These gluten free brownies are my latest gluten free dessert test. Although I myself am not gluten free, I post a lot of gluten free desserts on my blog.. My criteria for making gluten free recipes is that they have to be easy to make and not require any hard to find fancy ingredients.
Leave the bottom brownie layer in the pan for ease of handling, then while it’s still a bit warm, use that warmth to help spread a layer of slightly softened (I left it out for 5 minutes) frozen dessert. Place second brownie layer on top of frozen dessert and press gently with your hands. Put the whole pan in the freezer for at least 8 hours.Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl, then stir to make sure they are melted.

Hola, sweet adorable Robin. Your brownies look simply delicious. Out of all the apples, which ones are your favorite?
Plz write ingredients in description box it makes easy to identify
Just made these and it’s cooling… smells great…. can’t wait to taste… hope it taste as good as it smells. Thank you
Hi, actually I wanted to ask that is it ok if I keep the brownie in the refrigerator the whole night.
Because I want to keep it as a surprise for my mum’s birthday.
Can I use mashed bananas or applesauce and date paste instead of flaxseed mill. I know coconut flour is a little bit tricky when cooking with it.
I made it and it was soooo good though I doubled the cocoa powder by mistake♀️but I highly recommend you guys to give it a try!
If I use almond flour would that change the dynamic of the recipe?
I have plantain flour think it’s the same consistency as coconut flour….. sure hope this recipe turns out!
Hi I tried it at home and the taste it delicious.I actually like it more without the chocolate ganache. Thanks for the recipe.
instead of maple syrup im going to use organic coconut palm sugar…going to make these shortly. thsnk yu…
Yes, “Heaven!” Anything chocolate is intoxicatingly and addictively delicious to me so for that reason I have to avoid it. But it’s still always fun to watch you cook (bake)!
I made this, and if I would add a tip, I’d say way less cocoa powder. Maybe 3 tbs?:)
What would teh substitution be for Splenda instead of the maple syrup? I’m a diabetic and can’t have the sugar (and can’t tolerate stevia)
Awesome! Healthy brownies!
Got to try that one day.
Love you and the coach:D
Best wishes from Germany
Paddy
Omg thankyou for the recepie I just made it took less than 5minutes and turned out so great I am not vegan. I made it just now and thought to thankyou
Totally love it. I’ll try and make them Tomorrow and let you know how it went. For more tip on healthy living follow me on youtube or instagram @browngirlstraveldiaries
Um,i finally made this with the ten year old dates in my fridge. Really good! I’m a procrastinator lol. So excited.
Can we add baking power or baking soda too? It’ll make it rise more
I just made these and they are delicious! I would definitely recommend them!
Aw man I had no oat flour so I used coconut flour and it came out sooo crumblyyyyy
I’ll wait to make this recipe till diwali rolls around. There’s just too many nuts and dates in the house and nobody knows what to do with them then to pass on to relatives.
This would be great for black bean brownies. Yeah, it sounds gross, but it’s actually really good! It’s a little bit like the Asian Red bean cakes.
I tried it but I didn’t like it though because it only tasted like dates and cocoa nothing like a normal brownie:(
Hola en vez de dátiles le puedo poner ciruelas deshidratadas??
thank you for doing this recipe! my mom has celiac and it’s hard for her to enjoy gluten free things so i’ll definitely try this recipe out!!
welp..way too much salt. I wasted all those expensive ingredients lol. The video says 1 tsp but don’t put that much, frankly don’t put any salt. time to throw it away and face my moms wrath
Like to play golf? Then you NEED VimoGolf. It’s an app that replaces the $150 golf sensors http://goo.gl/NWqbTI

Hey I know it’s a late comment but u just came across this video. Is the mixture small? As in your video it looks big. It’s tasty! Just want to know I did it right
Currently in the oven and it smells wonderful! Hope they taste the same. Followed step by step, just doubled it.:)
I tried this recipe and it’s delicious! Definitely recommend!
Thank you for this recipe, I just made this with maple syrup, almond milk, and your version of eggs for thickening but added walnuts and they really hit the craving spot. Sooo good!!!
First time to your channel and I loved the brownie recipe. I also checked out your hasfit website and I found it to have amazing recipes and exercises. I am graduating this year with a Health and Wellness degree and your website will help me get into better shape..Thank you:)
Recipe:
1/2 coconut flour
1/2 cocoa powder
Pinch salt
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
Flax eggs (4tbsp +15mls of water)
3/4 pure maple syrup
1/3 coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons of milk of choice
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients
Bake at 180°c for 25mns
Excellent!! I just made this recipe and was too delicious! I used extra virgen olive oil. Thank you so much!! Only one problem I ate half of it
Thank you very much for delicious recipe! I’ve tried it with grinded chia seeds. It came even better than with grinded flaxseed.
The music is ridiculous. It sounds The Sims arcade or Earthbound.
Hey if we do not want a gluten free cake. What should we use instead of oats flour and almond flour and in how much quantity?
All sugar have almost same calories, may it be jaggery or refined sugar.
Did anyone else’s turn out super soft? I tried it before it completely set but it almost feels under cooked. It tastes wonderful but maybe I didn’t bake it long enough? I did the toothpick test and it came out clean. Hmmm, don’t know what I did wrong.
Thanks for the awesome recipe. I used agave nectar instead of maple syrup and it turned out good. I think I might have overbaked a little but other than that is a great easy recipe 😉
U put melted sugar & chocolates than how u say with out sugar recipe
Im not the greatest at baking but these turned out delish! I used 1/3 cup banana instead of oil and 3 whole eggs with egg whites. thanks! soo yummy!
will the absence of maple syrup affect the texture of the finished product?
I really want to make this recipe, but can I use Chia seeds+water as the flaxseed substitute or can I just use eggs, but how many?
I didn’t have flaxseed so I used eggs…I felt 5, as you suggested, were too many so I used 4, and they still came out very cakey…they made great cupcakes though lol I’m going to reduce to 2 to see if I’ll get the fudgey chewy brownie texture, then 1 if needed
can we use brown sugar instead of the jaggery??? this video is a life saver though
This was my first healthy dessert! Thanks a lot, it’s delicious:)
When I use flax eggs my baked goods tend to come out very bitter
I have actually made these twice now, and THEY. ARE. AMAZING! They looked absolutely nothing like in the picture though. (different brands of different ingredients possibly?) Would 100% recommend! They taste exactly like box mix brownies.
OK. mine are in the oven. I’m on a ketogenic diet so I used sf maple syrup instead. We shall see how they turn out! I really hope this helps with my chocolate craving!!
What’s the difference of not putting the white flour and putting it? It looks the same only for me
This is a great recipe. I just made it. It did turn out fluffy and more cake-like, but that’s ok, I like cake too! I used eggs instead of flax, and cut down the choc just a bit. Perfect! Now to find a healthy choc frosting recipe! Thank you for sharing:-)
i’ll make this for a friend with celiacs i hope she likes them
can i use unsweetened coca powder maybe by adding more sugar? And i can use chocolates insted of chocolate chips yh?
Claudia and Coach Kozak have a very very similiar body language 😉
JUST DISCOVERED THIS CHANNELIM IN HEAVEN OMG
Where can I buy ground flax eggs?
1 brownie Calories 145? I can not believe that, as soon as I find ground flax eggs, I will make these. Thanks for sharing.
JUST WANTED TO POINT OUT THAT HONEY ISNT FKN CLOSE TO BEING VEGAN
This is the best brownie video that I’ve had the good fortune to come across. Thank you.
This is the worst recipe, I did it and it got out very very bad like powdered form, waste of almond flour and other ingredients. Plz don’t suggest the worst recipes
Can I use strictly egg whites in place of the flaxmeal and water. If so, how many egg whites do you recommend?
Love Hasfit I work out every morning with their videos.I love all the abs and low impact.
Thank you so much. My son is allergic to eggs, soy, wheat, milk, nuts, and a few other things. I’m always on the look out for recipes like this. Thanks again!
I did everything you did (except o used 5 eggs) and my batter turned out super liqud like and nothin like yours…
I am on free gluten diet after suffering Celiac for six months. I always consider great gluten-free recipes on internet everyday to get my wellness dessert, but it had not been an easy task to exercise and it had been maybe not delicious. I`m wonderful because it presented complately since I found the best free gluten recipes. The sweets are an easy task to cook and taste that is delicious. If you are going to cook some healthier dessert, We highly suggest to locate Delicious Desserts Perfecta Solution on google.
Just FYI, I followed this recipe but used chicken eggs and cocoa powder this made a wonderful chocolate cake.

Made this recipe into a cake for my sister and we all enjoyed it! Super healthy, yummy and a family favourite! Go TRY IT NOW!
thank you for the video and your advice. I am making these brownies for the first time. Can I add 1/2 cup of milk to the brownie mixture? With normal brownies, I put milk in to my brownie mixture.
I’ve just made it and it’s absolutely delicious! Thank you so much for this wonderful recipe ❤
Can I add whey protein in this recipe? Also replace almond flour with extra oat flour and vegetable oil with applesauce?
I made this with 2 eggs and agave nectar, and it wad so good but it’s more like a cake then brownies.
I will make them for a friend who’s coming over to my house, i really hope she’ll love them
Instead of coconut flour I used spelt and I used eggs and chocolate bits
i used whole wheat flour instead of coconut flour & it turned out really good. The only disturbing issue was the predominant flavor & smell of the flax eggs!!! how many eggs do we substitute instead of the flax eggs?
Super!!! Perfect brownies. When I tried brownies with flour they were like cake. These are super fudgy
I just made the brownie. This recepie is excellent! I reduced a bit the amount of honey in it and instead of milk I used strong coffee, but still I’m so happy with the results! Thank you so much ^^!
Hey claudia….I just made these and although they taste good…they are TOO fudgy( never thought I’d say that)…the consistency is as if it didn’t bake…just the tops got a little firm. I even put it back in the over for 16 more minutes! I use the same oven I always use to bake all my other goodies and I’ve never had this issue. Please help!
Thank you for the recipe i made it and it was very delicious
Its 10 pm and I just made them out of boredom, cant wait to try them tomorrow!!
This looks legit delicious and I need there goes my diet
Is it baking soda or powder? I think I added the wrong one? It says one in the instructions and one in the ingredients…:/
She had her rings on in the scene where the brownies are on a plate… let’s not be drama queens!:)
Omg there are literally no words to describe how delicious and chewy and fudgy this brownie was! I ate it all and I still want more. Thankyou so much for sharing this recipe!!❤️❤️❤️
Made these last night and they’re just as good as a normal, gluten filled brownie
Hi I am allergic from hypotenuse and I am 10 year old I loved the treat that you made
NOTE: 350 dgr F is 180 dgr C {i tried this it turned out gret thank you for sharing]
I have a tip:
If after you process everything they are still very rough and not dough like, you can add a tablespoon of milk, if it is still firm and not like a dough, add another one, I don’t recommend adding more than two tablespoons
for another type of “frosting” you can also blend silken tofu, cocoa powder and melted chocolate in a blender
Hi Shivesh
Will flax or chia seed work as an egg substitute?
Thanks
Divina
So basically everything in a brownie recipe minus the flour, cool I’m surprised it turned out like that without the flour when the end result looked like it had flour in it. Good job!
These are nice but fyi chocolate mostly contains refined sugar.
These are very delicious and worth it, i made it and it is the best easy gluten free brownies I’ve tasted ( very recommended for chocolate lover’s)
Can u plz share eggless substitute,I tried with curd but it was a failure, any one made eggless plz clear my doubt
I made these because I have a gluten allergy and it was easy # they are delish thankq
I do not have baking powder or salt can I omit that? Please help I want to make them now.:)
But the amount for the ganache is not right. If i am doing it the same as you, its really too less

I have the ingredients but I don’t have the FOOD PROCESSOR!:(
SO CANT prepare it.
Is there any way you can adjust the recipe so I can use unsweetened coco powder?
Thank you for the recipe. I would suggest to eyeball the salt because 1 teaspoon made them too salty.
I wanna make chocolate chip cookies..without the chocolate chips
I wanna make slime..without the glue

I just found this video in my recommended! I love working out to your videos but had no idea Claudia did healthy recipes! I definitely want to try this!
Now this looks delicious. I gotta try making this along with the chocolate pudding puff. And love the cooking apron!!
I made it and it turned out amazing! I’ve also added some almond butter and a pinch of espresso powder, it was so good!❤️
How do you come up with all of these amazing recipes?!? Also does this recipe work with dairy-free butter?
Almost every one who came here ran out of flour (including me) btw I’m totaly going to try and make it I realy carve some brownies right now
Hey Shivesh.!
If I want to substitute wheat flour then can you tell me the measurement.?
Sir you mostly use oil can i use butter instead?
Which oil is best in baking
This tastes amazing! Healthy recipes usually taste like nothing and are not good but this one is great! And like you said, they are very rich! You eat a little and feel full, thank you so much this recipe really helps me stay healthy without craving
Thank you so much! I’m GF and ‘m so going to make these this week!
Hey robin, thanks for making recipes like this that cater for people who have eating disorders. It’s very kind of you to take your time to do this. I myself don’t have any eating disorders but I know several people who can’t eat gluten, so I’ll be sure to let them know of this recipe and your channel:)
Thank you for all your easy, accessible ingredient, recipes! Love your channel. ✨
I made this today and really enjoyed them! They are very rich in flavor so my chocolate craving has been satisfied for the rest of the day.
Also, they are super easy to make and I didn’t have a problem with the teaspoon of salt required for this recipe as none of the nuts I used had any added salt. The nuts were raw.
They’re stored in the fridge since the weather has been around 80 degrees in San Diego and I do not want the ganache to get runny.
Best wishes to you. And love ur recipe.
Please tell what is substitute for one cup of melted dark chocolate.
Looking in the comments it seems all kinds of people are finding wonderful ways to tweak this recipe into their own. How nice! I had been looking for a truly semi-guilt free brownie recipe and I think this is it. If I fail with the coconut flour I will try wheat flour. Thank you for sharing!
TOTALLY doing this! My brother has a gluten allergy and this is his favorite treat! Thanks SweetTreats!
Why aren’t these measurements in grams? The uk has different meansuremnt
I tried it; and it was totally amazing!! Surely a recipe worth trying.
This recipe is a blessing to all those sweet cravings between your rigorous diet, this video needs way more recognition. Best recipe I have come across ❤️❤️
How to make these brownies eggless? Can I only use oat flour. Is it necessary to add almond flour?
Hey SweetTreats! I made this recipe yesterday and it turned out delicious. However mine is not as fudgy as I’d like, and the texture is not quite like the one in the video. The only thing I changed in the recipe was that I added 3 tsps of vanilla extract (hahah accidentally). What do you think is my mistake?
Hi Shivesh, Thank you for your great dessert videos. I wanted to ask if I would want to replace oats and almond flour with coconut flour, then can you suggest me the measurement for that?
Can i used powdered sweetener? (Coconut sugar or erythritol?) Will the consistency changed?
Could you suggest a substitute of oat flour… Can we use ragi flour or gluten-free maida
I made these and they came out soooo well Shivesh!! Will share the pic of insta….!! cant believe it it was superrr yummy dude.
I made this and my family loved it❤️❤️ Thanks for the recipe
Hi Shivesh! Thank you so much for this great recipe. Could you suggest a substitute for the eggs as I’d love to make the recipe vegan. Thanks a ton! Have a great day!
Brownies are my fav! And these look ssoooooo good ’s -Kamri
Im gonna try this right now but instead of sugar, i ll be using 3 mashed bananas. Hope it turns out as good as yours
Mine came out really crumbly. But I used eggs and honey with brown sugar maybe that’s why?
Yes we definitely have to have your Brownies yummy Ty Robin those as re the best chips I use them for everything even snacking
Yummy..cannot wait to try..anyrecies for a no sugar chocolate mousse please..
I used flax eggs and replaced almond flour with oats.. So total 3/4 cup Oats flour. My brownies turned out to be crumbly and didn’t hold the shape
Your recipes turn out perfect each time…thanks…can I use Hershey’s syrup in place of dark chocolate syrup? Also do we roast the flax seed and make a powder or raw
Oh My God, these are incredible! My blender really struggled, so I may buy a new one, but they are chocolatey perfection! I used honey instaed of agave! Who needs sugar!
This recipe looks delicious nd healthy…but can u tell the substitute for eggs..
Please bring back voiceover! I really like your videos and recipes but the videos would be so much more personal and interesting to watch if we heard your voice, like if you agree!
My family loved it, dad said it was better than brownie! Thank uu
Hi Shivesh, Can you please guide me on the measurements if I take coconut flour instead of almond and oats flour. Thank You:)
I just made these brownies, exactly as shown in the video except I used almost half of what was called for with the maple syrup and they are amazing, the whole house smells like real brownies! I am pretty sure if you used regular eggs instead of “flax eggs” it would be even better, although I can’t see using 5 whole eggs in this recipe. I say for a recipe like this with such little basic ingredients that is not only gluten free but also dairy free, this is for sure one I will be making again. I would just warn others if your palate is not clean and detoxed from “normal” foods (ie. regular brownies) then you will not like these. In my opinion you have to eat pretty “clean” in order to appreciate something like this.
Hi Shivesh delicious recipe, the only thing when I did it the brownies didn’t hold up I don’t know why? Maybe you could help me? Any tips? Please
Made this brownie today..added a little baking powder too…the brownie rose up well but…in 30 mins was a bit wet in the centre…kept it for another 5 mins but on cooling it sank…what could be the reason….but the taste was fabulous.
Hi Shivesh you suggested Regal chocolates in one video of yours but its difficult to source. Will you suggest some other baking chocolates of good quality for home bakers!!!
hey Shivesh! have you used Sugar free Chocolate in this recipe?
I followed this recipe exactly and am thrilled to find that this brownie does tastes like regular ones made with flour when in fact it’s oat and almond both super healthy. It has crunchy outer layer and moist on the inside that is perfect: not too dense. The only thing is I find it way too sweet. I used 70% chocolate bar, maybe I ought to use 80 or 90% ones. I wonder if this recipe can be modified to use powdered cocoa only?
Looks amazing. If i don’t have almonds or almond flour.what can i do to compensate? Increase the oatflour by 1/4th cup??
Can you give me a substitute for egg and the timing for the same in pressure cooker please❤️
Shivesh they turned out amazing but Can they be made with brown sugar?
Hey Chef Shivesh I hope you’re doing great, can we use any substitute for an eggs??
I like this video. If you should be going to prepare some healthy dessert, I highly suggest to find Delicious Desserts Perfecta Solution on google.
hey,i exactly did what you did but my brownie was burnt at 10th minute why:(
Had to be quiet, I couldn’t mix/bled the dough
It went quite well, not as smooth as hers but only using my hands it came out very yummy (but whit the ganache it would be even better)
Thanks for the recipe! Can you please tell which dark chocolate (melted and chopped ones) did you use that had no refined sugar in it? Would love to try
Made these for my friend with Celiacs! He loved them, and so did I <3
Might have been useful to say that some cocoa powder isn’t gluten free like the dr oerker one I bought and thankfully checked before serving!!!
Lectins of chi seeds are much more harmfull than gluten-the lectin of wheat
Hii..can you please share the timing for microwave convection oven
I have already made these brownies I think 4 times!! And I’ve told a ton of friends and family about them & they are all skeptical until they try them & LOVE them!!! these seriously are like ridiculously good! I cannot believe how healthy they are too!
Shivesh that’s a really good recepie… I am also on diet and always crave some snack… please make more healthy guilt free snacks which can be stored and can be eaten while on diet… thanks for the delicious brownie
Tried this recepie today and the brownies turned out sooo good! ❤
Thank you so much for this recipe. I tried it and it was so yummy.
If I wanna make them eggless what can I use? Please reply fast. It’s my sister’s birthday and wanna surprise her with it. Thanks❤
Celiac r allergic to oats too as it contains gluten.. nice recipe but need proper measurements to follow.
Hi, can anyone suggest an alternative for coconut oil for the ganache?
Tried the same and trust me they came out fab.My Instafam went gaga over those. As good as the traditional refined flour ones.Thankyou!!!
Wonderful Recipe, since I Gluten Free, I love your Chanel and Recipes. I have a question, why you used Baking Soda, instead of Baking Powder, I always I’m confused which one to use, do both work the same? Thanks.
I replaced the dates with honey and they turned out delicious!!! Recommend 100%
Hii., I just want to join your channel. N joined come back toooo dear
Obsessed with theese recipes I love brownies and they look soooooooooooooo good ❤
Im going to tell my friends about your channel because i have lots of friends that can only eat gluten free products. Thank you for this recipe.
My kids adored this recipe. I use real eggs as we are not vegan, but it is a fantastic allergy for kids allergic to many things. Thankfully my friend who I made this for, her child wasn’t allergic to eggs or coconut:-)
Thank you so much for this video! I have celiac disease and cannot have gluten. You have done several videos that work with gluten free lifestyles. I can’t wait to try this one! If you say it’s good, I know it is. I’ve made some of your recipes and they were great! Love you! ❤️
Hi Ms Robin! You had me at brownies! I made two batches this afternoon. Followed your recipe exactly on both but added white chocolate chips to one batch. Both were delicious! Took half of each recipe to a neighbor with two grandchildren on gluten-free diets. They were thrilled with the brownies and send their thanks to you for sharing the recipe & video!

This is how I make my no flour brownies( I made this recipe up and tested it great results)
Almond flour1 cup
Cocoa powderhalf a cup
Brown sugar1 cup
Butter5tbsp
Egg yolk-1
Vanilla -couple dashes
Baking powder-1 tsp
Start by adding your dry ingredients to a bowl. Add vanilla until crummy texture. Slowly add your melted butter and whisk fast(or you can sue an electric mixer. Add your egg yolk. Baking powder and use spatula not wild or electric mixer.
Place in butter pan or pan with parchment-paper and bake for 15 minutes and make sure it is fully cooked before taken out the oven. These are the best brownies ever and I’m 11 and made this recipe! Thanks for reading this hope you try it out
I was in a depression and anxiety course and every week the filled us with healthy food that helped your brain and we got desert as well. We had these brownies and they were the most delicious brownies I’ve ever tasted. I’m not much of a chocolate eater but I just couldn’t get enough of these! Everyone scoffed them down!
Hi Robin, I love this recipe. This makes me want to try this recipe like right now. One question though… if I were to reduce the sugar to only 1/3 brown sugar (and skip the other third of white sugar), will that be ok? How will it affect the recipe? Or if you have any other suggestion on how to bake this with less sugar, I’d love to learn more about it. I’m just trying to be more mindful of my sugar intake. Thank you!
