When considering eating healthy, you have to never fall victim to modern fad diets. Extreme diets are a risk for your health, especially ones that seriously restrict your every day nutritional intake. Cow’s milk isn’t designed for humans but nursing calves. Humans should drink human milk from their mother when infants and cows should drink milk from their mother when infants. It isn’t rocket science but the world still doesn’t get it.

You’re right, in some low fat dairy products such as low fat white cheese they add to it a vegetable oil to make it more delicious and compensate the fats they removed from it, so it become bad with harmful content so full fat dairy products are the best choice.
