.
Beer is generally made with barley but it CAN be made with other starch sources that are gluten free. Look for gluten free beer and you shall find.
I have had celiac for almost a year and I can assure you that chocolate is naturally gluten free. Check the label to see if gluten may have been added.
Also check labels for “may contain gluten” or “made on machinery that also processes gluten.”
Pickles are gluten free. Check the label to make sure that no gluten was added.
Do your own research kids and speak to your gi or gp. Don’t believe everything you read.
Good luck!
Before I was diagnosed, I sat in bed in absolute pain for years and years and I’m grateful that I’m knowing of what’s going on.
Omg we can eat cashews I just found out and I was sitting in the hospital like what about cashews they r my favorite thing in the whole world when u added them it made my day imfooo
They are always best ideas ❤️ for my brother it is too best yummm
No sugar, no dairy, no grains, no dark shade veggies then it will be gluten free.
doughnuts not donuts the video for the doughnuts themselves say doughnuts Why did they change it here?
Hey celiac is spelled wrong. Its spelled Celiac not Coeliac disease. (btw this is coming from someone with celiac and dyslexia). Other than that your story is very similar to mine and glad that you shared it.
A Thank you for the video from all of us Gluten and wheat intolerant people ♀️
The donuts tasted AMAZING but the donut shape didn’t really work for me I would recommend using that recipe for brownies
And remember kids: unless you’ve been diagnosed by a doctor, gluten intolerance is a myth.
These comments are sickening if your not diagnosed by a doctor you are fine and don’t need this
Hi Elle, just discovered your channel and absolutely love it!:)
OATS ARE NOT GLUTEN FREE. even gluten free outs there’s no such thing
Go to my gluten free group on Facebook “Gluten Free Show Me what you’re eating”
just remember if you have gluten allergy or celiacs disease all the ingredients have to be certified gluten free in whatever country you are in!
Totally in love with how you had 2 teas in “coffee mugs” and coffee in a “tea cup”… love your videos xxx
Mam…
Am 19, developing many face pimples & acne since last year. Plzzz make a long video which can help many sufferers!
Oats are cross-contaminated with gluten there for people with celiac disease can not eat oats as they are not gluten free.
Also big disclaimer for anyone making theses for other people with gluten allergies/ celiac a lot of people can’t have oats even if they are labeled gluten free
Yes, love it! Please, please, please make more Gluten-free recipes!? Please?
Shove your gluten free. I want extra gluten. Extra MSG too!
Has anyone tried substituting coconut flour for almond for that dough recipe
Hi Sarah. Thanks for this video, I had an endoscopy in February and got my diagnosis of coeliac in March. I’ve been on a gluten free diet since then and due to everything going on I’ve yet to have any contact with a dietician or my gp so I want to thank you for your content. You recipes and videos have made this change a lot easier.
Hi! I was diagnosed at 14 months old, so I have had coeliac almost 13 years. I obviously don’t remember being diagnosed, but what my parents told me was I had a biopsy(the camera kind).
Me: where have u been all my life?
Food: heaven
Me: that makes sense
I know this is an old video but I got diagnosed with coeliac yesterday and was looking on YouTube for ideas. Sitting here worrying about how much I’m going to have to change (with my mauraders map mug with a tea in) feeling much better after watching this! Thank you! Any GF recommendations would be great x
Just a warning. Skip the Lemon poppy seed bread or tailor the recipe. The recipe looks good in theory, but it was just gross to me (way too lemony and the honey was a bit too much). They must have used a convection oven or some other oven that gets really hot because I baked mines for the temperature and time displayed in this video and my bread was still jiggly and had to bake it for another 30 minutes. I almost bought it to a potluck at work until I tasted it. I threw it out because I do not want nobody talking about me and that nasty bread.
I have celiac I and I really need to try some of these they look so good lol
Thank you will much for making this
I’m 11 years old and I’m A better baker bc of you!!
I can’t even eat out and I have the same thing. Been off gluten for 1 year. I’m really sensitive to it. Starbucks is something I can no longer have. Lean cuisine saves my nutritional life though lol.
I have it as well its so nice to hear someone else speak about it xx
I am not diagnosed, but I’ve gone to the doctors (in the USA) due to a lowered immune system. I went to a hematologist, they eventually referred me to a rheumatologist. I have had joint pain, fatigue, and frequent bouts of diarrhea with stomach cramps from time to time. I thought I had rheumatoid arthritis or lupus, but I recently realized most people don’t have diarrhea at least 3 times a week like I have. I’m suspicious, so I’ve been mindful of the gluten intake. But I’ll take your advice and see my doctor first. I also get migraines! I’m pregnant now too, so my stomach cramps really scared me so much! That’s when I googled it and realized wow this might be it! Thanks for the informative video. I’m also small and was always told I need to gain weight I’m going to have to grieve letting go of pasta and ramyeon (my husband is korean and we often eat it haha) if this is the best solution. Thank you!!
what kind of chocolate are they using for the doughnuts? I know that the one they use for the batter is dark but how dark?
that’s a good gastro dr. explaining things and showing pictures. mine did a endo and I never heard from him again, other than some photos and a breakdown on the endo when I got sent home
Your videos are the best and this video because my dad is gluten free
