Ingredients For the Crust: 1 1/4 cup almond meal 8 Medjool dates, pitted and chopped finely 2 tablespoons butter, melted For the Filling: 1 1/2 pounds (3 packages) light cream cheese, room temperature 3/4 cup honey.Gluten Free Lemon Cheesecake Crumb Bars The Gluten Free Gathering salted butter, powdered sugar, fresh lemon juice, sweetened condensed milk and 4 more Corsican Lemon Cheesecake All That’s Jas ricotta, salt, vanilla extract, vanilla extract, eggs, ricotta and 6.For the filling 750g mascarpone (full fat only) 120g lemon curd (homemade or shop bought) 3 lemons, zest only 2 tsp lemon juice 100g icing sugar.Directions Preheat the oven to 350˚.

Hello there,,,, I’ve tried this wooowwwwww it was soooo perfect and really delicious… you can even reduce the amount of condensed milk like to 250 to 300g it still taste really good…. you could even reduce the lemon juice yetttttt sooooooo delicious

I’ve already scrubbed the jar and will be attempting to make a batch soon. The ingredients are so inexpensive that it wouldn’t be devastating if I were to screw it up. And I’m sure the homemade version is better than anything in the stores.

Yes 36, I bought 4 x 1 Kilo Bags that I know to be gluten free and after my guests leave, I am going to experiment with them.
If you pop over to my Channel, I left you a little video only you can see, just showing the Flours I bought. It’s all a shot in the dark but hey ho! I am all for a bit of fun with flour and the worse thing that can happen is I have a big bowl of wallpaper glue:)

Made this yesterday. Changed a few things because my springform is bigger, 23 cm: I used 500g quark, 90ml lemon juice, 200g biscuits and 8g gelatine. Ok technically its not a cheesecake anymore but still delicious. Thx for this recipe.
Is it okay to replace the coconut shreds with coconut milk instead? If not, what are some alternatives that you’ll recommend?
