Can you give me the Lord no to the study at 38 seconds in? It’s the blood pressure one. I see the groups were given garlic pills throughout the day to reach their various levels assigned. Did the reduced blood pressure happen in just the largest dose or the smaller doses too? That’s what I’m wondering.
I eat fresh garlic cooked once every few months! But I do a lot of garlic spices from bottle in my recipes!
My grandmother ate garlic for a whole month everyday when she had a cancer scare and she cured herself and became cancer free!
eat garlic everyday or at least once every few months and boom you’ll be great in health!
This would have so much more credibility with the guy was not standing around in his white jacket with a stethoscope hanging around his neck.

Dr Sebi says garlic will destroy our internal organs. Any evidence of this? I use garlic powder daily and also the bulbs when I have them.
Raw garlic bring ur head chakra energy to his lowest and it is a natural antibiotics do not take it unless you have a serious bacterial infection dont believe this dumb doctor
What is it inside the garlic that is the active ingredient? Sulphur??
I presume garlic and onions would be a lot more beneficial when eaten raw (I wish it was the same when cooked lol)
And don’t forget it’s yummy too. I think it was the blood pressure lowering effect that could be increased by squeezing the garlic clove, don’t know if it also amplifies programmed cell death….
Can you chop up the garlic into pieces and drink them down like pills?
Often I add a teaspoon of the powdered granulated type of garlic to my food on the plate. My food is always McDougall style plant based, mostly cooked. Question: Do I get similar benefits from consuming garlic in this fashion?

“The secret to maintaining the anti-cancer effects of garlic is to either eat it raw (think salsa, homemade dressings, pesto, etc) or crush the garlic first, wait 10 minutes, and then cook it.”
Garlic is great for many health issues. I have started growing from the bulbils on top the scapes to improve the garlic against some disease it harbors in soil. This is a great group for anyone who wants to learn to grow garlic, or grow garlic from True Garlic Seeds. Create your own varieties. https://www.facebook.com/groups/KenoshaGarlicCollectors/@t
Lemon juice and garlic extract has been found to reverse cancer in mice.
having garlic after taste for 48 hrs, is ok and worth it as it protects against cold symptoms
Hi Doc. I got some dry eczema looking rashes on parts of both of my hands by eating too much garlic. It seems to take a long time to heal. Do you have any advices to “heal my hands?” Im using alovera every day, it seems to help little bit. Please Doc.! I really miss to chew on some garlic. It came some time ago when I chewed 2-3 cloves a day. I can see now, it seemed like an excessive amount.
Perhaps garlic is keeping people with colds away from garlic eaters, and not the colds itself. 😉
Hey! Whatever works.
If it is that easy then all the cancer treatment centers need to do is have the cancer patients to take Garlic pills or eat chopped Garlic.
This doesn’t explain anything about Garlic language, or any of the facts about garlic you’d find in the only Garlic facts video that matters.
Very interesting. It’s amazing what remedies Mother Nature has to offer. I cut out garlic and onions a while back, with positive results, but I guess there’s a time and a place for everything. Maybe if I feel a cold coming I’ll munch a clove or two. Thanks for the info:D
I see those general population degens sitting in mcdonalds all day and then they cry and sit in the nhs cue.
Given these findings, garlic breath would seem to be a small price to pay!:-)
If you wanted to cook with garlic and still retain most of it’s benefits http://nutritionfacts.org/questions/what-are-the-anti-cancer-effects-of-garlic/
Love the young ladies accent, I’ll probably watch the video a couple of times more just to hear her talk. Sounds like maybe she’s from the same part of England as the great looking redhead on the Poo Pouri commercials. Yeah, garlic is great, I would eat it every day if my wife didn’t complain so much about the smell.
supplemented with garlic for yrs for its anti cancer and other beneficial properties until seeing several reports on here (youtube) on it being “too good” or almost too strong an anti bacterial agent in that it would end up doing more harm than good over time to the body. check it out for yourselves…#dazednconfused
Why does Dr. Greger sound like Morty from Rick and Morty? I bet it’s all the garlic
