They’re super tasty (I included my favorite recipe in Baking with Quinoa), but I can’t say that they rival the gluten-filled English muffins I remember.. They have a very distinct flavor (likely from the quinoa flour) and I don’t think you would be fooling anyone to think they weren’t gluten-free.Sprinkle bottoms with gluten free cornmeal and spoon dough into molds. Well…this was dumb!!! I guess all I have to do is put random stuff in a bowl and mix!
This is the only Chanel that I have seen with no information given about what you are doing. No verbal conversation, no ingredients or process explainedit is very strange, as there is no point to making a video then.
For the people who don’t know how to use youtube. There is a show more option click on it and it will direct you to the recipe. Seriously people stupidity isn’t a handicap. On a lighter note thank you for providing this video I learn some great tips. Keep up the great work!
I have made so many microwave English muffins and this BY FAR IS THE ONE!!! make it.. write it down.. I will be following this lady. This is soooooooo close to the real thing. Not even eggy. Great!!! Thank you!

Hi, looks delicious! Could I use Cassava flour rather than coconut? I can’t eat coconut anything.

I just started the Keto diet and I was missing my English muffins, this a great substitute and taste good. I played with the recipe and also created a mini chocolate cake dessert. Thank you for recipe

It would be nice to have the recipe printed in the info list. On to the next person with a recipe for these. Don’t want to chase a blog for the recipe.

Wait……………. I see you adding things, but I have no idea what you are adding…..can you send me the recipe please……..and how do they taste?
can you recommend another flour beside coconut or tree nut flour?
so why are you not giving the recipe? Do you use the same recipe that you use for the bread?
Big thumbs up! The few videos that don’t have a lot of useless banter or showing kids and yapping before getting to the recipes.
This was so good!
I ate mine with sugar free syrup and butter, tasted like waffles!
What ingredients do you use? what quantities. Why bother have a video if you don’t explain what you put in. Thumbs down for sure
Wow looks amazing thank you will leave out the stevia and try this with bacon and egg Muffin!
Your website is not up, can you please list the ingredients and amounts? Thank you!
My 17 yr old daughter loves to make her an egg, cheese and sausage english muffin in the morning. I was trying to find her a substitute for it. This worked. I don’t think any low carb bread taste like the real thing, but this was close enough not to feel deprived. She can still have her fav breakfast food when she is in a rush in the morning. I seen a post further down that asked about substituting almond for the coconut flour. I was grateful for the answer b/c I don’t like coconut flour. I had a small ramekins b/c I got 4 thin slices and 1 recipe fed both of us. I made 3 more batches and put them in the fridge for use during the week. Thanks so much.
thanks for the recipe we made a couple changes due to allergies https://www.facebook.com/PaleoPenguinnutandcoconutfreerecipes/photos/a.1364605263716393/1364605360383050/?type=3&theater
Nina, these muffins look so yum and healthy! I love English muffins. I have all the ingredients you used, so I am going to try making it tomorrow. Also, I hope your protein bar recipe will get posted soon. I have been waiting since you have mentioned. Thank you Nina for always sharing your healthy recipes. Everything has been wonderful. I really look forward to seeing your cooking videos.
I just tried this recipe this morning, I think I did pretty good, texture is light and fluffy, I taste the coconut but overall something I will be making regularly!
I wonder if I could use cashew flour instead of coconut, last time I attempted a keto english muffin recipe with cashew flour it smelled like dog food and tasted like how it smelled. I’ll give it a go with this recipe
May I know why did you put apple cider vinegar? For the sour flavour?
Excellent, I can change for another flour instead buckwheat???
I made these and they were good for a replacement! tasted like corn bread more than a English muffin, but once you add bacon egg and cheese can’t really even tell!
I don’t have quinoa flakes can I replace it with another flower?
You are not explaining what are the flour ure using, and the mesurment
I’m reading that some people have put this in the oven. What are the instructions for that and what did they put the batter in when they put it in the oven.
That’s so stupid you didn’t even mention what you put in it
Ugh I have to wait all the way til tomorrow morning to try it!
I have done this using both the microwave and the oven, both turned out great. This is now a staple in our house. We can have our bread and eat it too, lol. Thanks Stacey!
Recipe looks yummy gluten free english muffins are tough to find around my small VT town in regard to the temperature you said it was body temperature that’s ususally 98.9 degrees F but when I did the conversion looks like it was 86 to 89 degrees? Just wanted to make sure I understood I don’t know if I can get your gluten free blend here in the States but might try what I have on hand. There is only one kind I like Udis but the ingredients aren’t the greatest, having celiac disease even though products say they are gluten free it seems often I end up sick with the symptoms of being glutened I break out first and hits me intestinally.
Thank you for your great recipe!
i have just watched lliked subbed

I think this is the bread recipe I have been searching for.Thank you. Good job, well done.
