Well, you can buy stuff in package free bulk if you got a store that still offers it. My Fresh Thyme use to do that. then BOOM! DAMN covid hit and now everything in plastic.

Eggplant and brown sugar are insanely versatile! Whenever I’m making a savory dish that needs some egg binding (like vegan burgers), I bake some eggplant until tender and use the “meaty” part to do so (it also fills me up like meat so it’s great too); and brown sugar is a fenomenal substitute for honey and maple syrup (I live in a country where there’s no maple syrup, so I use brown sugar instead)

I’m new to being vegan and sometimes I find it challenging know what to eat to make sure I get enough calories and nutrients. This is so helpful for someone like me who is new to the Vegan world. I have so many questions. I have been watching YouTube videos for recipes but most of the ingredients being used in them I am not sure where to find or how expensive they may or may not be. I would love to find the almond cheese.I found the Daiya, but it has Canola Oil in it which is very toxic, even though it’s expeller-pressed. Also citric acid and xanthan gum, which are likely GMO’s. Thanks for the video, that pizza looks yummy, I’m a thin crust lover also.
Another ingredient i love using is kimchi! U can put it in in salads or cook korean dishes like kimchi pancakes/ stew! Super easy and yummy:)
Vegan for about a year here, after 12 years of vegetarianism that I started at 16. So easy for me because I had time to learn all this. I have all these ingredients already but it’s so fun to learn how to make all the things we want without animal products. It’s getting easier and easier all the time. One of my fave things was learning to use aquafaba and coconut milk for whipping in desserts. Love me some desserts.

Why is a non-vegan telling people that aren’t vegan what they should have in their pantry?
Hi Rachel my brave fellow vegan. I have been a vegan for 6 years now, and I view Regan Russell as being my hero who led me out of the insanity of thinking that we need to eat animals and/or tortured beings in order to survive. I love Regan, and I am saddened by the cowardly actions of that stink meat truck driver who murdered her and drug her poor frail body for nearly an entire city block before stopping. I can’t believe people like him expect any compassion at the end of their life. What a nasty piece of stink meat he must be. I love all fellow vegans. I also have three days of fasting set aside for specific purposes. On Sunday I fast for the higher power of our universe. On Wednesday, I fast in honor of all girls and women who have been abused in our world, and that includes Regan Russell, of course, my hero, and on Friday I fast for the diet. On the other days, I eat all vegan products. I love morning star products. They are great. I choose love instead of hate, and I am sorry for everything bad that happens to fellow vegans in this world. My heart is broken by what happen to the frail little vegan woman Regan Russell who did not deserve the fate she received. Us vegans do need to gain control over the technology in our world, and to rid it of all evil carnivorous behavior. I view carnivorous beings as being a disease on our planet that we need to eradicate. VEGAN LOVE! VEGAN LOVE! VEGAN LOVE!

A few things not mentioned that are a must for me are miso, sunflower seeds, soy curls, and soy milk. I use the soy milk when I culture my own yogurt. I’m so glad I found your channel. Tortillas (corn, flour) are a great option for preparing almost any Mexican dish: tacos, enchiladas, tostadas, as well as lot of Tex-Mex dishes: Burritos, nachos, etc.
I have wheat, yeast, and dairy allergies. If I eat any of them, my throat can close up when I go to sleep and I can die in my sleep. I like how you left that option open for the non dairy cheese. I know I can a similar one at Winco for about $5. Probably need two bags to cover that pizza through. I can see with the basic ingredients you arranged this pizza can easily be about $30. This is where it kills me, I just don’t see spending that on a pizza, as much as I crave it.

In my experience at the beginning you should just stick to the meals you’ve always had (burgers, fajitas, pasta, burritos, pizzas, tacos, curries, noodles) using the same spices and substituting the meat for tofu, lentils beans, mushrooms or chickpeas, even tvp or fake meats if necessary. Once you’ve gotten used to the new flavours they’ll taste just as good, will be as easy to make and you can start finding new recipes!!

I bought Newman’s Spinach Mozzarella Cheese not knowing the best frozen pizza ever. I like their thin crust and freshness of mozzarella cheese with no extra spongy dough.

The video didn’t mention Tony’s pizza, which is almost identical to Red Baron, but a little less salty. They are both made by The Schwan Food Company. They are both also the lowest priced frozen pizzas, with Tony’s usually around $3.50 and Red Baron $4.00.
The best was Freschetta Pizza Amore 10 Topping. Came with its own baking tray. No idea why they stopped making it.
I usually buy the Jacks plain cheese pizza and load it up with my own toppings and more cheese. Cheap and good.
I go for Freshetta when at certain stores, but I stock up on the frozen rising crust pizza from Aldi. Damn good for less than $3.
I started transitioning to vegan a month ago and I was looking for something EXACTLY like this. I was on pinterest looking at vegan shopping lists and they just listened fruits and vegetables and it’s like yeah I know lol. I was looking for a list of things the average American household might not usually stock, like nutritional yeast, copious amounts of raw cashews, etc. So thank you!

Fun fact that you guys need to know about tortinos. The pizza rolls and I think pizza that you ate came from my hometown in Southeastern Ohio. So, my family that works at general mills made that for you all.
Not vegan here but love vegan food. Please keep vegan tom yum paste and vegan green curry. Most vegetarian ones are vegan but check the label. These two are like powerhouse of flavours. I personally love how easy it is to cook with tom yum paste in hand to make delicious tom yum soup. Also miso paste too, to make easy miso soups. Tomato paste that comes in tubes is a good way to add really good umami flavours too.

Whenever baking sticks it usually means you are cooking it too hot, try turning down your oven or using parchment paper (not the same as waxed paper this is made for baking!) And it should not stick.

This is the worst frozen pizza review I’ve ever seen. I haven’t tried the Whole Foods pizza because I don’t have a Whole Foods, other than that I have tried those and a bazillion more. The only edible frozen pizza is Schwans, the 4 cheese California pizza kitchen, the Trader Joe’s pizzas imported from Italy, and Home Run Inn…

Worst is Totino’s Ultra-Thin Crust Part Pizza or any of those hors d’oeuvres pizza posers with the matzo crusts, best is Freschetta, maybe followed by DiGiorno’s Cheese-Stuffed Crust.
Some frozen pizza can be improved by getting a bag of cheese and adding more to the pizza
I like DiGiorno’s thin crust and Red Baron’s brick oven crust as well as Totino’s triple cheese myself….Of course, me being a cheese lover, I always add extra cheese to frozen Pizza’s….Although if I’m going to have to pay over $5 for a frozen pizza, I’d rather just order a $5-6 freshly made large pizza carryout from Little Caeser’s.

Signature select is one of the best get the 4 cheese and add your own toppings has a perfect cheeses pull for a frozen pizza, Screaming Sicialian pepperoni perfection, and for that cheap take you back to school pizza Tostinos party pizzas,
Digornio is GROSS and putting Tombstone..AND WTF, RED BARON (??) over Home Run is ABSURD. And calling Red Baron close enough to test against delivery is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. You would have to be deaf..blind..dumb and have zero taste buds to think Red Baron was delivery..And don’t get me started on Frescetta..it’s a big dough pile of trash. I was actually MAD when I paid for it..my kids didnt even finish it. I’d rather have anything including Torino’s party pizza..What fool made this hilarious list..lol.. Hahaha…this list made me never need to watch a review on this page again because someone here has taste bud problems…lol..I mean you put a pizza high on the list that no one liked the cheese and you said “hey..just add your own”.. ummmmm..if I wanted to make a pizza I’d make a pizza..I shouldn’t have to CHANGE a pizza to make it edible…Home Run over these pizzas every day..it actually does taste good unlike some of these others

I am so motivated looking at her vidoes. Love her!! I tried the black bean+ protein powder with stevia brownie. Gosh it was SUPER!!!! Heavy people pleeeease have a look at her recipie!!! I did not like 2/3rd cup stevia. 1/3rd was okay and milk chocolate wasnt needed. Cocoa nibs as she said. It is expensive here in England:( But still i wil buy it as its a treat for me when i crave chocolate.

PREHEAT OVEN TO 450 DEGREES. Combine 1/3 c. coconut flour, 1/3 c. flaxseed meal, 2 tablespoons almond flour, 2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites. Mix well with a fork in a bowl. Form into a ball. Take a 12″ pizza pan and take unrefined, organic coconut oil and grease your pizza pan. Add ball of dough to pan and smooth it out. Add spices to crust: garlic powder, basil, oregano, etc. Cook 5 to 10 minutes until edges are golden and middle is not quite done yet. Take out of oven and add other ingredients, for example: sauce (home made or from a jar), grated almond cheese, other toppings as desired. Place pizza under broiler until cheese melts and you are satisfied with how it looks. Remove. Cool a bit. Eat!

Its not a pantry item, but lots of greens! I hardly used to eat leafy greens before making the switch and now I crave them. (Spinach, kale, arugula, collards, etc). Sneaking them into smoothies or on a sandwich or even using them to make lettuce wraps. Such a wonderful way to get some extra vitamins& minerals and contribute to a balanced diet!

This can be made vegan! I finally did it. Instead of eggs I used 1tbsp ground chia seeds and 2 tbsp ground flax mixed with 5 tbsp of very warm water until it gels. It was just a little dry this time so I may add a tsp of olive oil the next time I do it. But it was so good and just what I needed to keep me going on my wheat free vegan life!
Is it possible to use EITHER coco flour or almond flour instead of both??:)

yes, yes it is, but it is because modern wheat is such cheap cheap garbage. and you get what u pay for. i think this recipe would be cheaper than buying a pizza from domihoes or pizzaslut which most people dont think twice about. bob redmill makes a gf pizza dough that is about 4 bucks, its okay, but this looks better. great video!
