I just put my matcha in my protein shaker cup and shake there. Later I put my protein in it. But I am not sure if you work during the day but I just do that because it’s quick it mixes it fine and I can use my cup again later for protein before gym at the end of my work day.

You can microwave your potato (punch some holes in it with a fork first) for 7 minutes and it’ll be perfect!! Hate the microwave but it’s soooo much faster than waiting for the oven
So how does a person pull this off if they work 8 to 10 hours a day? This looks great, but I just have no way to pull this off in a day! I am new to gluten free and considering vegan for a while until my stomach heals. I am so lost in food prep right now. I do not have acfess to a kitchen or anything at work.

Do u do this out of choice. Because I can’t eat gluten for medical reasons and I honestly think I’m going to die. All my favorite foods are gluten filled and now all I ever feel like eating is meat. Gluten free products sound like a hassle.

Your recipes are so good and I love the ingredients. I’m gonna try them. Can’t wait. My only problem is that you could choose better looking fruits and veggies. It matters. The lemon you put in your water was ugly. The avocados you made smooth had lots of black stuff on it. The bananas were spotted black on the peel. I know sometimes with fruits and veggies, sometimes the inside can be pretty in spite of the ugly skin but still it’s always better if you could pick ones that are good in and out. Jbh.

The only issue I have is that this would cost a fortune to eat this way every day and if you work it’s difficult to have all the kitchen gadgets on hand. I have IBS so i’ve been fully Dairy and Gluten free for just over a month now. It’s been really difficult, dairy wise that was easy as I was always dairy intolerant but the gluten is sooooo hard. Btw you should check out flav cityit’s a guy who goes to the grocery store and looks at labels and breaks down what is good and not good. He also cooks and has recipes but he’s on the Keto diet. I have used some of his recipes but have modified some ingredients.

Greetings from Sweden!:-) I just found your channel and have only seen this episode, but I will say I enjoyed watching it, you seem to be a very sweet person and also well educated in this field. I have studied nutrition and wellbeing for many, many years, but just started eating glutenfree and veganfood a couple of days ago, so I’m now searching for nice recipes to start off with, and you gave me plenty of inspiration in this episode, so thank you for that.:-) And to all those who argue that you are not getting enough of this or that: since I have studied nutrition for about 25 years now, I can say without a doubt that you are getting SOOO MUCH more nutrients through what you’re eating, than the absolute majority of the worlds popluation is getting through their food! Protein and carbs and all that… We dont need as much of those as people seem to think we do, and the best source for it are organic fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds. And superfoods! So keep up the good work!:-)

Seriously can’t wait to try this diet, I’m just so worried about keeping on calories. For 4 years I have had stomach issues: Rush to the loo moments, gas, bloating and cramping. The doctors cant find anything wrong with me. I cut out dairy 3 months ago almost which made a difference to a degree but I’m still not fully there. Hopefully taking it gluten and cutting down my sugars will cure me

She said that Gluten is basically in everything wow that isn’t cool. The GI Dr. Gives you a small list of foods to stay away from, but that really seems to eliminate a lot of what you can and can’t eat. Especially if they put you on a gluten free diet wow that really stinks.
