As a scientist gluten intolerance is a new thing just like all these other strange exclusive diets. Celiacs disease is a condition where there are issuse with gluten its uncommon and doesnot occur in large amounts of the population its only i the last 10yrs gluten intolerance is a thing we have eaten bread for over thousands of yrs without a single issue. Same for saturated fat
Really the issue for me here is we are comparing industrial proceseed breads to old production methods which are not compareable
However you can be alergic to wheat in which case its to do with the whole wheat not the gluten as gluten is one of the many other compounds preseant and testing has not bee done to identify the molecules resposnible
Organic chemist
I don’t have celiac or intolerance and I removed gluten and dairy. I lost 30 pounds and had a full blood check. I don’t have a single deficiency and my cholesterol is excellent. Before I went gluten free my cholesterol was bad and I was borderline diabetic. Now I am 100 times more healthy and my leg that hurt for a year and my joints in my hand that swelled up and hurt so bad it would wake me in the night are completely better. I also have more energy and look much better. Why do nutritionists keep trying to tell people that gluten is ok? Are they being paid by the bread industry to lie? Again, I don’t have celiac or sensitivity. It has already been proven that this is not just a fad and people are so sure going gluten free is the only way to go that they pay much more for gluten free food. The general public is waking up.
“Sponsored Content” is all that made me hit pause before even going past 5 seconds. “…eliminating gluten from your diet can cause nutritional deficiencies.” People who believe that are ignorant and need to educate themselves. Search up leaky gut, zonulin, villi, malabsorption, etc. I only eliminated gluten and made no other changes and I feel a huge difference. It’s nice to wake up without a headache and sinuses.
I have no digestive problems (bloating, diarrhea/constipation) with gluten, I have gluten ataxia.
I miss my Subway sandwiches! I can’t even be near flour dust… ingestion through breathing it in.
Trace amounts starts the neurological problems within 15-30 minutes. I end up disoriented, start stumbling around, have memory loss…followed by intense feelings of air hunger for 2-4 days after, and irregular heartbeat.
So i definitely have celiac disease. Just need to get tested
Thanks I was literally diagnosed today with the disease. Seeing how happy you are it makes me feel better. Wish me luck in my new gluten free journey
my doctor is so stupid, he does not even know what gluten or celiac disease is, go figure. He works in Burbank ca, at st joseph hospital. warning,
Bs i feel alot better when i give that shit up! Liar liar you dont know
Must ridiculous thing ever. Scared non gluten is gonna cost you your job so you want people sick
I’ve been diagnosed with a lot of illnesses(both mental and physical) because of my celiac disease.
I have dermatitis, borderline anaemia, lack of vitamins, weak bones, delayed puberty, anxiety, very rarely depression, it makes life hard, but also makes me unique, I’m the only person in my school who has it, it’s awkaward sometimes but I guess You learn to live with it.
Can a person suffering from celiac disease eat gluten free oats? And how the oats are made gluten free…n we can trust them or not?
Can anyone tell me any thoughts on why gluten gives me heart arrhythmias? My gut is perfect eating gluten but my heart can’t handle it. I tested negative for celiac but positive for gluten sensitivity. Even the cardiologists are stumped as to why gluten makes my heart freak out. I welcome any thoughts! Thanks! 😉
Yes l got tummy pain alots my doctor say so l go see the specialists
I went gluten free and it changed my life forever! Thank you for the video:)
If you have cealic, would an allegry test for wheat come back positive too?
Gluten intolerance is straight up a symptom of vaccine damage. I know, had a neighbor who use to eat wheat until she got vaccinated w/Hep B vaccine and then eating wheat triggered instant pain-inflammatory arthritis, so she stopped. The vaccines are GMO. Hopefully there is not too much GMO wheat around and we can still save the genome.
The title is incredibly misleading. They didn’t mention anything that would make you think you should be careful about avoiding gluten in any case
I get pain in my sciatica when I take in too much gluten and gliadin. Eating the grain free lifestyle is very effective for me to reduce the inflammation in my hip and sciatic area. Seems dropping grains and starches is a great tool in the management of sciatic pain and inflammation.
Kudos for the Video clip! Forgive me for the intrusion, I would appreciate your initial thoughts. Have you tried Franaar Wonderful Face Formula (Sure I saw it on Google)? It is a good one of a kind product for getting rid of keratosis pilaris without the normal expense. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my friend got excellent results with it.
You’re so inspiring and beautiful, I can’t believe you don’t have more subscribers!
I was diagnosed with a wheat allergy 8 years ago, I have none of the symptoms mentioned and most of the celiac symptoms. Thank u, time to ask for a test.
Some people are asymptomactic. I have zero issues with people who want to stop eating grains even if they don’t have celiac disease. To take it a step further… carbs are not even necessary.
Gluten is one of the proteins in all grains, 80% of it is in Wheat.
i deff didn’t have any delayed puberty or slowed growth, ahaha. idk if i even had it back then…but i grew up fast and i’m 5’10”!

Here’s another way:
1 Start with an All natural PLant-based Herbal Detoxification Protocol for 10-14 days. ( I like to use Fresh raw Root herbs like Beetroot, Carrot, Turmeric and smaller amounts of onion and Garlic, and a little salt fermented Clove seeds, cumin seeds, papaya seeds, Fennel seeds, and Black mustard seeds. Combine together with several bananas and Raisins. (1 smoothie before every meal).
Side effects might include light stomach pain and diarrhea. (This is normal) But if it’s intolerable, reduce the dosage of herbs and seeds, or start the healing process with some lightly boiled or steamed greens and cruciferous veggies. Then after 10 14 days or so, try the raw Root and seeds Detox Cleanse again, before moving on… Lightly cooked veggies are really soothing to the Intestines while also gently Cleaning and brushing the colon wiping away and absorbing toxins.
2 Then Instead of using an FMT, Just use a wide strain Probiotic which you can Culture yourself and Make yogurt in 48 hours. I make my yogurt by placing it in a warm place and and cover the glass container with a cloth.
No need to waste your money on expensive Probiotics. Only buy one container of a multi-strain Probiotic, and that’s that.
3 Introduce a variety of Fresh Greens, root Vegetables and cruciferous vegetabes in your diet. Smoothies are great for this… (Eat organic as far as possible)
4 Stick to a Strictly Whole FoodPlant Based Diet. (No Refined foods. No processed foods. No Animal Foods)
5 No Soy, Wheat, Milk, Peanuts, Nuts, Seafood, Corn. (These are ‘Sensitive’ foods)
6 Drink plenty of only Carbon Filtered water to reduce levels of Chlorine & Chloramine
7 Extremely Important: Get 15 min of direct Ultraviolet Sunlight Exposure on your legs, arms, back, stomach and chest at least 3-4 times per week. Avoid getting burned, but ‘DO NOT use any form of SUNBLOCK cream.
8 Take a Vit D3 or D2 Supplement. At least 3000-5000 IU per day.
9 Get adequate quality Sleep
10 Get some sensible gentle Exercise. Swimming and Biking.
11 Take a 3 min Shower. (Avoid long showers. Breathing in the ‘Chlorine’ adds to your toxic load)
12 Follow a good Stress Management Program that works for you
13 Replace household Cleaning products, washing powders and cosmetics with Natural Less Toxic alternatives
14 Stop all medication, drugs, steroids as soon as possible. Drugs and medication could potentially undermine ALL your EFFORTS to get better…
15 Use organic sea salt for all your veggies. It’s low in sodium and contains over 80 different Trace minerals… Normal Table salt has at least 3 different chemicals added to it: Anti-caking, Anti-oxidative, and bleaching agents… These are harmful to your good bacteria….

Thank you for making this video. I’ve been in the “testing my body” phase for awhile, scared to commit to a gluten free diet even though I display all symptoms and KNOW it’s what I need to do. Your video really helped give me some clarity and motivation.
Can someone respond to the diet for more than three years and then suddenly not respond anymore?
I have a question for u that no GI doctor has been able to answer in 5yrs, do u guys respond to questions on this channel? Btw ibs is a trash can diagnoses, there’s no such scientific thing called ibs if there’s no test to verify it 😉
You look great thank you so much so inspiring God bless you!!!!!!
Thank you, always good to know many things to consider. In my own case, went grain free for 3 months, added back rice and corn, strictly gluten free after that. Two years, sick again, not to the original point, but bad enough. Removed all dairy, doing better. In my own case chocolate seems to affect negatively, especially if overdone.
I throw up continually until my throat is very sore and I have to stay in bed some times because I can’t move and I happens raven when I have a crumb
I am gluten free when i was younger i was not eating gluten free stuff and i was so poorley so my mum and my dad took me to the docters and they said i was gluten free i hate it
So here’s the problem! I have had Celiacs Disease ever since I was a little baby and I didn’t even know it so my parents just kept feeding foods with gluten in them! I kept getting sick and I wasn’t gaining any weight. So I went to my doctor, finally! She told my that I couldn’t eat regular bread anymore! The truth was at this time no one really sold anything “gluten free” in the stores! So for the next seven years I was stuck eating these weird foods every single day until people realised that we need more of “gluten free” foods in our life! So here I am today!
Who else is here from ms lannons 1st year class lets go boys
Hi
Your animated vedio are so helpfull

It can make you sick as a dog, celiac or not. Your advice is keep eating till you develope leaky gut, ridiculous
thanks for making this, i have not been diagnosed with gluten intolerance yet but my body reacts badly when i eat gluten, i have had digestive, hormonal, skin and neurological issues when i eat gluten. i just decided to go gluten free a few days ago its been 5 days now and i cant imagine my life has been amazing, no digestive issues, better skin and best of all stable happiness, if there is anyone seeing this, i beg you. take this seriously especially if you have problems when you eat gluten. Just go a few days off gluten and pay attention to changes, i promise you will let that bread, yummy pasta and donut out of your life. Although it might be tough to go GF because we have been eating it all our life and its yummy but from experience life is better without gluten for me and i have made a promise to myself to go off gluten forever, best decision i have made yet. Okay i think i have said enough.
I’m definitely gluten sensitive, I was about to be tested for cyliac dissase;but then corona happend in the hospital.
(No one in my family has cyilac or lactose intoroince.
I seem to be the only one, I’m a mutated first Nations girl, my family is brown while I look pale white ( because of animia) and I also have autism and anxiety, depression,OCD,PTSD,ADHD,FASD,add, and much more lol
i’ve just got diagnosed today and it’s really nice to know that i’m not alone. thankyou katie!
Oh please…no one will starve because they don’t eat bread! There are other plant foods out there a person can consume and still be healthy without eating bread!
Thanks for watching! You can find me on IG @stacyrody:) Be sure to leave me a comment on my most recent post, say “hello!” and let me know that you found me from this video.:)
Stacy, please, please, please!!!!! Make more videos what you eat in a day, your GF grocery hauls cause I am so confused right now, I need to go gluten-free according to my doctor. Don’t know where to start.
Thank you so much for sharing your story and providing constructive information!
Stopped eating gluten for a day (!) today (being vegan already),and for the first time the “eternal bloating” has disappeared ever since.M-A-G-I-C!
Health and happiness to everyone!
“Sponsored content?” Probably sponsored by a company who sells gluten products.
I had no idea about the soy sauce!! Im currently pregnant and was having really sore knees and a LOT of uncomfortable bloating and fatigue. I cut out gluten and felt great after about a week. I ate some sushi(cooked) with soy sauce and had a stomach ache right after.
I have a huge belly after consuming gluten every time I comeback normal on my blood results but yet my son is wheat sensitive, I feel tired after consuming gluten after a sandwich I will feel super bloated and immediately fall asleep not even walks help I need to be strong and learn to say no especially at family dinners I no longer care if others get offended if I say no it’s my body I choose what I eat and don’t eat.its been like this for years I always look pregnant,,,,let’s be strong and say no to what no longer serves us!
Soo should I be taking this disease seriously? Because I haven’t stop eating anything with gluten….
I have keratosis Polaris and I get really bad allergies. I’m also always bloated. This is going to be hard to cut out gluten
I have severe atopic dermatitis and just decided to try going gluten free to see if it helps! Hoping it helps:)
My health class is forcing me to watch this during quarantine and I don’t even have it
thank u so much for this after 10 or so years of denial i’m pretty damn sure i’m gluten intolerant. my stomach looks 7 month pregnant. it so depressing as i work out every day and am in great shape my arms and legs are super toned but still i have to hide under baggy t shirts and never wear crops because i look obese on my stomach i know i have abs too because there are days when i haven’t had gluten and i wake up with washboard abs i’m going to do exactly what u said 2 weeks without touching the damn gluten
No One should eat gluten.. the undigested parts stick to the cilium in your small intestine and act as a barrier to absorption of nutrients.. so Everyone should avoid gluten, as it is preventing us from absorbing all the nutrients in our foods.. just because you do not have any obvious physical symptoms, does not mean you are not being affected.. nutrient deficiency btw, is the cause of most diseases, including cancer, diabetes, etc.. along with the Bad foods we also eat..Here are two short videos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b42-OlGHIq4 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5FpdqsBntNM
Did you consider doing an at home gluten intolerance test and which one would you use.
I’m still going crazy with having this.. I was diagnosed with Celiac’s about 4 months ago and my symptoms were throwing up. I couldn’t keep anything down. My weight was 147 and I got down to 93 pounds. I was so very sick. I’m very careful about what I eat and brands I trust because I spent 8 months sick and scared of everything. So thank you for the video. Hope you are doing well
Great video! You may check with your doctor to rule out celiac disease, it is very serious.
I have celiac disease and I’m only 8 and I had to go to the children’s hospital for 3 days not strate and. I eat gluten free stuff it makes me happy to no I’m not the only one with it:)
When people are like oh the mob I’m like you mean modified food I mean I can modify anything you want if I’m in a shop
Thank u I ate a box of pizza with my daughter and I’m in the restroom I feel like crap major fatigue I can’t stand it
What if a gluten free diet doesn’t work?. than your might not be gluten free
got my blood drawn today, getting tested for celiac disease, sooo nervous!
I have Celiac Disease and I been having it for about 10 years. I couldn’t eat all the wheat products like cake, cookies, muffins, waffles, mac and cheese, etc. Having the gluten allergy is a little hard for me as for a few days ago I accidently ate fish that somehow had gluten. Gluten is a little hard for me but I eat gluten free products like GLUTEN FREE cake or GLUTEN FREE cookies or GLUTEN FREE mac and cheese. I can’t eat much but I still have a lot of hope because this gluten allergy is not going to take me down because I will get back up!!!!! (I really wish I could eat cake.)
I have Celiac’s Disease. I’ve done my research. Gluten free only helps, the TRUE celiac diet is Grain free. It’s the Prolamins. Check to see if you have SIBO80% of celiacs develope it. If you do, cellery juice in am on empty stomach, eat berries, and please avoid dairy, eggs, yeast, soy, canola, msg and vinegar until SIBO is healed. Im not a Dr, just seen a lot, and my experience, born with Celiac’s Disease in ’89
I had the best chicken tenders ever last night with rice flour
I was born with celiac disease. Just today I got sick, threw up a whole lot all because I ate gluten pasta on accident.
Just got diagnosed today, everyone was saying this is life changing but I’m like it will only be life changing and bad if you let it but if you come at it from a postitive way you will be fine
So if I quit gluten and get better I better not start eating gluten again or I’m gonna get sick again. Otherwise gluten is okay. Got it
Did you lose any weight once going gluten free? Also how long did it take for you to get relief from symptoms?
Anyone have experience with headaches? Can you explain what that’s like compared to “normal headaches”
I brought back into my life, trying to lose weight. Ezekiel Bread 4 slices buttered with grass fed Irish butter. I was losing weight before I started the bread. Weight loss stopped and I started to have more inflammation and pain in my body. Going to eliminate it, see what happens. https://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2011/07/05/other-nonwheat-grains-can-also-hurt-your-health.aspx
I need to tell the truth about celiac disease. There no such things as diseases just ignorance. I use the cause and effect rules to find the cause of diseases and I found that immune system is low if the body is cool because body tissue may get infected with inflammation and pain results.
Exposure of our body to low temperatures is the cause of diseases because immune system cannot cure infections and nerves are numb. Diseases are an infection or nerves numbness. The area of our body infected gives different names to that infection. skin infection is called cancer or psoriasis, digestive system infection is called celiac and Chrone disease, brain infection is called meningitis and so on. For all diseases are just two solution to cure that infection: to keep our body at 97F temperature, which is not good because the air temperature is too high for breathing, or to insulate our body very well to allow it to increase the temperature enough to cure infections. This idea is practical because the air temperature is low and good for breathing. I invented special clothes capable to increase the body temperature to cure infection. If interested write to me on [email protected] live.com I will give all what I found for free.
I have been diagnosed since I was 4 I really wish I wasn’t celiac it changed my life and I have 3 siblings so they always buy other food so it is hard but I really need inspiration for keeping me on track
Endoscopy is the only sure way to diagnose chronic coeliac disease, rather than a simple wheat allergy or sensitivity.
I wish I knew if I were celiac. I have had bad IBS for 20 years. Finally, a doctor told me that my duodenum or part of small intestine is inflamed. What’s a conclusive way to know if you celiac? I did have an endoscopy, but my doctor couldn’t determine if I was it seems. I would guess I might be at least somewhat sensitive to gluten.
i have cieliac disease and its unfair when ur at a party cos i have to bring my own food
You can make fried chicken using potato starch instead of wheat flour. I’ve done this and it’s super good!
I am a gluten intolerant for 9 months already and I know all of that you say. I decided to open my channel with my journey. I have lost 49 pounds. I feel awesome now.
Getting my blood drawn tomorrow for it after being super sick for a whole year… sucks that I have type 1 diabetes too ahhh
Gluten sensitivity doesn’t exist, u either have an allergy, or u have celiac
