Looks really good, ima have to put this on cooking to do list. You may like frying with avocado oil better, it has a higher smoke point. Plus I’ve always found avocado oil to have a buttery taste to me. I know you don’t do keto, but if butter gets a green light, it’s all good by me lol. But you want to use grassfeed kerrigold butter in the silver pack
