im just doing workouts for my core, im 13 is this okay, i drink alot of water and get at least 7-8 hours of sleep if i keep going will i get a stronger core?
Here’s one of my favorite workouts, do one second, holding a Superman position, then down for one second, then do two seconds then three, etc, do it till 20 seconds, then go for 20 seconds down 20, then 19 up then 19 resting, etc till your done
What about for girls? Wouldn’t girl have to workout their lower body more?

I’m genuinely thankful to finally see a fun easy dance cardio workout video. All the ones I’ve seen are either to hard for me to follow (Dance steps are definitely advanced level) or are just boring and impossible for a beginner to do(Push ups and pull ups and plank etc). I was out of breath 1st day in 5 minutes and had to stop but 5 days in now I can do it for 15 minutes. I also tend to repeat some steps that I like more in places where I find it difficult to do others. Overall, This is amazing.

Sorry but This is kinda bad. Anyone new to the gym or into the gym for that matter should focus on compound exercises, learning technique. and talk to someone who knows the technique that Can teach you how to do these exercises with proper form. This video doesnt cover technique Which is important, because weights Can really get you hurt if you dont know a 100% what your doing.

A reminder to myself
Day 1: 2:55 Chest, shoulders and triceps.
Start with your chest. Bench and inclined bench. Also do flies and crossovers. Now do shoulders. Do overhead press, lateral raises, and reverse flies. Finally, triceps. Do skull crushers, tricep extensions, and kickbacks.
Every exercise should be three sets of eight to twelve repetitions.
Day 2: 4:42 Back and Biceps. Start with the back. Do lat pull downs and pull overs. Your bicep should be warmed up, simply do curl ups with supination.
Again, 3 sets of eight to to twelve reps should do the trick.
Day 3: 5:51 Legs.
Do squats, deadlifts, and lunges.
Remember to sleep at least 7 hours every night.
Day 4: Free active day, simply do cardio and abs.
I tried it and biscuits after doing it, it took me like half an hour of rest before recovering and right now my heart is still raising a bit. Dang this work out is challenging!

The 13-14 yo part is actually rlly true. It was during that time when I actually gained the most muscle and had the most among my friends until they started working out way more intensely than me in later years as I foolishly regressed in my routine.

This is awesome!!! I used to love taking cardio dance classes at a gym, but with Covid and some other unrelated issues, I haven’t been able to go back. I work out in my basement, which has a concrete floor and even with a rug, high impact workouts are hard on my joints. These are PERFECT for the space I have to work with and remind me of the fun I used to have in class. Thank you!

For those wondering i burned 150 calories doing this ( I weight 181 pounds)
Day 1 Morning: Very difficult. Being an asthmatic, I want to build my stamina again and lose the tummy that has come out. Hope to get better. ❤️
Day 2 Morning: Had to do it with a little pain in my right calf (the pain whenever we start exercising after many days), but completed it with more ease than yesterday. It was fun and I included some Bhangra at the end of the workout (Bhangra is a fun Punjabi dance form from India).
Day 3 Morning: The leg pain has increased, but I am taking proper care, and will do the exercise in the evening today. Will update as follows. ❤️
