Thank you for this. I am 57, overweight, seriously unfit…and currently working 12 hour shifts manning a building…so i figured i would use my quiet time getting my arse in shape…….this is a good start for me. Good, clear and consise instructions. Many Thanks
Oh my goodness, how many varieties in one kettle ball, amazing
I like this routine because it doesn’t include squats for those of us who are older and have bad knees. Love this routine and will add to the swings.
Is the weight of the bell not important? Noting about the starting weight? Mabe I’ll start with a 50kg Bell?
I have been doing your exercises since july 2018. And i am 2 dress sizes down. From XXL to Large. Moving slowly towards my goal weight. Though still a lot to lose specially my back and armpit fat which isnt just going away. If you could make some upper body workouts for back and armpit fat
The second exercise is terrible for my back. any alternatives to this exercise?
Very good tips mate. How many times a week should you lift kettlebells for optimum results.
no lie, i’m a little hesitant to try these at the gym, but the dude has muscle so it has got to work right? lol
Kettlebell curls for me really pump my peaks up the stiffness over the next days is just in the crook of my arm, well worth a try for a change I feel
Just did this with my 16kg and my arms are battered!! Gonan try your leg one tomorrow. then later in teh week a full body circuit with calistheics
Awesome work out but the volume made it very hard to hear you Kelly:(
The girl at 16:56 looks like the kind of girl that likes to get freaky in bed.
Wait, I’m confused, why is everyone pissed at him? I’m genuinely curious because I have no clue what’s going on obviously.
i was wondering if you could suggest an exercise for me to strengthen my shoulders. I have always had very loose shoulder sockets since i was a kid to the point where I can’t throw a baseball overhand or my shoulder will pop out.
Is one round of this is enough or should I repeat it and do 2-3 rounds?
So this first exercise was hurting my forearms. Does anyone have any tips to avoid it? I was thinking of getting a couple of long sweatbands, but maybe I’m just holding the kettlebell wrong. Or maybe my kettlebell is too small. I think it’s same weight as his, but it doesn’t have the same size.
i am with you johntfast it is such a good channel and my favorite thank you fitness blender!:)
This is pretty brutal, i’v lost loads of fat and am trying to build my strength up and this killed me using an 8kg kb! couldn’t finish 3 sets of these exercises! ugh and the forearm pain ugh heh will stick at it. 30 year old man! what a whimp
This makes me regret borrowing a 50lb kb from my friend. I’ll be adding reps as I go.
would have loved to be able to follow along. I always forget!!
this is by FAR the best fitness channel on you tube..anyone that tried those exercise videos knows
It’s so great to see you back girl! Thanks for a nice quick arm workout, loved it
Why is his 12kg kettlebell so big? I’m using one and it’s almost half that size!:O
I have been inspired a lot by this channel. This is lovely.!! Am now fit than I have ever been before!!
Steve is such a nice guy he says sorry about slamming weight in his own gym. Nothing but respect for this man.
Wearing the watch? Jake got you that Apple Watch to wear! Come on Steve!
I do 20 pull ups anda 40 Push ups more or less. What weight would you recommend to Me in orden to gain explosive strenghth, not Múscle?
Hi do you have more chest excersices with ketlebell? Good video…

Steve Cook like uncle RICO from napoleon always reminiscing, wanna be an aussie so bad
Thanks, I tried one circuit after a sledgehammer workout. Looking forward to going to failure…I think! 😉
Thanks again, keep the videos coming.
Brendon, yes. Go to failure for as many sets as possible. Good luck!
Great workout. Is the idea to do as many sets as possible within 30 minutes?
It is an awesome video! It would be better if there is background music added:)
You look a lot like Bill, from True Blood. But you’re hot:X
MAN!! Love your channel, NEW FOLLOWER! I have been watching your videos during these past few semesters and my internship waiting to get back into the game. Your channel is great! Although I have altered a few of your exercises, still great functional training!!
Never known anyone to be so likeable on pre-workout! I want some… stay grounded Steve that’s what makes you, you…..
Kelly and daniel! Me and my roommate are always doing your cardio workouts everynight
Brad!! keep make them video’s and don’t let them fu** with your head!!!
Has anyone fallen over doing the downward dog during the cooldown? Somehow it has become my greatest fear, my arms are so done by then.
Great workout Kelli, thank you!
Amazing I have the primal bells that are at onnit.com and it just unbelievable
Awesome workout. My bell is only 15 lbs and it KILLS me. I really progressed through it pretty fast though, here’s some tips for people who have as much trouble as I did.
Do the full 30 mins no matter WHAT. If you’re getting tired (and you will), start by giving yourself a short rest between exercises (no more than 1 min or longer if you are really out of shape.) Then, progress to taking that break after each set of 4 exercises. I used this system and it worked fantastic. And finish the sets!
Let me know when you make the full 30 minutes.
And comment on the other workout videos you like. Thanks!
R v gonna get 10 minutes lower body workout with dumbbells and no warm up and cool down included and we gonna do that on our own?:)
Awesome workout i had so much fun and felt the burn
Going to do this today in a couple hours. Thanks a lot man. Liked and subbed.
Im doing ur cardio workout since from 6 months.. definitely it has
Helped to to eat whatever
I like ..as a foodie..
BUT i’m on same weight
Hope I would have bcom slim if I was doing it everyday with some diet…
Amazing! thanks very much! looking forward to trying your other videos in lockdown!:)
Thanks, Sean. Make sure to try my other workouts and let me know what you think.
hi everyone,if anyone else needs to find out about functional kettlebell exercises try Alkarno Kettlebell Alchemist (do a google search )? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my neighbor got amazing results with it.
I don’t want to be the one to say it, but damn this guy looks like Pewdiepie.
Kelli, for me it´s not music that gets me through the workout, it´s you. thank you so much.
You guys are the best:)
one more thing, do you have some diet plans to go the workouts?
It is definitely one of my favorite arm workoutsI have added it to my favorite list. Thank you so much!
Could you make a neck strenghtenning workout? That would be awesome.
Anybody know what trainers Steve is wearing? They’re sick ✌
OOOOOOH!!! Daniel!!! I’ve been hoping you have a new upper body kettlebell workout. Been doing your “Legs and Glutes torture” workout for awhile and it gets me every time!! I can’t wait to try this on Wednesday!!! Your timer is MUCH improved and I’m appreciating the music while working out. Thank you for making this video!! Greatly appreciate you!! Progress report to come soon.:)
What happens to Kelli? Is she okay? Why all the well wishes, and we missed you?
Steve if you ever need another Aussie vegan on your team im all ears! Love your vids man love the positivity!
I would’ve loved to see steve and greg plitt do a collab..two very inspirational and strong dudes…RIP greg
Looking great Steve! Keep killing it brother. Are you st the body power this year
You look smaller steve no wonder if you are trainning in a crossfit gym
I stopped watching the video when he said Jordan was the goat
Is there a reason for you using dumbbells for shrugs instead of a bar? I see different people do it either way, was curious if it was just personal preference or what the science is behind it.
Yo you probably won’t see this but you should put more content about what you eat or what we should eat to lose weight/gain muscle PLEASE!!
I’m going to be honest but not disrespectfulyou are starting to look average. Like, that sexy youthful edge has dissolved into blah. Are you not sleeping?
How the Hell do you fit in a large. Maybe you’ve lost quite a bit of weight since I last saw you. But jesus what. You used to Be XL everything
I feel like the miss-spelling in the title was a click bait plan to get ppl clicking on the video to comment about it lol.. def worked on me
Johnson changed the name of the Hulk’s comic book alter ego, Dr. Bruce Banner, to Dr. David Banner for the TV series.
It seems that it incorporates the dumbbell workouts into kettlebell, I think it has similar effect as bench press. The one put the kb on the back is similar to training tricep of dumbbell. I will try to add to my training routine. That is somehow intermediate workout. I try to kb curl with one hand, it is too difficult, if two hands, may be a little bit easier
here me doing it on quarantine in March 2020 happy that this workout exists:)
Love the bored easily series, love this workout! The cadence curls look easy but get to you quickly.
Such a great workout, my first with weights in a long time. Thank you!
Great workout!! Love your workout video sessions, keep them coming
Toen ik deze video de eerste keer deed, dacht ik ‘Nederlandse’ nummers Zo grappig Maar heerlijke video ook weer, dus nog maar een keer gedaan Nu op naar de mini band workout—> en door ✅
Needed this video gonna boost my intensity up good shit Steve!
This is such a fun and creative upper body workout. Loved it. You are aiding in my total body rehab after a big health challenge. I can’t thank you enuf!!
Love the music of choice, anyone know any good channels or sites to go on for house/dubstep(good build up) kinda music such as in this vid? Other than NCS channel, been dry on there
Please stay true with yourself. I used to watch Christian Guzman, he was my favorite fitness YouTuber but he isn’t like the way he used to be. Stay true Steve cook! Your the man!!
Thank U so much for this simple video! Gr8 workout! Los Angeles gyms have closed again…regardless I’m sticking to my regimen. Do U have an IG account?
You have unbelievable and beautiful arms. I will try this workout on Monday.
Great advice with the elbow cue. Another good cue is to focus on pushing the bench off of your back rather than pushing the weight up.
This hit the spot. Good pace, variety and all possible with one kettlebell
I find your videos to be so helpful but I have huge doubt is it okay to do a workout ( squats, excercised for hip dips, tiny waist, and a routine for lifting and toning) before running, because I wake up in the morning do my normal workout routine and then at five I run, please help me!
I miss life 6 days ago when everyone was saying the positive stuff like SQUAD and cheering my day up. Now everyone has beef with each other.
No matter what YouTube video I watch I always see this 666 hand sign being thrown up. It doesn’t matter if I’m looking at videos about fixing cars or working out or shoes etc. That shit is corny
Good Workout this reminds me how weak my shoulders are
Did the workout today! Excellent stuff. Does she teach other upper body workouts? Thanks, GymRa!
Hi! How many times a week should I do these exercises?
Thank you!
The best Workout for arms I had done in my life!! Thank you
Great workout. Loved the variety and type of moves. Did three rounds and arm day is done! I have a lot of neck/shoulder blade pain and strengthening really helps. I only use 3 pound weights but move mindfully and with purpose
Good exercise for trying to recover from a car accident where my shoulder was injured.
Thank-you for the workout! I needed to give the lower body a break today so this upper body workout was perfect!
LeBron is better just like Christian Guzman is better than you
great workout my shoulders are killin now and I’m only using a 6kg bell but did the whole routine thank you! looking forward to more from you.:-)
great upper body burn with almost minimal risk of injury. Natalie-Miki-Josephine? well, that’s a fitness trifecta
Very nice workout, i felt my shoulders burn, thanks for sharing
crazy body physic. that’s a gifted talent right there. what Arnold said. most people these days lack talent. they have hard work but no talent. Brad got both.
I exercise with 5Ibs. weights….my arms improving amazing #muscle/tone.
So I swapped between a pair of 10 kg, 7kg, 4kg, 2kg weights, depending on which muscle groups. Majority of the time, I use 10 kg and I feel I have worked out my arms. I don’t recommend beginners using these heavy weights though. I have been working out for a while and this was challenging for me. Thank you!
I have a question please it would be so helpful us someone could give me good tips.. I have narrow shoulders, even for a petite woman, I feel them too tiny. Can I do something to make them wider and I mean I want them at least 2 inches wider? Trust me it would not be too much they are really weak.
This is a KILLER…I can feel the burn!
Thank you, demon-angel from Down Under!!!
You have been besparkled!
Wow THE best ARM workout! I’ve tried so many nd this by far the best one gonna have to put this on my playlist and u got a new subscriber here thanks!
My arms are in fire! Love that this instructor talks through each movement! Keeps you going!
Warning* do not do this video if you have neck problems….I am very jacked up today!
Eating my pre workout meal while watching and I almost spit my egg whites out when the whole “ gym owner/Kanye “ comment came out
So happy to see you back at it Kelly! And great routine as always 😉
Stick with it! I will post more Kettlebell workouts for you soon.
I love this! I did the workout with 2kg weights which is nothing and it really burned! I was well impressed:D
thank you so much gymra. your wonderful exercise for shoulder. now im done..
Did this workout out of curiosity. So many arm workout have been lacking. This one is perfect. I will do again. Thanks.
I enjoyed this one due to some new moves that I have never done before. I definitely felt the burn despite using 2-3 lb dumbbells. I have saved this to my playlist. Thanks!
Loved the Cadence bicep & halo tricep workouts never done them before and wow it hurt soooo good! Thanks.
did i completely miss was the 2nd exercise was meant to do to the body?
Good workout. I just wish she said ”you guys” less often:)
holy shit i thought I was kind of fit. Feels like someone ran over my upper body with a bulldozer.
this blossom personality motivated me to do regular exercises.
Got a sweet burn and pump from this workout thanks for posting!
Fuck you are motivating to watch I feel like working out now
Good to have u two back again. I started with u guys way back. Its insane u almost going to 6 million subs!!! Its been empty on Youtube without Fitnessblender.
Thank you Daniel!! This was useful today ❤️ subscribed. Pouring sweat!
I do not like to exercise but the older I get, the more I need to focus on good health. I’m in my 50’s, have arthritis and bad ankles so I modify alot but I AM stronger, have pretty good mobility. I hurt less using exercise than not, my blood pressure is lower and it’s good for emotions & thinking. so I just do it 4-6 days a week for 2.6 yrs now. Thx FB for providing such variety.
Shoot look at those arms,I’m listening to anything she says.
Thank you!! So good to see you on screen!:) I really liked this workout, especially those Captain Morgans!
I paired it with one of your older warm ups & did a quarter hour yoga video afterwards, so that I ended up with half an hour and at least did something today.
It ain’t much, but it’s honest work ;D
I find the halo confusing, what benefits does it bring over a simple tricep lift? Can you do the full circle instead? (easier to remember!)
will be trying your workout, just got my kb, 25lbs, thanks for the video and your reply.
Steve’s been studying. Nice job emphasizing proper techniques.
i wish i hadn’t done this workout a day after another upper body workout but THE BURRRRRRNNNNNNNNN was so gratifying XD
Nice music choice! Who made that beat? I know it’s in Ghostface killah song. Dope beat tho.
Great workout! More workouts like these, please! I was recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and it broke my heart when I could no longer do most of your routines. Maybe a plan for those of us who want to be fit but have illnesses to contend with? Thanks!
This one flies right by. Those arm circles and tricep dips near the end, though. OUCH!
Can you please tell us the amount of weight you are using? I went to your website but you did not tell us. Thank you so much I am a new subscriber!
Great burn the high (20+) reps complement and enhance the 8-12 reps usually done with heavier dumbbells!
My body was sore today and i was feeling sluggish but i began to crave the feeling after a workout and how it changes my state of mind soooo workout is complete
Always will support you Brad been with you since you didn’t have youtube channel and will keep supporting you everyone does mistakes in our lifes.
Steve mate, you’ve misspelled intensity in your YouTube thumbnail ♂️
Great workout! I’ve been looking for some chest and arms kettlebell exercises and those will definitely be part of my routine from now on.
I love workouts like this but my neck and shoulder muscles always get so large, even though I’m female. What’s the best way to build tight muscle without bulk?
Oh yeah I could feel the burn too, love this workout. I’ll try and do it 3 x times a week:D
This is probably my favorite arm workout by far! I love #FitnessBlender ❤️
keep doing u brad dont stress or worry about the hate or drama ur coming up quit man their just jealous bro do u
Another great video by FitnessBlender.
Namaste
Lauren Eirk, YogaIntegratedScience
Thanks for sharing this video, I perform these exercises in my office on breaks Monday thru Friday with a 20 and 35 pound Kettlebell and boy you can really feel the burn.
I know you guys are kind of against it but it would be REALLY helpful for people at crowded gyms to know a baseline for how much you lift. We can go up or down from there.
I love the different moves in this one, and that there’s no repeats. I was so wasted by the burnout rounds that I could only make it about 1/2 through the tricep dips, and 1/2 the traveling push-ups…from my knees! I jumped up and did plyo push ups against the wall to finish that round instead of just flat out stopping anything.
Thank you Brad for all the inspiring things you did. You’re a legend.
Sorry for being so dumb, but is anybody here know whats the different of the left and right calories counting in every fitness blender’s workout video? Thankyou
Welcome back Kelli really happy to see you in this new workout i will try this afternoon
Here i am 3 years later… Bradleys sending it with Nelk in Texas and I’m getting a workout w my new concrete home made dumb bells. Love this content Bradley! Literally follow along with you when you’re lifting I’m lifting, when you rest, I rest
This is an absolutely incredible routine from a talented trainer, but the five second background calypso music loop repeating for twenty minutes is atrocious!
awesome as always:),, ”Let’s be friends for support,… Thank you!”
Are these excersises sciatica friendly?? I am guessing they are because there is no much pressure on the lower back in these moves but just wanted to make sure
Hi Daniel, this is my favourite upper body workout!! Thanks a lot. Wish you lots of subscribers haha! Keep on going.
Pliss pliss!!!traduzcan los videos en español…soy fan de FitnessBlender desde Argentina..gracias por los videos tan efectivos.no lo puedo largar mas!!
Hey Kellie…really enjoyed your workout, however is there an alternative plan you can show me that doesn’t include the lower body? Reason I ask is I don’t have the full use of my legs and find some of your exercises hard to do…thanks
One of my favourite upper body KB works outs while on lock down especially as I only have one KB! Will be trying your others thank you!
Thanks man. I’m tired of dumbbells and machines and am looking for ways to use the medicine ball and KB’s more.
Hi, please make a new version of fbsweat! I really love that program
Hi Kelli, I literally just discovered your videos today and already have done a 40 min workout using them!:)
Can you tell me around what weight dumbbells you use for this workout? (looks like you mix them up a bit, if you can advise min-max range will be enough for me to figure out)
so glad to see kellis ponytail is back in business (ps v glad you’re doing alright) Great upper body workout
Amazing arm workout. This is going on my weekly workout schedule.
Great work out, (sadly) I’m just starting with the whole ‘getting fit/keeping fit’ lifestyle, I’ll be working up to complete the full 30 mins of this and some of your other vids. Feeling good about it:)
I remember they used to have a fitness blender app but now I can’t find it, was that a dream or they really had it?
Loved this new KB arm workout really enjoy your KB workouts for both upper and lower body, great with music and look forward to more!
My six year old son loves this workout and does it religiously!!! I myself have done at least 10 of your workouts and love the intensity of them all!!! Shelter in place?? No problem, Daniel to the rescue!!!!!! Not all heroes wear capes!!! Thank you Daniel!!! Keep up the awesome life changing work brotha. God bless.
Hey Kelli! Good to have you back! But I just wanted to ask where is the calorie count?
I did it with you in your video. felt good. thank you for that <3
Added this to a cardio/abs workout today. Perfect addition, loved the exercises you picked and loved working out with you !
Really good workout! The music was really good as well! Is this a playlist on Spotify?
Enjoyed getting to knock this one out before starting to wind down for the night… Awesome to have you and Daniel posting videos again, Kelli! #FitnessBlenderFTW
So glad to see you back Kelly:) I added this on to the end of my upper body strength routine as a burn out, I used light weights and my arms were really shaking by the end. Thanks Fitness Blender!
ive a BAD back. i workout to keep it strong.. but this is another back jacker for those of you in my situation
Bernhard, glad you liked the workout. I’ll make sure to post more kettlebell exercises soon.
Workout complete now I feel like my arms are going to fall off
What is a good kettlebell weight for me to start with if I want to train arms, shoulders, chest and squats? Like 12?
hi kelli can i just ask what do you think of running for weight loss is it a waste of time love your vids by the way
Omg im new here this guy is freaking awesome and funny and so natural and real
LOVE that you do these workouts without the music! Especially these shorter ones. I always think I’m going to put on music and put the video on mute, but every single time I find myself listening to you instead. It reminds me to pay attention to my form and I swear it makes the workout go faster. Thank you!!!
Like this because I’m obese and paraplegic trying to lose weight……
This is the best upper-body workout with weights on your site I got a sweet burn in my delts and lats Thank you Caitlyn! It would be great to see more GymRa upper-body workouts with 5-10 lb weights combined with sans-weights lower body moves, like sprinter motions with one leg one the ground (like Gilad’s Bodies in Motion includes/combines in his low-impact workouts with upper-body weight movements ) to get the heart rate up & blood flowing. Gilad is a great trainer, but it’s fun and challenging to workout with with your crew 2:-)! p.s. maybe the title should be Upper Body Workout @ Home Arms Workout for Women and Men2:-)?
This routine is a bit boring when compar d to their others, but still did sweat a lot!!
I used this workout but added a few more things to it & extended it to 45 minutes;
Jump Squats
Swings
Figure 8
Squats
Snatch
Straight murder, but it felt so good.
Thanks for this one Fitnessblender! Day 4 of FBsweat complete!
I would love to see an upper body workout in the future specifically for people with wrist problems. I have a cyst in my wrist which now prevents me from any motions where my hand and wrist are at a 90 degree angle. I can’t do push ups, walk downs, downward dogs, or tricep extensions (etc) like I used to without pain and I’m always trying to think of modifications get through an upper body workout. Just a suggestion/request, I know you guys are crazy busy and I appreciate all you do!!
Hi, I have a question. I’m kind of a beginner, and this workout seems to be just fine for me. But I was wondering whether should i do this everyday, or 3-4 times a week?
Your workouts are awesome! I appreciate that you will change weights and modify if you need to. It shows that fit people get tired too and it’s ok to modify. Thanks guys!
Thank you for this. Yes I am easily bored but this was awesome. <3
Nice movie. However you can learn about workouts more. Just google for Unflexal instructions.
I think I first did this video 3 years ago when it came out and it’s been a struggle but I’ve refocused and I’ve been working hard on other FB videos as well as my own exercise practice including a Pilates cert and oh man. I came back to this because I saved it to a playlist and didn’t realize it was one I haven’t done in so long and II used heavier weights on just about every exercise and got through the push-ups with better form and idk. I’m just proud of myself and I’m trying to take more moments of positivity like this. Thank you, Kelli! You’ve been there for me through a lot!
oh great exercises! thanks for sharing them, it’s a great help for trying something different.
Love it! I just found your channel!!! A woman did this workout! I am so PROUND
Everyone who demands for Bradley to give all the information about his business dealings are just being nosy. Granted I don’t think he should have ever mentioned it in the first place, but still. He makes excellent workout vids that incorporate a comical spin quite nicely, what does him being the smarter business man have to do with any of that? Just keep making awesome videos like you always do and don’t fuel these haters with information they don’t deserve.
Should you work out if you feel really tired and are fatiguing quickly?
Finally got to do it, and my arms are done! Unfortunately the few pairs of dumbbells that I own are getting too light for me… May have to go to the gym now:'(
This was an amazing workout i got a few tips if anyone is interested
1. Make sure you wear grip gloves or powder or wipe your hands after every set. I’m a heavy sweater and I almost had some close calls with my toes (workout at home) and my head. So be careful.
2. Also with the figure eights make sure you put power behind them so you can catch it with the other hand. At first i wasnt able to grip the bell correctly so with that and sweaty hands plus half ass gripping the bell meant my toes were in danger.
Thats all. Either way it was great and my arms are burning. Thank you Daniel!
I always feel more of a burn in the outsides of my shoulders rather than my triceps during tricep dips… I try to make sure to bend my elbows directly behind me, but is something else wrong with my form?
Help! Anyone know the reason why I cannot do the shoulder wall stretch on with my left arm without being in excruciating pain? No problems on the right side.
I have been following your content since the swoldier nation days bro! you inspired me to start Vlogging and creating content! Cheers Mate!!!
What can we do instead of occlusion band training at the end of the workout if we don’t have bands but want to try this workout!?
I did the ‘At Home Cardio Workout to Burn Fat and Tone’ followed by this one. Together they made for the perfect under-an-hour workout with both cardio and upper body strength and all at a moderate level so I feel accomplished but not annihilated. #workoutcomplete!
Corona virus outbreak, avoiding gym…found this to do at home…! Amazing!
It would be great if you guys could add how many lbs or kg Kelli uses so I can prepare weights.
Brilliant workout as an add on to the arms session I’ve just done with a different one of your videos!!
I discovered this channel during the quarantine. To put it simply it’s amazing. I also recommend to check other Daniel’s videos it’s worth it.
I loved it. Your work out did not even feel like a 28 min workout. I wanted to do more! keep up the good work!
that was an amazing workout! I love arm days and upper back days! my upper body is toasted
This was a great one, l really like the lying on the side doing an over head pull, would love to see that in more upper body work outs! Like always, great video!
Quite the burner but loved it! Vigorous and reaches parts you weren’t sure existed. Will definitely do this again and look for more by this trainer.
Just finished this routine with resistance bands and my shoulders are burning! Feels so good
If brad and the camera man don’t like each other why does brad even keep him? Just let him go if anything
I love your workouts Daniel! So effective and fun! I’ve been doing them since last week ps love your music. Please give us more!
Bradley, I feel like a strawberry jam unleashed to pour into the mouth of a hot beach model from Victoria Secret when I imitate your workouts without an exception to the weight count.
Totally loved this workout I did it as my workout today ( with a couple warm up moves and stretching ofc ) it was amaZing I need more of these 10 min routines helps me a lot!
Hello kelli!! I have a query,i have a muscle imbalance in my arms. How to fix it.Pls help me
Can you do balance with any lift? Does it affect the strength building at all?
If fitnessblender didn‘t exist I‘d have never started lifting.
Thank you so much for doing this.
I have been looking for a new KB routine. I have been throwing them for years and this looks great.
You are not a real athlete. You just get oiled up and flex for other men.
Muito Obrigado! Where can I find the music in this video?? Its awesome
Python outside of the tent…nope..nope.. 1st time here, just subscribed!
I really enjoy the workouts and I understand you want to push people to your site, but when doing a move (especially a new one) it’d be easier if the weight amounts were said or shown on the screen (like before). It gives me a nice estimate or where to start and sometimes make me feel better if I think I should be doing more, but am actually close to or matched in weight with you.
It keeps my routine flowing nicely.
I think you guys are so great people will go to your website anyways… I know your workouts have led me to the site without the push. Thanks again for the awesome workout!
no one has disliked this work out, why will I be the first one. is killer but amazing and worth doing!
Daniel you are the king of the kettle bell workouts!!! Great one!!
I like the workout, but I have to pause and comment. WTF is FROG PULL BA, it’s really annoying, dude…….. why
Thanks mate, getting back into working out while locked down in the UK!
I’m not sure but,if anyone else trying to find out best kettlebell training books try Alkarno Kettlebell Alchemist (just google it )? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my buddy got great results with it.
Is it only suitable to slim the arms or also to gain muscle mass? I’m already slim, I need muscles☹️
I do with 10lbs and I feel in the end that my arms fat is burning thank you so much..
I don’t care about what he did, all I can say is I still love you Bradley

This is my favorite kettlebell arm workout I’ve found on YouTube
tried it for 2 weeks 3 days a week still having trouble finishing the last set lol. really good workout thanks for the workout
Great! I am not sure about the arched back though-maybe better to keep it flat.
I’m already doing your leg workout and it’s great! Will surely try this workout too…. thanks a lot for uploading… I’m from Sri Lanka
Wow Daniel loved this upper body one first time doing a workout with you will be doing more
I stopped working out for 5/6 months because of health issues and started again today. The first channel I searched for was right here. How good it felt to be back with you guys ❤ let’s go!
Hello, I started this workout around the end of September 2016 and I definitely saw my arms getting toned and muscular around December. I did this workout along with a few other workouts, to end up doing a 1H30 workout, at least 2 to 3 times a week. I highly recommend this workout:)
Wow, first time I have seen this channel but can’t help notice all the thumbs down, what’s that all about?
How many pounds the Ketllebell needs to be for this work out?
Excellent set of weights!>>> ur2.pl/1182 I start with these for motivation, then I get on my BOWFLEX M3 MAX TRAINER! I can do cardio and strength in the same workout! I do a set of reps for three different muscles, then after I do a set for each of those muscles, I FEEL ENERGIZED TO HOP ON MY ELLIPTICAL (the M3) FOR 20 MINUTES, then I get off and do 2 more sets for those three different muscle groups, and I’m done!! Excellent equipment, just gotta keep doing it at least 5 times a week!
This is a great video! The most I’ve enjoyed them since bodybuilding.com gym days
I just discovered your channel today. Very good content! Keep the work up!
I’ve been watching your channel for about 2 years now. Please get a new song for your working sets…or just don’t have any.
Who’s watching old brad before he sold drugs to Steve in 2020
The song your playing sounds like a Chinese girls farts boiling in a hot tub
1 minute of actual lifting
16 minutes of talking about random bullshit
Thanks!
@plymouthracer depends on your familiarity with the KBs. Start super light and see if you finish the workout. Maybe a 12 kg would be a good start. Work up from there and good luck!
One little critique, the next exercise window top left comes after Kelli’s preparation for the move so if you’re a beginner and dont know the exact names of the exercises, you have to be faster than her and it’s kinda hard. Of course you can pause and etc but it would be much better if the window appears just after she finishes the current move.
Meaniwhile I’m just sitting here laughing at all these stupid comments about personal drama/douchbaggery. Honestly, who the fuck is pathetic enough to get involved with a YouTubers personal life? Who gives a flying fuck? Dude is jacked and seems to be pretty competent with fitness, so use the video and STFU about personal life garbage. He’s never going to know/meet/care about any of you, so stop wasting your lives online and instead use the internet for it’s intended purpose (i.e. a problem solving/educational/self-improvement tool)
Welcome back Kelli! Great quick upper body after my HIIT today. Thanks for everything.
love this workout. I do every exercise on this workout with 3kg weights. is this okay?
Yess! This was incredibly helpful, thanks a lot! I bought some weights, but i didnt know how to hold them for chest exercises, but this helped a bunch!
Although at first I was like
“Pfft, I’m doing this with 10kg of weight and this is sooooooooooOOOWWW WAZZAT CLICKING IN ME SHOULDERS!!??”
Bradley FUCK THE HATERS BRO! Keep grindingg! Screw the haters! Been here since 200,000.

Can i know the song when he start lifting? Who gives a shit about hate coments just give me song name:D
Great routine do we rest between circuits and how many days a week can we do this routine?
Wow, I did with 5lbs weights…my arms are vibrating as I type this! Thanks for the burn!
love this!!! also here from quarantine. one question though why do you advise arching the back? don’t you want to keep back neutral so core muscles are actively engaged?
I liked this video bro. You working out motivates me. One day I’m going to be bigger than you. Watch. Lol. Jk I’m not.
thank you for posting fun work outs like this! i get bored and lose motivation so easy, thank you! gonna try in a few hours.
I don’t know where the drama came from, but i’m just tryin to watch his videos for lifting advice thats all i care about
Just subscribed to GymRa yesterday after working out with several other trainers. I’m about to try this workout today. Reading the reviews and skipping though the vdo for a sample, Im excited to begin. GymRa is doing an excellent work for mixing and matching diverse workout types and trainers. To find something new is motivating. I like the length too. 20-30 minute vdos make it go fast and mean I can also mix and match myself or just do one on a busy, tiring day. The only recommendation I would make (the reason why I haven’t subscribed sooner though I have seen this channel over a year ago and have tried several of your workouts) is that you should include the words such as beginners, intermediate, advanced, cardio or slow, heavy lifting only or mixed with cardio intervals. I know you do this with some vdos but the majority not. When people try your workouts and it’s too slow, boring or unchallenging, they will stop and possibly do not come back again. That was what happened with me. I kept trying repeatedly with your channel but I found myself having to stop and switch back to my usual trainers when I thought the GymRa vdo was not challenging enough for me and I was just wasting time. Or if people think their body does not fit for cardio intervals for the day, to have some cardio thrown in there is just disappointing. This can be easily fixed by precise and informing title. It is of course just my opinion. Now I understand GymRa a bit more, which is after over a year, I just stick with the trainers of GymRa who I think are challenging enough. Though I would like to try more other vdos since you have a lot. I think the representative titles will help. Thank you!!!!
Woo who Kelli! I’ve been doing your programs so I haven’t done any new workouts of your since you’ve been back, but I can see how much you’ve missed it! I’ve been in PT for hip impingement and I’ve been so beside myself because I cant do any squats or lunges, or any lower body excercises minus what they give me. I know it’s not the same as what you went through but I’m very glad you’re back! I’ve been apart of the fitness blender family for about 4 ish years now! I’m so glad I found you!
It’s ridiculous that people are taking time out of their day to come dislike a great training video
Steve,
When you’re compiling these workouts, how do you reconcile the arm volume as compare to your MRV. Obviously you’ve been training for a long long time and so your MRV is probably higher than most peoples. Although here you did basically 12 sets (3X15,10,10,10) of tricep isolation work on the last exercise alone, never mind the French presses. When all is said and done, if you have 2 push days per week and inherently 2 tricep heavy workouts each including what seems to be around 15 sets of isolation work, plus whatever tricep fatigue is accumulated during the pressing movements, that seems like a lot even if your MRV is elevated due to years of conditioning. I’ve seen a bunch of conflicting info on arm training from relatively credible sources like yourself. Some say you should train them all the time and some say you should almost never train them if you run a push pull legs split with heavy volume devoted to compound pressing and pulling movements. What’s your take? I guess I’m asking what your experience has been with frequency and volume as it relates specifically to arm growth.
Steve, I’ve watched you for so many years and you’re a true role model for me bro!! Much love keep grinding I know I’ll meet you someday
“I don’t cut my videos”= I’m going to make this stupid long only to put in more ads
What is the song that is playing when he goes in to his set of Lat pull downs
Just found your channel, and finished two workouts back to back. One lower body and one upper body. You deliver great workouts! Thank you!
Hey Kelli & Daniel! I used to work out with you guys a couple of years ago consistently. I got pregnant with my beautiful boy & now he is two. Time flies! I’ve been working out consistently now for 3 months using your workouts. I had a few questions and I was really hoping you could answer them for me. Who is considered a beginner when it comes to strength training? How long until you’re no longer considered a beginner? I’ve read that beginners should start with full body strength workouts and keep with them for a while before switching. Do you believe that as well? I prefer upper/lower split because it’s easier for me. Is that okay even though I started working out again just recently? What split did you guys start out with/what would you recommend.
P.s soooooo super grateful for your channel! It’s amazing! You’ve changed my life
holy shit you were teased at 998k and then you went down 10k
Bro fuck these guys, crying about a damn blanket, calling you snake. Those are the types of people that bitch about everything. Be humble, stay away from the drama and keep up the content
I am doing a bodybuilding presentation for school in a few weeks show me a couple components of bodybuilding
Glad you’re going back to the basics! Workout videos. All that other click bait stuff is whack… IMO. Snake or Not, your work ethic in the gym is contagious bro.
All this Vagina drama xxxl. Whats the first rule? = People are assholes. The only thing that can be trusted is The Iron. It tells no lies and doesn’t judge. It just is.
It’s funny how all of a sudden there seems to be so many perfect people on you tube nowadays. It’s just entertainment peoples. I’m more pissed off at the music tempo.
That dude looking like a traffic cone by the lat pulldown
maan… shenanigans or not, i could have watched the workout, but i dont think i can. losing faith due to some shading sounding shit.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS SO MUCH that I keep coming back to it for like ever
Keep getting it man no hate here id rather watch your videos than any other… You the man!
so i only take protein shake two scoops a day.. and get to where i am right now. You guys take something else?
