Combine gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl; mix well. Step 2 Mix egg, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract together in a second bowl until well combined. Stir flour mixture into egg mixture with a wooden spoon until a lumpy batter forms.
These recipes are gluten-free and make the perfect topping for your tasty pancakes! This blueberry syrup is the real deal, not like the fake stuff you get at the pancake house. I make it with fresh blueberries in the summer and switch over to.1/2 cup ground almonds. 3 teaspoons sugar.
3 teaspoons baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 2 large eggs. 1 cup fat-free milk. 2 tablespoons butte.
This was my first gluten free recipe experience. The pancakes were excellent. I was afraid my kids wouldn’t like them because we are used to eating whole wheat pancakes.Put the flour in a bowl and make a well in the centre.
Crack the egg in the middle and pour in a quarter of the milk. Use an electric or balloon whisk to thoroughly combine the mixture. Once you have a paste, mix in another quarter and once lump free, mix in the remaining milk.
Coat a large nonstick skillet or griddle with cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Without stirring the batter, measure out pancakes using about 1/4 cup batter per pancake and pour into the pan (or onto the griddle) and spread to about 4 inches wide.Mix dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
If you are making gluten free pancake mix to save for later, then transfer the mix to an airtight container. Add the wet ingredients to your mixing bowl and stir just until combined. Ladle 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto your hot griddle, or pan.
The night before you plan to make pancakes, measure the dry ingredients. Then, in the morning, all you have to do is add the eggs, milk, and oil. Use either my suggested flours or your favorite gluten-free blend. Just be sure it contains xanthan gum, this ingredient makes for the fluffiest pancakes.
In a large bowl whisk the egg (or egg replacer), granulated sugar, pure vanilla extract, and the vegetable oil together. Add the gluten-free flour, xanthan gum (leave out if your flour already has it), gluten-free baking powder, and salt to the egg mixture and mix until fully combined. Stir in milk and mix until smooth.DIRECTIONS.
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and cooking oil. Add milk mixture to the dry ingredients, and whisk until well blended.Gluten-free pancakes recipes. 12 Recipes.
Make a stack of gluten-free pancakes. We have plenty of tempting ideas, from sweet recipes such as cinnamon crêpes to savoury options like herby pancakes with goat’s cheese. This D.I.Y. mix for gluten free pancakes is just as versatile as Bisquick—but gluten free. Bisquick does make a gluten free version of its famous pancake mix, but frankly, it’s not anything like the original. Bisquick’s actual gluten free pancake mix is gritty and not very well-balanced.
If I loved the Bisquick gluten free.Gluten Free Blueberry Pancakes are a simple, yet tasty twist on our standard recipe for fluffy gluten free pancakes. In my opinion, fresh blueberry pancakes are best (aka pancakes made with fresh blueberries). If you have to use frozen blueberries, you might want to let them thaw a bit first.I’ve been tweaking my regular wheat pancake recipe for months!
Finally, on my 7th change to the recipe, I got it. My husband couldn’t tell the difference. These gluten-free pancakes taste so good it’s ridiculous! My secret weapon is The French Laundry’s Cup4Cup Gluten-Free Flour. It is the best gluten-free.
Gluten-Free Pancakes Ingredients. Now, back to these gluten-free pancakes! Unlike many gluten-free pancake recipes, this one doesn’t require any hard-to-find ingredients like xanthan gum or a specific gluten-free flour blend.
Instead, it uses two types of gluten-free flour that I always have on hand: almond flour and oat flour.

how am i supposed to magically know how much i need of each ingredient
Def making these next weekend. I’m going to use a gluten free flour brand instead of brown rice flour but it should work lol. They look delicious!
I’m going to make both tomorrow and get back to you!! I will meal prep the extras for the week!!❤ O I love fresh berries and maple syrup!!

these look amazing! I think I will test it with oat flour instead of brown rice flour since I don’t have that in my house. I’m guessing these will also make great waffles in the waffle maker.
Do you think it would work without the banana or is there maybe a replacement?? I get allergic reactions to bananas
Pretty frustrated. If this is a recipe video you should be including amounts of each ingredient. You told us in the video that you’d list which gluten free flours work best in the description but if you did that it wasn’t easy to find.
I made these and they were delicious!!!!:) added strawberries to them for extra flavor! Thank you, definitely subscribing now
bob’s special flour cost almost 8 bucks -cheaper to just stick with aunt jamima
I love your videos. Informative, easy to follow yet not too lengthy definitely going to try the one with coconut flour

These look wonderful! I’m going to combine 2 of these and make a lemon-blueberry pancake. Yum!!
I was wondering if you had a bread recipe…. just found an all purpose. gluten free flour that is a mixture of different flours and had xanthan gum….I’m looking for a mois gluten free bread recipe
How much would be the amounts in grams? Can someone tell me.
I did these with King Arthur’s Gluten Free flour and added some xanthan gum and it turned out AMAZING. All the other gf pancakes I would try would have a thick batter but this one was actually the texture of pancakes!

I hope you can help me, thanks
What is the purpose of vinegar in the recipe? Is there anything I can use to substitute?
Why add water when your other pancake videos don’t have water?
Hi! Can you freeze both recipes? Or just the coconut one? Thank you!
I love everything u do it thank u SM and I love u from Saudi Arabia
you could also whisk the egg whites separately, so the pancakes would come out fluffier! really enjoy the video!
In the description box it says 1/3 unsweetened almond milk but whe you were making them you said 1/2 cup which one is correct
I never made gluten free pancakes so I am looking forward to try this recipe.
Well, aren’t you smart making your own butter milk! Did not know how to make it like that, awesome! And your pancakes looks delicious! As always, you really have fabulous recipes!
Hi Laura! I will have to fix these, I know they will be great with my homemade hazelnut spread
Tried the Almond recipe. My kids actually ate it! I loved it. That was a wonderful, pain free breakfast.
Excellent! JUST made the coconut/tapioca flour version. I loved them, my husband loved them and they were easy enough to make. I really enjoy your channel:)
Do we need to use the tapioca starch for the coconut recipe? Can I substitute that for something else or just ignore it?
Hi dear, can I use a regular milk instead of almond milk in the coconut pancake recipe?
Hi Dani, I just tried your coconut flour pancakes (but did not use tapioca flour, not available here so I substituted it with regular flour) for breakfast and they’re great. So filling! I put some dark choc chips on the last batch of pancakes. Thanks for the recipe:)
Can I sub apple cider vinegar for the white vinegar? My daughter can’t have white vinegar.
Thank you for your question. Each pancake recipe is slightly different. Our recipes are submitted by users and this particular one uses water as the main liquid. You can certainly try the recipe with milk. Enjoy!
I was going to make pancakes from scratch with what I had in the kitchen but then I wacthed this video and said ” does it look like anyone watching this video is going to have any of these ingredients”!!!!!

Thank you for the recipes! I have been looking for these for a while and they are simple!
I recently found your channel and I just made these and all I can say is wow. I fed them to my picky 7 year old and he LOVED them. On his: strawberries, a few chocolate chips and real Canadian maple syrup (hi, from Canada btw), on mine: all of the above plus chia seeds, sunflower seeds and almonds. YUM. Really a surprisingly comparable alternative to regular pancakes.
Did you know that baking powder frequently contains unfavorable ingredients (like gluten, cornstarch, and aluminum) Can you buy Gluten free baking powder?
My mom is gluten free so I’m surprising her with these pancakes because when she turned gluten free she. Couldn’t eat slot of things

I used coconut milk instead of almond and added cocao nibs and coconut slivers and pecans for the topping with PB and a few blueberries..so delic. I have been enjoying different GF recipes and yours by far has been the best so far. I think yours would be great to use with a protein powder as well:)

Hi Everyone! I have a new website! GlutenFreeHabit.com. It’s a great place to see and print all of my recipes. I hope you’ll take a minute to check it out! Thanks so much for watching, liking, and subscribing:)
Made this and it came out great. I used olive oil instead of coconut oil and I used another gluten free flour.

Delicious. I can’t wait for pancake Tuesday.. U got yourself a new subscriber.
Gluten free pancakes are crap. Take 100 years to cook and are still raw in the middle. (The ones I got out of a mix box are.)
Sorry to stereotype, but one would have thought a woman as lovely as yourself would have narcissistically made this video all about herself and taken 20 minutes to make the video using most of that time to share with the world how wonderful she was. That’s something that is seen way too much on YouTube. You did not do that. Thank you
I turn and run whenever I see the words “canola oil” on any ingredient list.
baking powder frequently contains unfavorable ingredients (like gluten, cornstarch, and aluminum)
Hi there, thanks for your question. We have provided a link to the recipe in the video description box. Yes, corn starch will work in place of potato starch, but you will want to be sure the corn starch is gluten-free. Enjoy:)
Can I do this with flax or chia egg to make this recipe vegan?
You are the best, thanks so much for sharing this video. ♀️
The best pancake gluten free recipe i have ever made thank you so much
I’m going to try almond and my favorite topping banana strawberries and blueberries. Hi Dani from Miami that was so Yumi thank u
Danny only gave 2 mmms for the almond pancakes whereas the coconut pancakes received 4 mmms. I’m going to try the coconut pancakes first.
Hi. Enjoy your videos. Wondering can I use regular flour to make these yummy pancakes? Please keep making your awesome videos. Thank you
How about this for a gluten free pancake recipe: 3 bananas and 3 eggs. Combine and cook:)
OMG!these pancake look sensational!gonna try the recipe tmr
Okay credit for doing a wee bit of mixing of different flours which looks interesting BUT for goodness sake..substitute the “stevia” for PROPER sugar or the stuff I use is “vanilla sugar” just use a small amount but the sweetness with the vanilla pod is what gives a much better taste! PLUS use goats milk and goats butter…it really does make it taste better and if you feel a bit fruity add in blueberries or freeze dried strawberry pieces to the mix.
Best pancakes you’ll taste..trust me on that one. You don’t need “Canola/rapeseed oil” in a recipe…it gets a bad rep.
Tapioca flour is very hard to find can you skip it would appreciate a answer very much…
Thank you so much for this recipe. I’ve tried many grain free pancake recipes. The pancakes fell apart each time. I made the almond flour pancakes this morning and they were great.
This looks yummy! We have a cooking show for kids with food allergies (particularly gluten and dairy) and are always looking for great recipes to make for our viewers. We love cooking with almond flour. Especially Bob’s Red Mill! We will definitely be trying this one. Thanks!!
People with gluten allergies can not consume grains. Replace the rice flour with either plantain flour or coconut flour. Also use arrowroot starch instead of corn starch.
I love blueberry pancakes I usually top it with butter but I know you’re vegan and I’m not they have margarine which taste better than butter and it’s vegan
So, I have made the Almond flour ones twice now and my batter is more liquid than yours. Pancakes still taste fine but what could be wrong?
i just made a pancake as bread Quick easy and it doesn’t fall apart! i have done it for hamburgers too. I always have extra batter after making a batch. also i noticed if i let the batter ether sit a while or wait till the next day the pancakes turn out just like yours in the video, And your right you can’t tell the difference from regular butter milk pancakes.
Again
Thank You
Brown rice flour didn’t help. I had to add almond flour to it. And I use almond milk and white distilled vinegar so maybe that didn’t help. They came out fine and thin.
My sister and I have been a silent reader for awhile now and I just want to say thank you for sharing short, simple and DELICIOUS vegan recipes <3 Because of you, we were inspired to start a YouTube channel to create vegan food as well! We launched the channel yesterday and would really appreciate if we can get some subscribers for some feedback! ❤️
Can’t wait to try. I need to buy some tapioca flour. I will try the almond flour first.
Love low carb!! I can totally make this Keto by substituting for the maple syrup.

You should only not eat gluten if you have a problem with gluten

They look amazing but I still love mine, one ripe banana, two eggs and vanilla extract. They are beautiful just that simple xx
Hi! I was just wondering if there are any possible substitutions for the tapioca flour. Thanks! Can’t wait to make this!
omg its 11.34 pm and i am considering making these pancakes right now!!!!!!! <3 yaassss!
O.M.G…..!!!!never have I tasted a grain free anything this delicious! I made the almond flour pancakes….I was concerned about them because my batter didn’t look like yoursbut… after some research I realized what was wrong when you make the almond pancakes in the video you use 1/2c almond milk in the recipe you use 1/3c of almond milk I watched the video too make them so I’ll adjust the recipe the next I make them and I’ll look at the recipe for the coconut flour pancakes and compare the two before attempting to make them anyhoo….I love love love them! #lovecleananddelicous
Made coconut pancakes. Turned out so delicious, I’m in love
Hello Danny, the pan you used looked to be made of iron, however you said it was nonstick. It just doesn’t look like a traditional nonstick. I would like to know more about it and where I can purchase one if I wanted to. Thanks.
Hey rockin Robin, I’m curious what state are you cooking in? And it looks like you used to own a restaurant. I’m presuming Mexican food? In Tucson Arizona and brought up in southern Cal so Mexican food is my absolute favorite!!
Thanks again great job love watching your videos!!

Please do a clab with Brittany Mullins on YouTube very soon thanks
all i did was search get pancakes for free! in r´the search bar and see what would happen because im bored as fuck.
i don’t use corn products can i substitute potato starch??
Dani! Not for nothing, but what about pancake pancakes? You know, pancakes made with pancake fixings. Pancake pancakes. Okay, I’ll stop now.
I followed your pancake recipe except I used brown rice instead of white rice. cuz.. I am out of white rice right now. then I added one and a half to one and three quarter teaspoon xanthan gum, close to, 2 Tbsp yeast. i let it rise in a 8X4 inch bread pan lined I didn’t pay
attention to the time i would say at lease a hour for it to rise. the dough was close to the top of the bread pan. baked at 375 in my toaster / convection oven for 50 minutes
i set it to convection and i didn’t preheat the oven. after about 15 minutes or so it was starting to brown so i tented the bread with foil. Note i slowly heated the vinegar and milk. added the sugar and yeast. you really don’t get a foam and it looks funky.
this is the first time i made it so i’m going to make adjustments. it tastes like bread
soft and pliable it holds up better then other bread i have made in the past.
this is a video i found to line my bread pan and to make the sides taller after i poor the batter in the pan i use toothpicks between the pan and the parchment paper for stability
if the dough rises above the top of the pan.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0HwWRacG3rg
thank you
how about using a healthy substitute for the eggs. there are plenty of things on the market these days to cut out cholesterol completely
Great recipe..being diabetic it’s going to work out better than store bought stuff..
This helps because my brother is allergic to anything that has gluten
if you are going to use rice flour make sure comes from a company that test for arsenic, organic rice or not, with reports on high levels of arsenic in rice is better to look for a company that disclose if they are testing their rice and origin, such Lundberg and Bob’s Red Mill.
I just made these pancakes and they turned out beautifully, plus they were beyond delicious!! Finally I found a recipe that REALLY works, so thank you! BTW your channel is awesome.:)
learn how to say ‘a’ correctly ie as in ‘ago’ ‘alive’ ‘anew. what’s with they ay ay ay rubbish?

The coconut flour pancakes are good but even after waiting some time the batter didn’t thicken (something’s wrong with my flour). Took me some time and more ingredients but they came out alright. Thank you for the recipe.
Did the coconut flour pancakes this morning for me and my mom and they were delicious! Taste nothing like coconut:)
I made them yesterday exactly the same recipe everything was perfect except that because the batter was so thick some pancakes were not cooked from inside even though they were perfect from the outside and I only use medium to low heat.
The quinoa flour made the pancakes very bitter, and had a weird after taste!
They look so yummy! I live un argentina, in here we dont have gluten free oats, can you recomend another flour to use un this recipe instead of the oat flour.
fast easy almond flour pancakes https://youtu.be/mLSJZ3LWVmk

Do you have a DIY recipe for the GF all-purpose flour that would work in this recipe?
When you say salt it is optional, have you tried and tasted the difference in both?
very nice recipe but I can’t make it because you didn’t mention anything about the measurements of the ingredients!!!!!!?
Could you substitute brown rice flower for arrowroot flour or blended oat flour?? Thanks
I love your videos! I just purchased Bob”s Redmill GF flour and have wanted to make pancakes. I’ll be making your recipe tonight for dinner! (If I can wait that long ) Thank you!
This looks really good:) could you use coconut milk and curious to know why you used brown rice flour is that the best flour for healthy alternatives
Thank you:)
Hello Danny , can I swap the egg for the chia mixture? I’m allergic to eggs .
Hi!:) Which gluten-free flour can I use in place of oat flour? Which is the best in this recipe?
Mine turned out to be too thick and I had to add about 1/2 cup of almond milk to improve the mix. After that, it turned out excellent. Thank you.
Hello.. I’d like to ask if Sweet Potato Flour would also work?
Thanks in advance
I made your almond pancakes and they came out GREAT. Thanks for sharing.
Good recipe and there is nothing better than cooking in cast iron (the original non-stick cookware)!
was looking good up to the point the canola oil was added. I would sub that with coconut oil
Thank you, Dani! I tried the coconut version and I make it almost every week.
Thanks for the recipes!! I have tried both the coconut and the almond and i like both… but the almond flour is my favourite
Yasssssss! I really love pancakes. Pancakes are my favourite snack. I find it easy to follow. Thank you for sharing. Ah! Can u make green tea and red velvet pancakes? I’m just curious. Both are my favourite flavour. Just simple recipe. Great recipe. See u next time.

I use Bob Red Mill Products too
have been for years. My younger Sister Mary introduced me to him.
Nice:) I was going to say, how about equal parts corn flour and potato flour, and then carbonated water! I mean, it doesn’t get more simpler than that:) I like your recipe.
Could you please tell me what is the substitute of egg cause I’m vegetarian/or I don’t like egg
Amazing Video of making Pancake. I’m fond of Pancake and also made a similar video of Pancake on my channel. Hope you can watch it too . Would you like to connect?
Hi Robin, thanks for the recipe, think it will be made for Sunday breakfast. Since we don’t eat white flour will use almond flour. I make pancakes with almond flour and they are good, but this looks even better.
Hola, sweet adorable Robin. Your buttermilk pancakes look so pretty, just like you, my dear amiga. What did you enjoy about making those pancakes? Take care of yourself, sweetie. I’m looking forward to your No Bake Triple Berry Cheesecake this summer. <3
