I did this workout every day for like 2 months about 2 years ago and it worked so well guys!! But I started seeing results after like the first week… two months just made the results improve and then I felt like I got kinda immune to the exercise like it no longer hurt and it was barely even hard anymore. But now I’m back to keep my grind going 2 years later lol
THIS IS ACTUALLY EFFECTIVE! I TRIED THIS 1 MONTH BEFORE THE SCHOOL STARTS, AND I LITERALLY SAW THE IMPROVEMENT OF MY BUTTOCKS.
Only that, my knees were became really weak to the point that I stopped doing this. Now, all the hard work that I earned for achieving this big butt turned out to nothing.
Ps. If you ever achieve bigger butt, don’t stop exercising or atleast exercise thrice a week to maintain your big butt.

Come on y’all, I’ve got 2 babies under 2.5, with a 2 month old. Been doing consistently for 2 weeks. Y’all can do this!! I know 1st hand these are awesome because I started this workout in 2016 before I even had children!! Okay, so I’m gonna update y’all on my story:
Day 1: It burns but its okay, did some workouts for my booty before that didn’t really came up with results so I’m hoping this one will work. I’m about to drink some water and yeah that’s it for day 1.
Day 2: I decided to do 2 workouts today, but I didn’t have time for 2, so I only could do 1 I really feel the burn gosh.
Day 3: I’m so proud of myself that I did the squad pulses without coming up. Still isn’t easy haha
Day 4: I skipped a day
Day 5: it’s getting easier and easier maybe it’s time to do 2 workouts or just adding more
Day 6: I skipped a day again, I need to stop skipping lmao

I did this quite well til the last exercise…..I lay on my front and tried to lift my legs…. NOTHING!!!! There was no way I was gonna be able to do that last exercise, not just do it badly…. Not do it at all!!!! I was so relieved to see that I wasn’t the only one that couldn’t do it! So thanks guys. First of all! You have a great butt. Second, I had to modify some of the workouts because I’m still losing weight & I am like at 200. So some of these are hard on my knees, but soon I will do this entire thing without a problem. I want a booty as fit as yours lol

I got bummed out ’cause I tried a workout involving barbell back squat, Romanian deadlifts, etc. I noticed that my butt shrank considerably within the day, like right after the workout. I was wondering where I went wrong..:/
Hey guys during the leg lift I usually feel it on the opposite leg and for some reason have trouble with the side lunges on my left side any tips? I usually work out my legs at the gym so I’m using a pretty comfortable weight for my strength.

Did this at 1.5 speed because a) I’m a beginner and b) I don’t have any weights. Going faster actually made me feel the burn and it was actually kinda difficult for me to maintain balance

I don’t know if you’ll see this comment, but I have a question. If I do 150 donkey kicks each leg, 75 fire hydrants each leg, and 100 bridges, will that be good to see some results? I do them 5 times a week. And Well I never feel sore after workout, I just received my new cheap bands. I tried them and maybe I just don’t know how to use them or they are bad since they roll no matter where I put them, I wasn’t able to do donkey kicks with them. They are 100% silica gel, and I bought them on Romwe/Shein. I also don’t think they are so hard (like I don’t feel I have to put lots of effort even though I’ve only tried them once). I want your opinion, I’m new in working out, and of course I want bigger glutes! Hope you can give me some advice.♥️♥️

It’s quarantine and its been incredibly difficult for me to feel adequate about my working out. Ive been going to the gym for weight-lifting for 3 years now and dealing with having to stay at home is fuckn HARD. But this…..I felt extremely skeptical about any sort of home workout but this one is long, intense and pretty damn ON POINT!! It is worth it x1000000!! In order to make it harder i use a band on every exercise. Keep it up and thank you Chloe!

Guys when i did this workout IT WAS HARDDD but i pushed through honestly wanted to give up but don’t forget that Chloe did the same workout and she got it done. Don’t give up too fast in order to achieve something you have to be willing to put in that work good things don’t come easy you gotta work for it. I made it easier for me.. It’s hard when you are beginner… I mute the sound, put some chill exotic relaxing music for background and I slow this 0:75 because it’s too fast for me and it’s psychicly easier to do hard excercise this way
