So many people talk about working with no sleep. With 7 or more hours of sleep, I do 8 to 12 chin-ups per set. With 5.5 or less, I can’t do more than 3 per set or less. No amount of motivation makes my muscles go. Then I gotta do stuff like take a nap before exercising. Before covid, I’d sleep in the gym parking lot before going on. I wonder if all those, I work instead of sleeping people just have better sleep or bodies.

who ever says that this is not achivable in 6 months,should consider to give up to go in gym… to get this kind of results its just discipline. high protein diet ( not 2g per kg but 3.5g), lots of cardio, lots of clean food ( no you dont lose fat eating less, you need to eat more and clean, consider 35 calories per kg of body wight). know when to do reefeeds, know when to adjust your diet. ect… great transormation

I once took roids. I was suppose to do 8 weeks with x2 (1ml) injections per week of test, combines with some balls etc. I could only do 4 weeks before the side effects irritated me too much. It’s insane the amount of mass i gained in just 4 weeks. I don’t know if it was just water mass but yeah it felt good at the time. I would never have gained that much mass without the test boost. Videos like this is obnoxious because they don’t show or talk about the juice.
