Thanks for the lentil tip! I don’t mind lentils, but my husband and sons always know when I’ve snuck lentils into a dish. Maybe I’ll have better luck with red lentils and I’m definitely going to give that buckwheat porridge a try. My favorite high fiber food is some good ol homemade spicy refried beans in a homemade sourdough tortilla.
That breakfast looks awesome. I agree with your comment on protein drinks. They’re great but variety is the spice of life! Thanks Jordan!
I absolutely love your natural look It’s really inspiring ❤️
I’ve never heard of buckwheat porridge. I’m going to have to try it. I don’t digest oats very well, but I get along with quinoa, so maybe buckwheat would be okay
Aren’t you just the cutest!! The food looks amazing! I’m researching PCOS… I have not been diagnosed but I’m thinking I may have it unfortunately. Look forward to watching more, you’re so informative! Much love Des!
You can get red lentils whole… Any split lentil will completely break down, that’s why split lentils are so popular in India. I want the added fiber, I want the extra texture.
I wish you would have either linked the recipe or listed the recipe in the description box so that if I want to make the recipe I could just pull it up rather than rewatching the video or try to write it down
Those cauliflower gnocchi are so good; my TJs can’t keep them in stock!
Ive been struggling with acid reflux and the nutritionist told me to limit tomatoes. How could I make this amazing recipe without?
Great video! If you soak your buckwheat for a few hours before cooking it will get rid of some of the excess slim
I would love to have your grocery budget to try all that pre made frozen food!!
Thank you so much for the ginger tip! I always wondered how to keep it fresh
Jackson!!! ❤️
Tell me your fave high fiber foods or ones you want to try below!
Will be buying some of that buckwheat porridge this week. I love soba noodles (full buckwheat kind, not half n half) so I’ll be looking foward to it I cant eat oats so this could be a breakthrough for me lol. Also, happy that the one high fiber vid I found you through wasn’t the only one… a lot of your food videos have it.
I just went gluten-free myself. This was a fun and informative video. Thanks!
Could I eat buckwheat cold? I eat quick oats cold with berries. I guess I COULD but would it be edible? I don’t like mushy food. Thanks

The cauliflower bowl from TJ’s looks so good! Please let us know how you liked it:) I’m super picky with oatmeal, but I want to give the buckwheat a try in the future!
